I never think to review places but after multiple orders over the years I am still obsessed with this restaurant. 10/10 every single time

Food - amazing! Honestly, some of the best burgers in Greater Manchester and I would recommend to absolutely everyone! The staff are very friendly and talkative when not busy! The atmosphere is nice, Bit too hectic sometimes, especially for those sensitive to noise! All in all, Bun & Bones Is amazing!

Been meaning to try the food here ever since i saw a tiktok on it, its an hours drive ( so i waited til i was in the area) and boy o boy whish we had come here sooner great menu choice taste food hot and quick... spot on well done.

I’ll be honest It wasn’t anything special, chicken burger was abit tasteless & the mac and cheese needs improvement. The chips with pulled pork was very good though!

Amazing food made by an amazing team! Never had a bad order from here and some of the specials are really amazing concepts that taste equally as good as they look.

By far the best smash burgers in the area, great service too! Will most definitely be back to try out the wings!

Love this place, been going for years since it opened. Best burgers around and awesome wings. Cheesecake is also delicious although it seems to have changed. It's my son's favorite burger place.

We’ve been getting bun and bones for years, always been a bit on the pricier side for takeaway but the quality and portions was always there, recently they’ve decided to make the portions of the sides like Mac and cheese etc. TINY, literally at least half the size of what they were, they used to be decent portions that would always leave you more than satisfied and justified the price but the price is the same and they’re cutting portions, just not worth it anymore unfortunately. Spending £30+ on a takeaway for 2 to be left hungry isn’t the one.

Fully recommend this place 100%. Best burgers in Stockport. Food is always piping hot, full of flavour and really good portions. Also recommend the boneless chicken wings, best ever, seasoned really good and choose from multiple sauce 👍🏼

Amazing quality burger - and finally somewhere that delivers to Marple!

The food is amazing and the price is wonderful. My only negative is the lack of heating was a bit annoying and I think if they had some new chairs and tables it would really make for a nicer experience. The staff were friendly and like I said the food was fantastic! I will return based on how excellent my burger and fries were.

We recommend this place 100%... it's our new favourite place for burgers! They are all different, but they have a special mixture that makes them unique and delicious... and the chips with parmesan cheese are simply a perfect touch.

Tried back to back with friends v street guys and these blow street guys to pieces. Better ingredients equals better burgers. The fact you get bigger portions just adds to the advantage.

Waited 2 hours for delivery for cold and sloppy burgers, all three burgers were a bland pile of cold slop! They missed half the order, And the phone number goes straight to voicemail so can’t even get in touch! Nope won’t be ordering again!! Left us all feeling sick

Taken me way too long to visit! I've been salivating over the Instagram account for B&B for ages and I finally got myself over to the gaff. It totally lived up to the build up! They've had many tempting weekly specials along the way but I set my sights on the 'Roadhouse'. Every single bite was incredible! The pulled pork was ELITE, amazing flavour from the marinade and it was spilling out the sides. Paired with a sweet BBQ sauce and crunchy slaw to make a proper messy burger which is just how I like it! The smash patties were superb as well, juicy and crisp on edges. All housed in a soft (but firm) potato bun. A thing of beauty! The sweet potato fries tasty Burnt really and we're fairly average. Big portion though. Back to the positives! The garlic & parmesan boneless chicken wings were delicious! There was at least 2 breasts worth so brilliant value. Although a couple of pieces were quite dry but the rest were delightful. The parmesan coating was loaded on and the pieces were crisp. Overall it was excellent value for some bangin scran! The staff were smiling and provided efficient service. Definitely somewhere I'll be going back to.

Amazing burgers, with specials that change every wee and generous portion sizes! Great chicken wings and fries as well. The dine in interior area could do with some work. However given the situation they had to deal with moving over from their previous establishment that closed down suddenly. It does the job!

Was expecting the burgers they produce for their facebook menus but when arrived it was a plain simple menu would return though

Superbly awesome food and super helpful friendly staff! They made my Hubby's 70th really special. They brought out the cake, sang with us and made sure we were all happy. EVERYONE enjoyed their food ( all 11 adults and 3 kids) .... One ofe our daughters and her partner are regulars - the rest of us have decided we will definitely eat here many times! Omg omg. This has got to be the best. yes the best burger bar ever. not had a burger this good since I worked in America. We had the special burger which was on Instagram. 2 patty with pork belly, bbq sauce, the best crispy onions. Jalapeños, Montgomery jack cheese. Then the parma frys. Yum yum. And a portion of the chicken strips in buffalo sauce. I think this was good value for money for the excelet quality of the food xx 10 out of 10. And the service was great..

