Stopped on way to Merry Hill. Friendly owners and a great selection of food. We had full English breakfasts served in a take away box with knife and fork . Was great; and made a change from McDonalds

Food arrived very quickly and was hot and as ordered. The situation atm is obviously difficult due to the pandemic, but the cafe maybe need to review their listings,as both uber and just eat were happy to take the order even tho the listings said they were shut. Also,they maybe need to review their menu - I ordered the vegeterian option,which only had one version, but no indication of quantity so it said "egg" and "hash brown" ,which I took to indicate one of each ,so I ordered an extra hash brown. When it arrived, my breakfast included 3 eggs and 4 hash browns ! Otherwise ,great meals, my husband had the mega breakfast( mainly because if he'd added extras to the smaller ones it would have cost more) and found it very good. Definitely recommend.

Service was amazing, very helpful with assisting with a member who had allergys. Food was full of flavour, hot, and left us wanting more. As a foodie, I am happy to recommend the 'The old wharf inn' to anyone who enjoys quality food at a lovely place.

Grange LaneStaff fine attending to us, food fine, thing that spoilt it for us was a large group of people and kids were placed by us who were very loud, used abusive language in front of my partner and kids, the kids were allowed to run around and generally play up and whilst you can’t judge who people are it would have been much nicer if the staff or manager would have had the conversation with them to please consider other people that were spending good money in your pub and just wanting to enjoy a nice Sunday family meal.Ppp
