Great friendly traditional pub in Looe. Was there on an open mic night. Landlady very welcoming and came over to give our dog a treat

Great little pub right in the heart of Looe. Mainly locals but all very friendly and welcoming. Great live music and stays open a little later than most of the other pubs/bars. Bar staff great none of this I will serve the locals first which you sometimes get in similar establishments. Cant say enough good things about the place reminds of the type of old skool boozer that's sadly now in decline in favour of gastropub/coffee houses

Typical locals bar, nothing great or special but grubby in my opinion if your on a pub crawl like us sort stopping. Would I pay a specific visit? No

Great pub, great staff, great atmosphere, great bands. Always feel very welcome in this traditional pub. Absolutely Mustard!

We called in for a drink with the possibility of food. The bar staff acknowledged us on arrival and served us after a few minutes. The decor was tired and didn't encourage us to ask about food so only stayed for one drink. I got the impression from other reviews that this is more of a music bar.

Friendly staff & locals. Strongbow in cans & decent drink prices. Good mix of acts. Looking forward to next year already.

Had a drink in this pub, decor wasn’t great. The music they played was good though. We were served our drinks in plastic glasses, not impressed so didn’t go back.

Awesome pub. Louise is the best barmaid by far!!! Highly recommend coming to this pub when you visit!!!!

While the bar tender was great the 3 local women who kept staring at my son and told him to smile whilst we were walking out (obviously they had put him on edge from staring) we’re not so great. Won’t be returning as were made to feel very uncomfortable .

Tiny quirky pub. Great choice of gins and other spirits, we were a bit spoilt for choice. Slightly unenthusiastic bar person .... 😕 Good for a quick drink.

Usually enjoy coming in here to listen to the live music that they have on and we purposely went out to listen to a band that had played their previously and were really good. For some reason Pauline decided to tell the band to stop playing halfway through their set so her and her male companions could do karaoke instead!!!! Not sure what her thinking was behind that as the pub was packed but us and a lot of others left not long after as we were all enjoying the music and there was no way i wanted to stay to listen to people shrieking on the karaoke all night. Very bizarre evening think she has lost the plot

Awful rude pub, band was chucked off stage as they were “Turning away custom” even though no one had left the building and more people were actually coming in because of the live music. Disgustingly rude people and made comments to the band that were unacceptable! I will never return again and will be spreading the word. Honestly this place is a joke.

Staying in the area for a break with my husband Popped in here for a drink however the landlady was obviouslyhaving a bad day, very rude woman she needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of her pub and her people skills . Has put me off going here again for the rest of our stay

Very bizarre experience. The landlady seemed to be in a foul mood. She decided that the band (who we had seen perform here previously and were excellent) were no longer to her taste before and kicked them out before their first set finished. She believed that the band were driving away business from the small pub that was actually heaving. She was also upstairs and no where to be seen the whole night. Very odd. We stuck around with the band after to encourage them to keep it up. By the time the band left, the pub was almost empty.... People were there to see live music.... Go figure. Many people spoke to the band afterwards giving positive feedback to them which was nice to see. Will never be returning. All the best to the band.

Such a lovely friendly pub that has a great choice of drinks. The live bands were really good and the atmosphere in the pub was amazing. Would definitely come back.

What a find. Tried many of the bars in Looe and in fact Cornwall as we are fairly local. This Is Firmly one of my favourites - played excellent background music, lice music which I love - good beer and very friendly staff. I think this has just become my new local for a Friday night pint or two.

Simply a very pub with good beers, lagers and ciders. Friendly staff and greta for music over the weekend plus other activities e.g. poker on Monday's, Quiz night Wednesday.

Lovely atmosphere staff really friendly made us all feel welcome and the kids enjoyed a game or two of pool lush place well worth a visit plus great pint

A quaint old pub that was crowded when we entered but empty when we left , hope is was not something we said? We only had a toastie but it was very nice. People serving and clearing tables were very friendly . A nice pub.

Great place for a quiet drink, no frills just a very old drinking hole full of character.They have live bands FRI,SAT,SUNDAY and make for a great night out.

We had a very good meal here very good service place needs a bit of updating inside staff were very friendly food was fresh I had cran chilli and coriander fish cakes with fries and salad which was delicious would eat there again.

We’ve heard great music in hear on previous visits to Looe but the band on this night were the best so far ! Well worth a visit !

A very old building, not the most pleasant smelling place, furniture very old and dirty Entertainment was a male singer and guitarist, very average !!! the bar staff were very friendly and the drinks prices were very good,

Nice enough pub to pop into for a drink, not sure if they do food. Quite quiet when we were there, may be busier in the evenings.

This will be my second review of The Bullers, the first is still pending.

Very impressed with this friendly and lively pub. Beers well kept and the surroundings were great. Would certainly recommend this pub and would be VERY happy to re-visit.

Whilst on holiday near Looe. We did the quiz on the Wednesday evening. It was a really good night. Friendly staff and punters. For quizzers a good experience

After relocating to Looe we decided to pop out on a Friday night for a drink or two. On arrival we were called over to the other end of the bar by a customer that had moved to Looe 4 years previous, she said she heard from the barmaid that we had moved here and wanted to make us feel as welcome as the locals had made her feel all the customers were Incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The pub had got some great live music on and was lovely and warm/clean and very affordable.

We visited looking for a nice pint of beer and were not disappointed. Lots of dogs in the pub who were all very well behaved and made the visit even more pleasant. Good service and friendly people plus happy dogs.

Probably not the best experience as we jumped in to shelter from the rain, along with a hundred or more other people.