Absolutely amazing burgers from this place! Never have I bought a burger opened the box and it resembles the picture on the website. High quality ingredients are making these dishes out of this world. Cannot believe I have not been until May this year, quickly followed by a visit the week after. There’s a lot of truth in the saying, you get what you pay for! You do! I will be back x

I've been here 5 or 6 times now, but hadn't been since they moved back to Hazel Grove. When I saw that this week's special was Glazed and Confused, in celebration of National Doughnut Week, I couldn't put off visiting again any longer. I know how many will initially react to the thought of a beef and bacon sandwich between two iced ring doughnuts, but that's what really drew me to it. This just had to work, otherwise they wouldn't be selling it, right? My verdict? This is the best burger that I have ever had. It blows anything I've tried in the past well out of the water. I was pleased to hear that it's something that they do from time to time, and I can't wait to try it again. I followed it up with the cheesecake special, which today was custard cream. This also blew me away. I've never tasted custard so good. I live 25 miles from The Bun and Bones Club. It's well worth the 50-mile round trip. Give it a try. The only thing I can really recommend is to have the special. It's all I've ever tried. See their Insta page for the latest special. It's always good here. Only grabbed a burger and chicken wings. But excellent choice and made fresh in front of us. Cannot fault it.

Brilliant loaded burgers and fries. Great that you can eat in here again! The food is top tier and the selection of stuff to add to your burger is massive. Only 4 star as you order at the kitchen rather than someone taking your order was slightly faffy as we had 6 burgers to remember!

I don’t really take the time to write reviews but this place deserves one. I went with my family had a big philly style burger and chips and the burger was the best I’ve had and the price is so cheap for what you get it’s unreal 10/10 5 star coming again next week

Just discovered this place and wow - was not disappointed. Ordered the night man as it looked slightly smaller than the other burgers. Great flavours all worked together very tasty. Not sure this place is a restaurant really and picked up so it was ready in 10 mins. Can’t wait to try the others soon 😊

Stopped here for early dinner, and I have to say the Scarface burger was absolutely incredible! The flavours complimented each other perfectly, the chilli fries too were brilliant! Would highly recommend the burgers, they are amazing. There's a great atmosphere, lovely setting, live music, dogs allowed, nice array of rums and craft beer. Would highly recommend this place!

Cant order via the website tried 2 browsers 2 phones, page will not load, rang them up not able to help. Not good enough looks like five guys is our new go to for burger delivery.

First time we've ate at Bun and bones since it moved in at Dr Feelgood. A good bar to team up with as it shares their quirky nature and has some great beers including IPA's on draft from Tiny Rebel and Beavertown. We went on a Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. There's parking a couple mins walk away on a church which is paid depending on the time of day and then it's double yellow outside the venue as its facing the market hall in Stockport centre. You get drinks at the bar and then pick a table and order food via a QR code. I hate this method of ordering but some love it, seems the norm in Manchesters northern quater along with being cashless. There's no waiters / waitresses about other than who brings your food but you're unable to order drinks etc with them, probably due to the bar and food being separate businesses. The food was great really tasty burgers with an imaginative array of flavours and they really do have the best chilli cheese fries and are of good portion, it won't take long to get full! I'll definitely be visiting again.

Awful, Use to be so good when it was on the main road, visited today for a takeaway, had to stand in a loud bar full of drunks and out food took 45+ minutes to come for it not even to be as good as it use to be Really let themself go Accessibility - 0-10

I ordered a delivery from here, food arrived cold with ignorant delvery driver and the burger had fallen out of the box and all over the inside of the bag. I have tried to contact them via email and their web form but no reply. They used to be OK, now they are far from it ! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Awesome venue with even better food, service was great too! Enough different burgers on the menu to keep us coming back. They were even welcoming and catered for a 3 year old.

