The Brunch Bar in Lancaster

Disgusting what just happened to me, after a hard day at work, I went to enjoy a treat at good old macdonalds. Unfortunately for me the gentleman behind the fries (as the Americans would say). Decided to thrown the bag at me that went all over my suit and was abusive when I asked a question. I asked for the store manager, which they refused. Disgusting behaviour, the line manager tried to defuse the situation, the excuse was its been busy....... Disgusting behaviour, will be taking this further with head office

1 hour in a takeaway order and still not ready!!!!!!

Chips were lovely, fish was very dry.

Visited 3 times now since moving to the area. Have to say the nicest chippy chips we've had in ages. Not soggy or greasy. The haddock was lovely too. A big queue each time we've been, proves how popular it is. Freshly cooked as well.
