Pleasant visit staff very nice good place for a drink and food

The staff are brilliant through and through! The atmosphere is usually great too. I've been going since I moved to the area so 3 years and I still love it!

Popped here for a drink with my son and family. Lovely place.

Great little pub on our doorstep, great beer and food

Good little pub on the estate, it's been crying out for this for years, we moved away before this opened. Didn't eat food but I'm told it's good .

Good food, beer on tap, coffee. Outside seating. Good location.

Intimate microbpub with a good stock of highstreet brands as well as some not so common beverages. Just popped in for a cheeky drink with the dog but was tempted over to stop for a lunch

I’ve never been so embarrassed that they refused to serve my daughter without any explanation to why!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life , I asked the bar lady what had my daughter had said that she felt she could not serve her and that she was barred and her response was “it’s the way she spoke to me” my daughter asked what she had said as she wanted to apologise!!! But the the response was “ no need for apologise your barred “ at least let us know why you are barring someone and allow them to apologise, this is so disconcerting of a business!!!! Update!!! After reading your response I can only presume that you and your staff don’t want to respond in person when asked very politely but you are more than happy to go into a full explanation on social media and also more than happy to tell your customers in person about the so called overly dramatised incident. The approach you have taken is to shame someone which quite honestly is disgusting, my daughters behaviour may not have been the best but you really need to have a word about yours. Regards Natalie

What a lovely place! Beautiful food, interior and staff (oi oi!). I had the roast chicken and cauliflower cheese, all cooked to perfection. Dog friendly. I love their selection of ciders and beers, including the lime and lemon cider. They also have FRESH limes.

We love this place so much! They've got the perfect balance... you can go for a drink and cake with your kids and grandparents, a meal with your partner or drinks with friends and it's spot-on every time. Staff are lovely, food is excellent and they have a brilliant range of drinks. Couldn't recommend enough 😁

So my wife and I were out for a walk and fancied a coffee. I'd heard Brews Bros was in Fernwood and checked it was open on Sundays. Ended up as Sunday lunch! A vegetarian Sunday lunch no less. Didn't want a heavy meal so thought the veggie option may be lighter. It was but still very filling and VERY tasty too. All the veg and accompaniments were very good. Although fairly small it has quite a few tables both for dining and just a casual drink / coffee. Nice atmosphere and good service. Very impressed and have been back recently with daughter and her b/f and was equally impressed. Although not cheap, it's definitely not expensive and I feel its well worth it for the quality. Definitely recommend, though not when I wany to go just in case I can't get a table 😁👍.

Came here today for lunch, lovely relaxed atmosphere, good service. The steak sandwich was honestly the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Great value for money too, would highly recommend! :)

Popped in for a pint and a bite to eat. Had to promptly choose my order as the kitchen was due to close. I had bbq pulled pork sandwich. Excellent quality and portion size, especially for the price. Will be returning again

This place is very much a "trendy" place. The service is great and chargers at wall tables for devices is a great touch. The food is excellent quality. I had a variety of bits from the menu and they were all great. The stars of the show are definitely the burgers there. Freshly made and cooked properly to medium rare as standard, as they should be. The prices at this place are not for the more thrifty among us. Its about 30 quid a head including one drink. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the £11 burger doesn't even come with so much as a small portion of fries AND it doesn't seem to mention this on the menu. I think most of us would expect at least a small portion with it. On top of this a small portion of fries sets you back £3.50 from memory? Great food and worth the price tag but a handful of fries thrown in wouldnt kill them?

Popped in while on a Sunday walk. Would have maybe liked a sandwich with a hot drink but only Sunday lunches available by booking. Still, drinks were very nice.

Nice, local micro pub. Decent selection of beers including a nice IPA on tap. Small but tasty menu with some small plates if you don't fancy a larger meal. Large outdoor area that's great for warmer weather.

Nice friendly pub, great atmosphere

After visiting this place it is easy to understand why it has so many good reviews. A pleasant atmosphere, tasteful Christmas decorations, and a very original seasonal menu. The staff were friendly and accommodating, welcome to tweak the dishes to suit a low carb diet, and as for the quality of the food itself: excellent! I can certainly recommend it, and would be happy to eat here again the next time I'm passing through Newark.

Called in at lunchtime today. Lovely festive decorations. I had quiche which came with potato salad, fresh salad and crusty bread. Husband had cheese and pickle sandwich, served with side salad and crisps. The food along with the delicious coffee was just perfect. Really enjoyed it. Staff friendly, food very tasty and it was dog friendly too.

Great find. Close to A1. Very friendly. We had Sunday roasts. Chicken, pork and nut roast. Massive Yorkshire puddings. Lovely vegetables. All excellent. We will return.

Great ale pub in fernwood Newark friendly staff

Beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Fernwood, reasonably priced, very friendly and polite bar staff and the food is incredible, definitely worth a trip to experience, I'd never heard of a micropub before but I love it! Have been back multiple times and will probably continue to do so. The food is extremely good!

Fantastic take out meal ordered through Deliveroo. Really top quality food, proper burgers, so tasty and decent portions. Highly recommend!

Literally the best burger I've ever had!!! Clearly made with very high quality beef, me and my partner had "the hot one", with jalapeños and habenero sauce!!!, we had half a rack of ribs on the side.... Amazing the meat just fell off them and the sauce was great!! Big thanks to the chefs!!!!, front of house staff, very helpful and really friendly, we will be returning 5*

Absolutely love The Brews Brothers, Dave is a great owner and Scott is just amazing....whatever the request they always fulfil with no fuss....so glad to have taken my son Jack here for his 18th birthday first legal pint (whisky and coke)....6 stars from me

Great place. Friendly staff. Good beer. Good wine. The only food that was on offer was Pies which I didn't try but they did look good. Looking forward to them increasing their food offering. Fernwood was in dire need of somewhere nice to go for a drink or something to eat and meet with friends. A great start and I'm sure they will grow with our communities support.

Food was fantastic, excellent value and delicious. Service was faultless. I would definitely recommend and will be back 😁
