Subject: Missing Item from My Order Dear Leon Customer Service Team, I recently visited one of your restaurants and purchased a breakfast along with tea and an additional chocolate bar, which I paid for another (£2.5). Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that the chocolate bar was missing from my order. Since I am unable to return to the restaurant to address this in person, I would like to kindly request a resolution, such as a refund for the missing item or an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It's a good stopover with a little one who already has his favorite spot there: we come back there at his insistence. Maybe he likes the particular shape of the fries, in any case he loves the chicken with peanut sauce 🥜 that they serve there.

The food and coffee is great, added bonus that the staff are always pleasant and serve you with a smile.

My fav Leon, the staff is super friendly, especially Dani! She is always kind and efficient. :) coffees make my work days better

Very fast service and great food. LEON has never disappointed me!

Food is really fake. The eggs are disgusting, the vegetables are not fresh at all. This is just a bad fast food chain that claims to be healthy.

A fast food place, where you can rest in the middle of the day of sightseeing. A meal without complications.

We went back for a third time to have chai this week. Staff is very friendly and caring, and are willing to answer questions about the food. This is not the case at other Leon branches across the city, that’s why we came back. So I definitely recommend this place! It’s across Tate modern and there are enough seatings. The first time we ordered a halloumi breakfast muffin with chai. Second time was only chai and third time was last Monday. We ordered the halloumi breakfast muffin and chai again. My mom was not feeling well, I put her on a seat and in the meantime she fainted. The staff called the ambulance immediately, the girl behind the counter came with cold water, started rubbing my moms hand so she would stay warm and even offered us something else to drink. She offered us a refund too, for the food and drinks we had not consumed. After the ambulance came they did some tests in the van. After 1,5 hours we returned and two guys at the counter immediately asked how my mom was feeling and if she was okay. They offered us a refund again, but as it was almost noon and we hadn’t eaten anything for breakfast we ordered some food. We should have paid a extra but didn’t have to. The fact that they helped us while my mom wasn’t feeling well, immediately took action, and the caring nature of the staff is truly analyzing! I do recommend the chai with coconut milk, the halloumi breakfast muffin, the halloumi wrap and the baji wrap. They had a great breakfast deal, and overall it is not that expensive.

Lovely plant based menu, but wider options too for my friends. We were visiting the Tate Modern and were looking for a local lunch. Easy to order and service was quick and friendly. Very clean restaurant and great loos too!

Could be an okay place, but the staff was super lazy. No cleaning up was done. Floor and tables were sticky and filled with dirt. Guests wiped the tables with napkins when taking over dirty tables. Food did not seem freshly made.

Enjoyed the chicken nuggets and orange juice.

Great place for budget tourists. On top of standard great Leon food comes helpful approach from Leon Bankside staff. Highly recommended.

Food was okay at best. After completing our order it turned out the kiosk wasn’t connected so we had to redo the whole order at the counter. The girl seemed to understand the order but when we got the food it was wrong. Oh well. She also was ambivalent about the kiosk not working. Put a freaking sign on it at least! Wife went to the bathroom. No toilet paper. Not worst ever, but not impressed.

We ate dhal and vegan wrap menu, everything was delicious. Interesting menu with reasonable prices. Only remark goes to a bit sticky tables, but that may be due to the material itself.

Tuesday 7p.m. - I entered Leon for dinner after a long day. The place is not busy and staff is idle. A customer asks for the toilet and is told they are not working. First red flag. I order my food to eat in. I'm given a takeaway bag. There are no cleaned trays anywhere, and the staff tells me so. After showing my disappointment, they managed to find one which they badly cleaned in a rush and I refused it preferring to take the meal in a bag. Next challenge - finding a cleaned table. Most of the tables were dirty, and the few ones that didn't have crumbles were all sticky, showing the poor level of cleanliness. For a £10.50 fast food meal, you'd expect a much higher standard. This is clearly a badly managed place where nobody has pride in their work. I won't be back here until this gets a better management.

Service was quick but you order from a tablet then collect so it no better than McDonalds tbf. Food was bland and very overpriced. 1 and only time for LEON I’m afraid.

