Really not happy with the service that I received tonight, customer service was very unprofessional and poor and prices were extremely high for something as small and 2 milkshakes and a box of sweets. I think a lot of things need to be change! I will not be telling anymore to be trying here any time soon.

Ordered 3 waffles, 1 tango ice blast and 3 milkshakes. After 3 hours they only brought 2 milkshakes and 1 waffle and then took another 30 minutes to only bring the tango ice blast and the other milkshake. Then said he was going back to get the rest and didn’t return.

The Capital Building The Capital Building, Liverpool, L3 9PPI used to like this place, but just had a baguette, it wasn't crispy like normal, it was soggy and very cold, just about eatable, I asked at the counter "do you freeze them?" She said yes, that explains why it was soggy and very cold. It'll be my last visit.
