The Bridge in Taunton Deane

So overpriced these days compared with other fast food places. Didn't have some items didn't have BBQ meat balls, didn't have anything other than pepsi max in the drinks machine. Was pretty dead inside and service was slow

The guy serving looked like he really didn’t want to be at work. No customer service skills at all. The food looked great in the picture but turned out to be nothing like it. Disappointing sandwich, mainly filled with sauce and not much else!

The machine for loyalty points never works

Not very good service and the sub was substandard.

So hot I could not sit in the store. Refuses to redeem points.

Love subway, nice polite staff and 1 in particular which don't know his name which is short and younger is very good with portion sizes and always puts a smile on me and my partners faces, very kind and cheerful employee and has also become a good friend seeing as we are regular loyal customers now

Staff rude. Daughter got locked in toilet and didn't help. Asked for cups for kids packs and got told no! Even when I paid for drinks! Will not go Back.

Really good place to go for a quick lunch. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Those coupons come in hand too. Always clean and very good value.

A good, clean subway in a great location.

I recommend going in the evening. There aren't too many people, it isn't too busy and the music isn't too loud. Just watched the river flow as I ate my sandwich.

Food is lovely, but I'd say over priced for sandwiches when u compare other fast foods you can get at alotore convenient prices.

Lovely and clean, staff were polite and friendly, only downfall is they don't have any highchairs so used our buggy instead, but it's only a minor thing, overall a good experience. Toilet and baby changing was really clean too.

Great wraps very clean and handy place before you begin your shopping...toilets clean too. Staff where polite.

Very messy was no in there early hours but the place was a mess. No clean tables and the employees weren't even bothered about this .