Wrap was luke warm, chips were cold and arincini were inedible. Service was poor, lots of dirty tables, staff clearly couldn’t care less.

The toilets have not been working for a year (Bankside Leon and Moorgate Leon - the two worst ones) coffee and food not as good as it used to be Also, Leon pretends to be a vegany type of company but menu is predominantly meat and dairy Bring back vegan meat balls!

Pretty good for lunch near Tate Modern.

Food is overpriced but that's just part of Leon's branding so that's out of this branch's control. However, the quality of the food can be controlled and it is poor. Waffle fries are always soggy and not well kept, and chicken nuggets are never piping hot. I like the self-service check-outs but it is quite crammed to maximise the space.

Always very good, this chain is everywhere in London and you can eat there for cheap!

Is a bit impersonal but if you are seeking for a quick bite that is not a sandwich. This is a great alternative. Easy to use. Fast and efficient.

Friendly staff, with good customer service skills.

Sad food. I've been eating the same things for long enough to notice a change... It's now rice, almost zero herbs, no slaw a bit of chicken and some relatively bland aoli. The slaw, herbs and chilli used to make it interesting.. this may be a bad day in the kitchen or cost engineering gone wrong. Either way I won't be visiting a Leon again. Shame.

Light bright and clean Leon. Easy touch screen ordering. Very quick service and I’d ordered 3 things including an excellent kids option. Kids options were brilliant - my 10 year old loved the fish finger box and drink for £3.99. Perfect for mum and 2kids in half term.

We ate very well!!! The person in charge was very nice and willing to help us!!!! Tasty and fast!

Visited the frost fair today and this was the nearest place to eat. Have to order on a screen but I suppose it speeds things up. My daughter loved the chicken aoli box; rice was good. My fish finger wrap was disappointing and not fresh. Maybe kept warm for a while, so fish was soggy. We both liked the fries though. Raspberry lemonade was great and I enjoyed my Yorkshire tea: ))

Poor experience. Golden Glow Dahl looked as if it had been sitting for a day or two and was like warm and not particularly tasty. Filter coffee weak. Food was served so fast it was obviously being sat in the boxes waiting for customers than fresh. Dirty place too.

Fries were soggy, Miso gravy didn't taste like miso and the wrap was just okay. Quality prize wise the quality is pretty poor.

I loved the chips! Service fast.

Yeah, nah. Chips were stone cold. Food luke warm. Not the best for a chilly day outside. When I asked for the chips (baked) to be heated up at least, they binned them and then asked where I was sitting. No show. No chips. Couldn’t be bothered asking again. You don’t need a PhD to do this stuff well for goodness sake.

First visit to Leon. Not impressed, cold food, poor quality ingredients. First and last visit. So disappointed.

I have been a fan of Leon for many years, I have always admired their innovative approach to their menu, and quality healthy food, fast. One thing I have always appreciated about Leon is the warm friendly staff. It is still something I look forward to when I visit. This visit was no exception. I had not visited for a while and the lovely staff member remembered me. My favourite dishes on the menu at the moment are Chicken Satay with brown rice and slaw side salad, the combination is so fresh & tasty. It did not disappoint. Thank you team. I see how hard you work and appreciate you.

Leon used to be a great place to eat fast. The food tasted fresh, warm and as if a bit of care had been taken over it. I just ate arancini and baked fries. I had exactly 4 fries and some crumbs, until I complained, I then got more fries, but sadly they were cold and tough. The arancini tasted like it had been sat there for a while. I’ll never go to LÉON again. It felt like an absolute waste of money. It feels very much like the attention is on FAST rather than FOOD. Avoid.

Terveellisempää pikaruokaa! Todella hyvä kokemus. Sopii hyvin vegaaneille ja iso osa valikoimasta on myös gluteenitonta.

Stayed in London for the weekend and enjoyed our breakfast both mornings from LEON. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Never again. What's happened? Been a Leon fan for years, but alas no more. Been to the Bankside branch 3 times over the years. Its filthy, slow staff ( now taken over by dirty touch screen machines) food cold and tables not cleaned.

Visited this Leon when on Business, it had not long had a full refurbishment, which looked great. Very close to the Tate, well worth a visit to both.

