Really good food and great staff for a quick and tasty breakfast! Would definitely come back again if we pass through this area.

A work colleague recommended the Butty Hut, so we decided to visit on our way to Pontypridd where we planned to spend the day shopping. I ordered the small breakfast (egg, bacon, sausage, beans or tomatoes and toast) for £3.99. My partner chose the loaded breakfast' which was enormous and included sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, burger and toast. The Butty Hut also sells an extensive range of breakfast rolls, burgers, hot dogs, snacks and drinks including milk shakes and coffee's (all varieties). There was a children's menu (fish fingers, chicken nuggets or sausage and chips) for around £3.50. The food was freshly cooked, great value for money and the staff were very welcoming.

Big 'n tasty. Tables not the most comfortable perhaps & when it's cold with that door open brrrr! Friendly staff/good service. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Parking outside generally available.

This is my go to place for a delicious breakfast. Excellent value. Service is fantastic. A really great place.

This was our first visit to the Butty Hut, but it definitely won’t be our last.Arriving outside I wasn’t sure as it looks like a converted Portacabin hence the hut name! But as you approach and find the food hygiene rating as a 5 (out of 5) then you know it’s going to be good.Friendly service, comfortable surrounding and food that was cooked perfectly means the plate was cleared (well almost) generous portions of well-cooked food means that we will be returning again soon. If you are thinking of having breakfast then this is the place to go, you won’t regret it.5 stars on the door, 5 stars for the service and 5 stars for the food.

Took the the family for breakfast. Had the most amazing breakfast. Cheap. Very very clean. Happy staff. Even catered for my fuss daughter who doesn't eat out and she actually ate the whole lot. With her special design breakfast. That wasn't to much from the staff well done girls xx

What can I say, large bacon bap (no fat) and a cup of tea. Best bap I’ve had in a while. Great service, friendly and my daughter got a free drink and sweets. Spot on, will be back next week....

100% the best cooked breakfast in the area. An awesome selection if other things too. The staff are very friendly.

Popped here on a Sunday morning, massive breakfast, really good quality. Plus an excellent cuppa. Other half rated his as best he's ever had in Wales. High praise indeed. We will be back!

We called in on a Sunday morning on our way to the Royal Mint for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious - I have never eaten tastier mushrooms. The place is spotless and we had a very warm welcome. Would definitely eat here again.

Awesome food, great price, great service. A hidden gem. We get a breakfast here most weekends. They also score full marks on the scores on the doors so don't let the exterior fool you, it's spotless.
