The Bridge - Health, Fitness & Wellbeing in Southwark

I was "lost in London" & it said on the window "pop in and be human" so I did & they let me in on Wednesday !!! Clean place, plenty of room inside, excellent value, looks to be good place for breakfasts aswell - varied menu to suit all tastes. Loved the little garden round the back. Staff who directed me to Southwark Cathedral were exactly right... THANK YOU ....and tea was proper tea in a pot and just as I like it. Definitely recommend this cafe.

Pequeño y encantador lugar vinculado a un gimnasio / caridad. El té era muy bueno y servido en buenos cubiertos. El batido era muy sabroso y fresco y el desayuno era maravilloso, con grandes porciones. El personal amable y algunas áreas agradables en la cafetería para sentarse y relajarse. Volveremos :)

El servicio fue absolutamente impactante, no escuchábamos las hamburguesas que queríamos. ¡Entonces llegaron fríos! ! ! En general, una broma! ! ! ! ¡No vayas! !

Sólo paramos para una taza de café en mi camino en otro lugar. El café es limpio y moderno con algunas sillas cómodas, así como bancos y sillas. El té se sirve en un recipiente pero con una de esas tazas que es imposible conseguir un dedo en el mango. El personal era bastante agradable, pero no demasiado agradable. Sería fácil para ser un cliente anónimo.

Yo aquí muy ocasionalmente en pop y siempre estoy contento con la comida. Se trata rápidamente, y si me gusto decente en el acostarme y cómodos sofás, no hay quejas:).

Walking back to my office at 10am to attend to some urgent business I passed this place and dived in. I ordered breakfast and parked myself in the corner with my laptop. Plenty of space and wifi. Excellent coffee and a very posh and delicious bacon sandwich. Three hours, 10 emails, 2 phone calls and 3 coffees later I was still there. I'm tempted to make this my new permanent office but that might be taking advantage! If you need to get some work done or Skype your family or update your followers on Twitter or whatever... and you're also in need of coffee and food - this place is perfect.

I attended a course in the building, and was greeted by a very friendly girl at reception who directed me to the right floor. The Waterloo room was well equipped and comfy for the course. The restaurant downstairs provided great coffee and a nice sandwich lunch. No complaints at all - if you need business facilities, give this place a go! Recommended
