The meal was prepared flawlessly. The staff and the establishment were delightful. I also had the honor of covering the meal expenses for two courteous ambulance drivers. I appreciate your dedication 🙏

We won’t be ordering again! I was really looking forward to a decent burger!!!! …….what we received was a small soggy mess, probably a lot to do with it being wrapped in tinfoil. What happened to the boxes and the decent sized burgers???

Warp was bland Cajun chips was way too salty Prices are high 200ml bottle of drink cost £3.50 Just milkshake £6.50 Wrap is £10 Cajun chips is £3.50 Have no clue why the prices are this high I couldn't say no to that place because my kid was so hungry

The place was a bit small for sit in meals for my taste but the food was top tier and incredibly filling and the service was excellent as well.

The best place by far ! I’ve been coming here for ages now and I can happily say I’m never disappointed with what I get , I have more or less had everything on the menu now 😆. Not only is this place is unreal for food but WOW the milkshakes are insane. If you have not visited burger bar club already, then get to know because you are missing out big time x

There was sinewy in steak and it was tasteless. You can’t serve steak with sinewy.

Food was nice but burgers very small, shredded lettuce makes burgers hard to eat. Parmesan fries really good but spent almost £40 and me and my partner were still hungry after. Not good value for money.

Came here expecting good things and was sadly disappointed. The moment we walked in the whole place had a stench of grease like an old fashioned cafe. Our table was tacky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were crumbs on the table, seat and floor. The sides were decent but the burger was distinctly average… just unseasoned beef which looks the part but doesn’t deliver taste wise as you’re left with what I suspect is a fairly cheap meat aftertaste. It’s not bad by any means but at £80 for a family of four you are competing with the likes of Honest Burger and this is nowhere near that standard.

ordered food with special instructions clearly stated, however this was not done, called back to advise burger was wrong, waited 30 mins for a call back to say I will have to come and get the food sorta defeats the purpose of getting a take away. agreed to a full refund but have to go through just eat which seems crazy.

Warm and welcoming and enjoyed a lovely meal with friends. Which we could not fault. Presentation good. Looking forward to more meals especially being able to sit outside in the coming months. Recommend to dine there and they cater for children too. Excellent, well done, good team work by all.

No option to customise the burgers so called the restaurant and spoke to them twice and the order was still completely wrong

I absolutely felt made so welcome by the staff here! We visited as a family of four , two adults n two young children , we were served by a lovely waitress who took our order n immediately engaged with the kids bringing activities to keep them amused whilst we waited for our food! The food arrived n we certainly was not disappointed!! I would definitely highly recommend as the positive energy service n food was next levels! 👌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my family order every week we love this place, we’ve been ordering takeaway since it opened & we also eat in!! If there has ever been any issues the restaurant are quick to solve this as they really care about customer satisfaction. Service has always been amazing.. staff are so polite & attentive! 10/10 from us all round! See you next week for our usual! Really disappointed, seems a lot has changed since we last ordered. Halloumi burger £13 was literally 2 slices of the thinnest halloumi I have ever seen. , couldn’t even taste it there was that little in there. Chips have changed and are like kfcs, chilli topped fries were nice and big portion, but no spring onion on top and now it’s jalepenos instead of chilli. Chicken strips were tiny and rubbery. Bacon burger was very good but overall I miss how it was before so doubt we will order again :(

This place clearly has new management and staff, the quality has dropped massively. The foods got half the flavour and the menu is half the size. Clearly greedy when it comes to portions. Hardly any meat. This was a top tier restaurant now its barely average. Shame. Favourite spot is gone!

Came in here to sit down & eat, but half of the room was taken up by takeaway drivers waiting to collect food. Didn't really want to eat with random blokes standing over me so we all left & ate elsewhere

My burger was nice, just a shame they had run out of almost every drink we asked for. No hot chocolate as machine was broken, no milkshakes as there was no ice-cream, no vodka, no red wine. To be fair red wine was not on the menu which is odd as surely more matched to my burger than white wine or rose. We were lucky, as they ran out of chips too, we had the last portion. No cutlery, no Napkins. When I asked for some Napkins I was given to squares of kitchen roll to share between 3 of us. The bill came to over £50. So I'm being generous with a 3 star. The young lady working there was left to deal with alot of takeaways so wasn't able to give the customers in the restaurant her full attention.

New favourite burger place, Have eaten in and was fabulous. Had take out this time and was just as good. Same quality as eat in. Food is outstanding. And the boxes the burgers come are fab. Super user friendly and saves on the washing up lol. Highly recommend this place.

