Mega Munch Milkshake and Dessert Parlour in Liverpool

Food was terrible, cold overheld chips. The chicken was burnt with an off putting rancid smell and the lettuce slimy and brown. Aside from the obvious quality issues we were missing a drink. Honestly this food is barely fit for human consumption. Will never eat there again. Be wary of eating here, they currently have no food hygiene rating available online. What does that tell you?

I used to like this place, but just had a baguette, it wasn't crispy like normal, it was soggy and very cold, just about eatable, I asked at the counter "do you freeze them?" She said yes, that explains why it was soggy and very cold. It'll be my last visit.

Got told new management, have Taken over. The quality of the pizza was not As it used to be . Not very much toppings on your pizza at all very, very little Then covered in cheese all over it .