I've eaten in, taken away and collected food many times from what we consider the King of burger joints in Manchester. The burgers are excellent, the chips are big and perfectly cooked (though we order without salt) and when we've had the chicken wings, they've been succulent and juicy too! So do yourself a favour and pick yourself up some cracking burgers and see just what you've been missing out on!

we ordered for home delivery, got korean bbq wings - crispy & tasty!! the special which was the Christmas one 😍😍 beautiful!! and the scarface, spicy but also insanely good 😍 would definitely order again and 100% would recommend to a friend 10/10

If burgers and fries are your thing then this little gem will be right up your street. They don't have seating inside anymore which is a little disappointing but it's all about the food.. Which is amazon.. One of the best burger places in Manchester by far. Highly recommended

6 of us went last night(Tuesday 7pm) at Dr.Feelgoods, we’d read a few reviews that weren’t so great but from our experience there were no issues at all. Service was great, friendly staff and certainly no looking down on us,it didn’t feel like that kind of place. The food was 10/10! £20 for a burger, side and desert and left feeling happy, and full up! When we arrived it was really quiet but soon the quizzers arrived and the atmosphere was good. We will be visiting again, highly recommend the Mac and cheese.

Menu selection fantastic with plenty of choice. Ordering system online very good but the lack of updates on the delivery itself, is slightly worrying and the never answer the phone (if they had a better communication method for delivering then they wouldn’t need this anyway). Others have complained about deliveries and we didn’t have a huge problem because it did turn up 25 minutes after the scheduled time, if this was improved, I’m sure they would get and keep a huge amount of customers, as the food is delightful and tasty!

One of the better burgers I've had since moving to the North West.

Recently moved (Sept22) now inside Doctor Feelgood. Which is a very trendy bar. (Music is very loud) but good atmosphere... Now let's talk Burgers burgers burgers. Amazing burgers. Great place to go if u want a burger with a different. Maybe chilly in it.. maybe Mac n cheese in it! The special is always good. Chips are great also as you can put great toppings on them! Staff seemed really helpful n welcoming.

Visited last night. Ordered via the qr code at the table and then had to wait 50 minutes for 2 burgers and a topped fries. Personally, I thought this as too long and I was almost about to ask for a refund. Not a great start. However, the food was fantastic. Burgers were a really good size abs full of. Flavour and the trash fries were lovely. We couldn't fault the food at all. We wil go again as we have visited the Hazel Grove branch a few times before but hopefully we won't be waiting nearly an hour for food!

Awful service!!! Food is nice when it’s good. always have the boneless chicken with buffalo sauce… been very dry recently after last 3 visits.. but have have kept giving the opportunity to redeem themselves as I know it used to be soooo nice But lately gone down hill… don’t know why???? delivery is also an issue when they say 1 hour and it’s nearly 2 it’s not good. No one answers the phone when you need to speak to them and now they are moving will only be worse. I would say avoid purely due to service and no guarantee of any food being delivered. We have just had to cancel our order after waiting 2 hours and no food and no response even after paying full. Terrible😡

Decent food, but an absolute nightmare trying to order. When busy, they take the payment page for their website offline but leave everything else up and running, meaning it's frequently offline most of the evening. You each take your time choosing something that looks good, go to order, and everything stops working. You have no idea when you can proceed, as they don't tell you anything. Frequently waiting an hour or so to make an order, with a game of hit or miss on the refresh button. Fast food it is not.

Cash only in 2022!!!. Advertises and a chill place to seat and eat, but the the restaurant half is closed, full of stock and when we went very dirty. (Rubbish etc on the floor). If you want a good burger this in not the place to go.

Honestly the best burgers and chicken

Tried this place recently and have to say I was underwhelmed by the food. Firstly you can not sit in and eat and secondly it was cash only! (Doesn't mention this online) Ordered a roadhouse burger and some buffalo wings and took back to the car to enjoy but enjoy I did not. The burger was shockingly bland, the pulled pork was dripping in grease, absolutely no seasoning on the patties. I could have got a tastier burger from McDonalds or Burger King for half the price. The boneless wings were average and the dusted fries were nearly as bland as the burger. Definitely a wasted journey.

The best burger joint in the area bar none. Would highly recommend. Food always top notch great service too.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to get round to eating here having heard so many good things and I love bbq. I've now been twice in as many weeks and both times the food has been fantastic. Both occasions we collected the food as delivery times were long, but if you can pick the food up the wait was only 30 mins from ordering. The burgers we had were extremley tasty, we've tried the Pig Mac, Plain Jayne and also a chicken burger. The trashy fries were ace but my favourite was the chicken wings, nice bit of spice and lightly crispy on the outside - they were perfect. Great value for money. Also the packaging is brilliant and designed so food remains crispy and fresh. We will be regulars!