Yes the food is lovely but the service is shocking. Twice this has happened where we have ordered to pick up via online, get there and they are shut! We even called and there is nothing to say on their voicemail that we are closed and it even says that they were open on google. We drove an hour round trip to be disappointed twice now. When we have eaten there, they mess up the order or forget certain things. Given how much you pay for this, it’s not up to standard. As much as we love the food, I cannot say we will be coming back due to constantly being let down. We had been loyal during covid times too but sadly won’t be coming back.

Why have I only just found this place!!!! The burgers are to die for, literally never had such a amazing burger… Mac and cheese is amazing, and my god the milkshakes are amaZing… my friend had quiet a bit of everything and loved it! It’s fair to say this won’t be my last visit 🤭 I’m not one to give reviews but I had to for this one! Prices aren’t amazing but for what u get the quality of the food and even presentation you can’t knock it.

we ordered a classic burger and buffalo loaded fries. we waited over an hour for our food, which was frustrating since we only went in for a quick bite. this restaurant seems to heavily prioritise delivery orders over eat-in customers, as we watched them pack about 20 orders before they even started cooking ours. the burger came first and the chips came after my boyfriend had finished his burger which left me eating alone. the food was delicious and the portion of chips was big. the chicken on the chips was lovely and crispy. the waitress took the drinks off of our bill to compensate for the long wait time which was a nice gesture.

Not happy food didn't turn up from a just eat order tried to phone but guess what..I'm sorry was able to connect the call try again later...

My stomach bellowed on a glum but rather humid Monday afternoon. Upon inspecting the fridge - rats, nothing. I looked down at my rumbling midsection and sighed tapping in my password for the always omnipresent JustEat app. It was then I saw The Burger Bar Club advertised. I shrugged and quickly scanned their menu adding a chicken burger with an extra breast to my order along with the somewhat healthier sweet potato fries - I looked and nodded proudly at myself in the mirror for ordering the healthier option. Now it began…the wait. I refreshed the page I wonder ho- *knock knock* on my window. The abrupt sound snapped me from the daze as I opened the door and thanked the middle aged man smiling at me, giving him a tip and closing the door. It was extremely well packaged and felt hot - even through the bag. I first came across a sealed box; my sweet potato fries. They were crispy, not too greasy, perfectly sorted and boy was there plenty of them - the portion was enough for two. I tasted one and another anddd another before stopping myself. The burger…I grinned and whipped the other box open much like a child on Christmas morning. It was quite the size. I had a double chicken breast burger with onions, tomato, lettuce and fresh chilli. From the first bite to the last it was amazing. The bun wasn’t soggy, the chillis were ripe, the chicken was well cooked and the salad was fresh. What seemed like forever but was realistically a couple of minutes went by as i plunged my hand back into the cardboard box where my fries once were where all that met my hand was the waxy cardboard bottom. Damn it…I’d finished. Would definitely order again.

I came in today with my partner as it looked nice but ended up being a very disappointing experience; 20 minutes after ordering our milkshakes we were told they couldn’t do one of them due to missing an ingredient, and eventually received them after a total of 25 minutes; this was especially surprising as we were the only 2 people in the venue at the time. When the food arrived I was also disappointed that the burgers we’d ordered, despite being ~£11 each came with no chips and were quite small, for that price I didn’t expect such small and lonely burgers. We never had any sort of check back from the waitress nor did she ask if any of our food and drink was okay, and she needed reminding several times before we got our water and later on our bill. Her customer service was poor and she clearly had very little confidence or experience, and being someone who’s worked in hospitality for a while I understand that it is stressful, but why she was on her own on a shift with no-one but the chef is beyond me, they clearly haven’t taken the time to give her any basic training and it really showed in the way we were treated while we were there. I wouldn’t come back given the choice as for the money we spent, the underwhelming customer service, and small portion sizes it just wasn’t worth it.

Went here today. Was spot on. Really really good food! Definitely going back and would recommend anyone else to go! The side of Mac n Cheese was some of the nicest Mac n Cheese I've ever had!

Been meaning to come and try the food at the Burger Bar Club after hearing about it through friends. I had the surf and turf burger, the flavours were great, the steak was cooked perfectly and the salad was nice and fres. 10/10 will definitely swing by again when I'm in the area.

Absolutely the best burger in town! I never give reviews but had to on this occasion. So fresh, so tasty, perfect sized buns. So nice!!!!! Also the whole team there were so accommodating because I had a taxi coming. Will definitely return!!!!!!!

Burger Bar had fast become my favourite burger place in Leigh, and every time I've gone since first trying it 5 months ago has been fantastic. If I had one criticism, it would be that they really need to get more milkshake stock. I have been dying to try a milkshake and see if it's as good (or better than) Harry's, but so far I haven't had a chance to sample.

The food is amazing BUT THEY ARE SO SLOW. WAITING OVER 2 HOURS FOR 2 BURGERS AND CHIPS!!! They need to update there delivery website if they can't handle the orders it's ridiculous
