The Butty Boys in Liverpool

Used to love buttty boys but since they changed their bread roll to thicker ones and put less filling in, I can’t understand how they can justify raising the prices, please go back to the original bread as this makes you feel like your eating bread for ages before you get to the filling, very off putting

Tried several butties to give it a chance not too good really,far too much mayo in butties and the cheese onion sub roll was insufficient cheese and onion so it made it far too bready and dry my butty was purchased from Londis Clatterbridge Wirral.

My wife and I have been butty boy fan's for many many years. But the change from the thinner nudger too the thicker nudger disappointing they are very very dry and out weighing the filling

I have been a big fan of butty boys for years even when you changed from grated cheese to sliced i still went out my way to get one... So now you have changed the roll to a smaller but thicker one with the smallest amount of filling???? Sorry to say i took one bite and put it in the bin as alls i was chewing was bread 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ wont be purchasing again unless you go back to previous roll 👎👎

Food was amazing and plentiful for our buffet , everyone commented on how lovely the food was. will defo use again 5*

I have tried the odd wrap and a sandwich from here, they are the only ones my local shop has stocked sometimes. It’s a risk every time as the food can be inedible or ok. The food doesn’t taste bad, it’s just either stale bread, soggy or gristly. Today the wrap was soggy! It melted apart in my hand. Had to throw it away. This needs sorting out. With the local shop mainly stocking these it looks like I’ll have to go without one on the go for lunch.

How can a company consistently supply such low quality food after raising the price surely enough people have complained for you to know how crap the quality was I think selling hard and tacky chicken on stale bread is just wrong

Got a Chicken Mayo butty made by the butty boys sold in croxteth park. Full of gristly chicken. Inedible. £4 down the pan! Made us feel sick🤢