Great food, brilliant variety on the weekly special. Its always 5 stars when you can get an order on but that is half the battle. Still keeps me coming back again and again. The Pig Mac will always be a winner.

The best burgers in the known universe.

Nice food but up themselves a bit and struggle to keep up with demand (they say its because everything is cooked fresh) but it's annoying that they keep turning off the 'just eat' machine when pressure gets too much and when you're half way through a group order and try to complete the payment, it doesn't complete and have to wait around an hour to try and order again.

We’ve just had the most incredible takeout from The Bun & Bones Club. Quite the tastiest burgers we’ve ever had, plus the wings and dirty fries are to die for! Forget the big chains - these Guys (if you know what I mean!) are the best!

Im sure the food is great if it was possible to order. Drove half an hour to this place as we had heard good things. Got there to find the place closed. Googled the opening times and apparently it was open! so decided to call. Spoke to someone who said even though I was stood outside I cannot place an order, even over the phone, and that I should use the Just Eat app to order and collect. Okay...?! went on to Just Eat to find a message saying they were currently not taking orders. Phoned back literally two minutes after my first call to be told they are not taking orders and there would be a 90 minute wait until they can. Really dont know why I couldnt be told this by the first person I spoke to. Dont understand how they can operate as a business like this. Shambles.

Tried when it first opened and to be honest I found it was very average at best. But had seen in an article that it had recently won an award. So me and my boyfriend decided to give it another go on Friday night. We had moved out the area since we first tried the place, so had driven 30 minutes only to walk in the ‘restaurant’ to be told that they were not accepting orders to eat in. (Restaurant was empty and they wasn’t due to close for over an hour) Bit annoying, but we were more then happy to takeaway but we wasn’t allowed that either? Instead we were told we had to order for delivery? But we live out of the delivery radius so that also wasn’t an option. Why can you not order to takeaway when it’s equivalent to delivery? And why is this rule not stated on the website? The guy wasn’t even apologetic either. Wasted trip, and very, very poor customer service. Never trying this place again.

We absolutely love Bun & Bones and always get it delivered when we have guests over. The Buffalo chicken wings are amazing and the burgers are the best I’ve had in England. Can be difficult to order but worth the wait!

Just had the Han Seoul-o from here with buffalo wings. Really underwhelming considering the price and the fact they won the award for best takeaway in NW. Burger sounded great on paper but it was bland, there was a stingey amount of toppings and the burger itself was dry. I've had more interesting burgers from Burger King. The wings were a similar experience with low quality meat and a stingey amount of sauce. Don't be misled by good marketing.

Great tasty burgers using quality beef, delicious sauces and lovely seasoned fries. Only snag is you can’t eat in neither can you go to the counter and place an order. Bizarrely when I went in I was told had to go outside in the cold and place my order on Just East! Presumably they don’t want to handle cash payments. Was even more annoyed that when I placed my order I was quoted an hour to wait! However thankfully they promptly rang me back to say they could reduce it to 20 minutes.

By the the best burgers I have ever had! The menu has a wide range of options & something for everyone, we are already planning on our date night at home for this! Will forever recommend this.

Visitied a number of times, far more than I can recall but never left a review that they deserve. Always absolutely spot on. Burgers are fresh and very nice. Takeaway is well packed in eco-packaging which is great to see. Keep doing what you're doing !

I ordered from here last week and had the best chicken wings ever, however when I ordered them again, they were soggy and fatty, unlike last time where the skin was delightfully crispy . So disappointing!

Driven here can't even order have to use just eat or Uber eats, stupid idea. If you say it's covid why isn't everyone like that. Shame cos foods good stupid idea 🤣

There are 5 great great burger places in England I’ve tried… Almost Famous, Slap & Pickles, Fat Hippo, Burger & Beyond and this place… and I’d argue this place (along with Slap & Pickles) are the best.. Menu is a whole load of fun, they always have great specials and the sides and chicken are great too… it’s only a small place so there isn’t a whole load of space but I quite like that about it!! Feel like a bit of a tucked away American diner!!! Honestly - get yourself here… you won’t be disappointed!! You’ll be very full… but deffo not disappointed!! :)