Fast food molto carino, vicinissimo alla Tate Modern. Economico, considerato i prezzi di Londra, ma le porzioni sono precise (magari per qualcuno potrebbero essere giuste). Qualità del cibo buona

Muy rico! Me encantó el arroz y sus salsas. Me gustó mucho que cuando eliges los productos en las máquinas, te indica cuántas calorías tiene cada alimento. En cuanto al precio, es bastante conveniente, alrededor de 10usd el plato.

테이트 모던 가는길에 있습니다. 날리는 쌀을 좋아한다면 유럽음식 특유의 신맛과 향신료를 좋아한다면 맛있게 먹을 수 있습니다. 한국인에겐 확실히 호불호 갈린 맛이니 잘 선택하세요. 파운드 너무 비싸잖아요. 가성비 좋아요

Total chaos here and the quality of the food has gone down considerably soggy fries and mostly rice in my black bean and rice box

You could hardly do better for atmosphere from a chain eatery. Spacious, quiet, great location near MoMA. Food is typical Leon, good, though some quantities are on the small side. Breakfast pots are tasty. Coffee is priced equivalent to a cafe.

As I have intolerance to some foods I have to hope this is taken seriously each time I eat food outside the home. The staff members took time to make sure the food I ordered would not affect me. Good efficient service with a smile. Such tasty and healthy food too. Thank you!

The food is OK but staff are not

Went here for some lunch after visiting the Tate Modern. The interior of the building is quite nice and there's plenty of seating. Some of the tables had not been cleared, however, they seemed understaffed or the staff were just too busy. Food was served hot. Loved the GFC nuggets (gluten free) and the Brazillian Black Bean rice box.

Gluten free, fast but healthy food.

We ordered to eat in and got it in a bag. Then I found one portion was missing completely which was given to us once asked. It happens and that would not be an issue. However, the chips were cold and soggy. The burgers with unpleasant sour taste. The wrap ok-ish. It was definitely the first and the last visit. McDonalds is a 5* dine in compared to this place for a half of the meal price. Shame.

Wow…I’m not sure where to start with how bad an experience this was… Chose to eat in and had a Korean chicken wrap meal with lattice fries. The wrap was cold…the fries were cold so asked to swap them and the 2nd batch were equally like warm. Queried either the staff and asked for a fresh serving which they provided, 3rd time lucky. Very poor quality and disappointing.

All we had was poor quality raw materials, poorly cooked resulting in food that we mostly left. And the portions are small. Poor---

The LEON menu has had upgrades - all vegan this, no meat that and fair trade the other - and so has the tech. Gone is the waiter service, so pre-Covid, to be replaced by ‘order at the screen’ and ‘collect from the counter’, beloved by accountants everywhere. All that’s fine, so long as it’s reflected in the price. But I still like somewhere to sit that isn’t a health hazard - even at KFC and Maccy Ds which Leon now chooses to compete with. And here, Sunday late afternoon, the staff at this branch spent a lot of time chatting to each other and a favourite customer, and zero time cleaning the filthy tables outside and in. Whilst there was people waiting for food. So I cleared two tables myself. And then my family and I ate a pretty good meal. But why pay to eat out if I have to clean up before and afterwards? I can do that at home.

I pre ordered for a very large group and food was made bang on time. All food was collect correctly (nothing was missing) and was amazing. So helpful and easy service.

Estoy todavía comiendo aquí con toda la familia. Vinimos porque era uno de los que recomendaban en el hotel y estaba muy cerca. Nunca más. Se olvidaron de parte del pedido, cantidades excasas para los precios y patatas blandas recalentadas. El arroz con pollo era arroz....y un poco de pollo, aunque de sabor bueno. Lo siento, para comidas rápidas hay sitios mejores.

