RIZO PIZZA in Liverpool

Got told new management, have Taken over. The quality of the pizza was not As it used to be . Not very much toppings on your pizza at all very, very little Then covered in cheese all over it .

There was a misunderstanding. I thought I had ordered a delivery and the restaurant thought it was a collection. I wasn't even aware that collection was a thing when ordering thought Just Eat? The restaurant agreed to deliver the food although 45minutes late. Under the circumstance I think they did their best to rectify the situation.

Food was cold by time it got to my address, and milkshake was wrong milkshake.

First time ordering from you, the food was lovely - fresh made pizza with proper chicken & cheese - meat was cooked perfect & chips were crispy. (kids pizza meal & kabab meat meal) only 1 little thing - could’ve been hotter as it was only warm but still nice tho . Thanks

it took over 70 minutes for two pizzas to come from around the corner, they was nice but ridiculous waiting time

So the driver asked me to leave a review so i will, the kebab was very nice and hot so thats always good. However the tahini sauce was not for me. Very gritty and bitter, with that being said the chocolate cake i ordered is frozen which is disappointing. Kebab 5/5, everything else 2/5

Food was delicious. Ordered the kebab meal, very nice kebab, chips were great. Think I've found my go to place for kebabs going forward.

The pizza toppings where generous and of high quality. Will definitely consider here again for a freshly made pizza.

Placed an order through deliveroo waited over 2 hours tried calling on 4 occasions no answer. Never received my order. I can't get a refund either as no one answer the phone.

The food is ropey at best, but it's cheep so fair play. Delivery is usually okay, but I wouldn't bother ordering for pickup. I ordered for pick up, turned up at the time given on the app (which they had already pushed back) Said sorry mate, it'll be another 15/20 mins. We haven't started it yet! Ffs, that's me going back to work without tea then.

We definitely should have read reviews before ordering from here. As per most of the other reviews; food was hugely delayed. Ordered for pickup and Was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived after 15 minutes and Was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I finally have the food 20 minutes later, and the ice cream in the car from the Tesco shop is melted.

Never tried rizo till tonight and wow the food is fresh and taste amazing.

Ordered a mixed donner kebab with chips! it turned up after 1 and a half hours cold and only lamb donner!!!!! Chips were soggy absolutely disgusting! They sent me another with chicken aswell this time 2 hours after original order and was dry and worthy for the bin 👍

The place is filthy and the food is disgusting the owner Farhad is the most horrible little arrogant weasel I’ve ever met.

Got a kebab and the thing had that much hair in it it looked like a cat had rolled in it not to mention the amount grease that came out of it could of run a diesel car never again FILTHY

Ordered from here on deliveroo a week or 2 ago, waiting till the time it said my food was due, have it another 10 mins then went onto livechat, they rang the takeaway and they asked for another 10 mins, I waited another 20, went onto livechat again and they couldn't get a hold of the takeaway. Rang the takeaway myself asking where my order was and they kept saying we haven't received any order. Check justeat and make sure it wasnt the rizo in l9. If it was in l9 I would've called that one, and secondly I used deliveroo. Kept trying to explain the fact it was deliveroo, the guy who clearly either didn't understand me cos his English was abysmal, or just didn't give one, just said okay bye and hung up on me. Ended up not getting my food so got a refund.

Worker shouting at me down the phone. Saying last time I ordered I wasn't happy and cancelled my order. I've never once ordered from here. I do not expect to be shouted at !!!!

One of the best pizza and Southern fried chicken I ever had. Highly recommended.

Foods salty to the max looks nothing like the pictures shock surprise. Thrown most of a 30 quid order in the bin

Been waiting for over 1hr 24mins and still no food and no anwser on the phone had to order from else where and still wait AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Waited nearly 2 hours for our order to turn up, this is very bad service and to make things worse we rang them and they never bothered to answer. There is no excuse for this clearly short staffed 😕

Ordered food from here for years and never had a problem with the food or the delivery time, the pizzas and burgers are so good and the prices are decent aswell, think I must’ve ordered about a hundred 7 inch pizza meal deals with chicken and bacon from here in the last couple of years

Had to call Police !!! Delivery driver took my money but refused to give over my food and wouldn't take his foot out of my doorstep. Intimidating isn't the word - absolutely disgusting - I used to be a regular customer here, no more!!

They used to be really great at the beginning. I used them a lot through justeat. As I was unable to pay them through justeat, I tried to order directly. On website they were open from 10am. Ordered. Twice. Order has been cancelled. They sent a delivery. Called me apologising. Ok. Just add some bottle of coke - I said - and it will be ok. The driver arrived. Asked to pay for that coke more than 2x market price. If they haven't changed, their pizza is still great, but the customer service...sucks. Especially as I ordered plenty of times from them.

I have been waiting half an hour past the expected time for my food. Rang twice only to be told it has left the shop. Expecting the food to not be warm now. Usually good service. Very disappointing.

Found hairs on the pizza. Rang the shop expecting them to fix a new one up or offer a discount, and I was completely stunned by how RUDE the staff are. Not only was I accused of putting the hair in there myself, but the lady on the phone said my family did as well. She then further went on to say none of the men working in there have black hair. The lies from this place are hysterical. I’ve been in many times and saw many people working there with dark black hair. It is an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. If I could upload the picture of how buried in the hair was into the pizza, I would, just to show you it was dropped before the pizza was even cooked as it was buried under all the cheese.

Staff really rude and need a really good slap coz where I come from if your rude or disrespectful you get a hiding don’t go here as food not fully cooked I have reported this to the food agency and jut eat #getshutdown They need cooking lessons and manners

Ordered at 11.20pm. Still sat here waiting at 12.35am. Missed call from the delivery driver. Call him back. He hung up three times. Then answered. Spoke next to no English. Just kept saying "shop" and "I knock and call you not there". I'm sat right next to the door with the window open. Then the man hung up.

awful service. got told 45 mins for delivery and took 1 hour 45 mins. Even though we had been told our delivery was on its way it still took a further 45 mins.

great food and efficient service , would recommend for last minute/ middle of the night type things.

Nice food but let themselves down by charging you an extra 50p for a kebab with "naan bread", when it's actually just a tortilla.

poor service kebab came with a tortilla wrap instead of naan bread and meat was pissing blood no refund given and girl on phone didll not not seem bothered will not be ordering again

The pizzas from here are spot on, i would recommend this place to anyone