Tate Modern had just opened and we had enjoyed the tour. Their cafe had not reopened so we went to Leon. A lucky find. Good menu and enjoyable food. The cost overall also very reasonable Well located and with nice outdoor seating nearby

No he comido en un León desde hace mucho tiempo, pero los estándares de preparación y la calidad de la comida definitivamente han bajado. La caja de arroz es miserable y luché por encontrar algo en ella aparte del arroz, a pesar de las afirmaciones en contrario. Los precios parecen razonables pero las porciones son pequeñas. Si bien el embalaje es reciclable, es excesivo en cantidad. El menú solía ser más simple, pero ahora es más rápido, por lo que lo básico está sufriendo. A pesar de que no estaba lleno, la comida sabía como si hubiera estado sentada por un tiempo y la velocidad con la que la recibimos indica que sí. Pero lo más preocupante era la falta de distanciamiento social entre las mesas, la forma en que uno podía sentarse en una mesa sin limpiar que alguien acababa de dejar libre sin que ocurriera ninguna limpieza en el medio y el hecho de que, aunque había un código QR para rastrear contactos, nadie apareció. para usarlo o imponer su uso. ¡Así que se sintió como un inexplicable semillero de transmisión de virus! Came here for a sweet treat + ordered Deliveroo the night before, and it was great! The vegan choco ripple ice cream is very tasty, and the hefty student discount much appreciated.

Debo haberlo hecho horas antes. ¿Por qué no empujar el bote y servirme uno nuevo en lugar de dejar un sobrante antes de cerrar? Si vas a hacer esto, quédate abierto más tarde. En pocas palabras, no te molestes si estás ordenando más tarde. . . . no es fresco ni agradable?

We wanted to go to McDonald’s but discovered it was « take away only ». Our kids were sad. Finally we found this place ! Lucky us, way much better than McDonald’s, healthier and not really expensiveness Do not hesitate to prefer it

Avoid if possible. The Halloumi avocado bagel looked like and tasted like it had been laying there for two days. Inedible. The breakfast pot was also dry like again it had been sitting some time. Servers were so uninterested and hanging over the counters chatting more than looking after customers. Awful experience.

After visiting Tate modern came out at 9pm for food. Ordered wrap with halloumi it was so hot - obviously over cooked in microwave - that I was scolded and seriously burnt my lip. What should have been a joyous evening ended in pain not happy

Après une visite de la Tate galerie un bon resto rapide !J'ai pris le Thaï Curry, il est mortel!Ma femme a pris le le humous servit avrc des nans! Pas cher et très bon!Mon fils un Hamburger de même !Un bon endroit pour la pause déjeuner !

I tried Leon’s heavily promoted Vegan Love Burger and it was utterly tasteless.Thankfully there were a couple of shreds of gherkin to relieve it of complete banality. Their new banana cake was equally devoid of any joy. It was dry and quickly forgettable. I began to appreciate why the slice was so thin.

First time we visited one, there are loads of them all over the place but we did find the food, meatballs in a great sauce, really good quality. Service was quick and no bother and the place was very clean and tidy.

Utilizamos esta rama de León durante nuestro reciente viaje a Londres, ya que estaba muy cerca de nuestro hotel. Los desayunos ofrecen una excelente relación calidad-precio y una excelente elección, a todos nos encantaron las macetas y muffins de desayuno y el yogur de granola. . . . También probamos un almuerzo rápido aquí antes de dirigirnos al teatro. . . estaba delicioso y servido rápidamente. . . Las albóndigas marroquíes eran especialmente sabrosas, al igual que las tartas de frambuesa y crema pastelera. En general, un gran lugar para una buena relación calidad-precio en comida y bebida.

He sido un gran fanático de León y me encantan sus albóndigas marroquíes, todas las ensaladas, etc. . . . pero probé su nueva hamburguesa vegana para variar, estaba sabrosa por la salsa en lugar de la hamburguesa en sí misma, que era un poco sosa y no tenía una textura perceptible, y costaba 5. 75 que no fue de gran valor en comparación con Macdonald o Five Guys.

I had been to the Tate Modern and our group were looking for lunch. Just around the back of the museum are a few restaurants and one is Leon a Thai food place with long tables and benches and optional more private table sitting area. It is self service and the food comes in a box. The taste is clean and spicy. I had a lager to drink with my chicken satay but loads of alternative soft drinks listed.

I've got an old food, the tortilla was at least from yesterday. The smoothies are not made on the side.
