Came with my wife for lunch, excellent food and drinks, service very quick didn't wait long, got served by Joe he was very welcoming and polite, would definitely come back 😀

Great service, attentive servers, food delicious made by Cameron and Rebecca rotisserie chicken is definitely a favourite

Took a while for staff to come to the entrance to take us to a table but Joe was very nice when we requested to sit at a certain table area that we preferred, service was straightforward, helpful and polite, as well as the female waitress that also helped at our table, food is really good, location is very handy near hotels and public car park, if you have the Harvester app they have offers/discount codes, which definitely helps in school holidays.

Highly recommend the ultimate rib combo. Gemma was an excellent server and the chef Jimmy cooked up a fantastic set of ribs.

This is the place to go for a breakfast. Meat cooked to perfection, steak was done exactly how I wanted it, eggs were perfect ... thanks Alex! Also service was good, attentive and helpful, couldn't fault Emma. Thanks Guys !

Great experience. Our server Brit was fantastic and Cameron the chef cooks a great triple combo. Fall off the bone chicken. Amazing. Great to try the corn bread which will be a big hit and couldn't recommend the all round experience here enough

Had a breakfast yesterday really good food and lovely staff. Went back for an evening meal not the same Manager took us to a table which was in the middle of people with young children when I asked is there another table free? Curtly told we are a restaurant we have children in here. So I looked myself to see if there was a table for 2 free elsewhere which there was so I asked another staff member could we move to be told no. We left without ordering was it such a problem to let us move from a table of 4 to one for 2 in a quieter area, the restaurant was by no means full. Manager in the morning lovely and the manager in the evening needs to take note. His attitude was plain rude.

Had a great breakfast made by Alex, and our server Brit was fantastic, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Service was efficient and the food was really reasonably priced! Would highly recommend!!!

Visited here on Saturday evening as we were in Lincoln for Steampunk and were greeted by the manager , Tom, who was very polite and accommodating even though we didnt have a booking, he moved things around and got us a nice cozy table for 2. The waiters were friendly and helpful, even though they were definitely understaffed. Our waiter Emily was fantastic, made some great recommendations and our food was subsequently a joy to eat. We Will definitely return here again, thank you

Just been to celebrate a big 6 birthday boy and Emma was absolutely amazing, she made it all the more special and couldn't be more thankful!

The food was so bad I asked for chips and they gave me a burger instead 😡😡😡😡

Worst havester I have ever been. Poor service, poor food

We had a very nice meal here for my partners birthday. We both had the original combo and it was delicious. Both the chicken and ribs were very tender. Salad bar was great as usual. Sat by the window looking out on the Brayford Wharf.

stone cold and missing items.Have made a complaint to the harvester group and just eat. spoke to manager who basically just blamed the delivery driver.

The food was good although one of the rack of ribs was quite dry and chewy, but unfortunately the order was missing coleslaw as stated and the free salad was also missing, nice food but quite gutted that some items were missing

Have visited this premises twice in 3 weeks for breakfast on a Saturday morning and there has been a note left on the door with a different excuse as to why they can’t open for breakfast. Very poor for a major chain.

Quick, friendly service (thanks Adrien), and a nice salad bar plus good for kids. Main food generally dry and unpleasant though, especially the chicken. Refill machine broke whilst we were there.

Went to harvester for tea today, food was lovely and Emily was a great waitress

Our waitress Emily was very attentive and answered any of our queries and helped our fussy family. The service was swift making an enjoyable family meal. Highly likely to return.

Good place. Service was good too. Food is what you expect at a harvester, salad bar and little empty in places. Had chicken skewers, which were quite nice. If you want a reasonably cheap tasty meal, go here.

Time get changing and when the food arrived it was stone cold and the chicken was dry and tough. Chicken went straight in the bin.

Went for breakfast on father's day with the visions of a lovely English breakfast. Unfortunately this was not the case. Fried eggs like chalk, bacon like boot leather, hollow overcooked sausages, claggy microwaved beans, I could go on. I decided not to eat it, staff wanted to replace it with fresh eggs? Apparently the chef can cook a fresh breakfast to order. The staff were very sympathetic and accommodating and I wasn't charged for my order either. The wife's vegetarian breaky was ok but the sons poached eggs again were solid. Cheap yes, atmosphere yes, staff - excellent, cooked breakfast... Not on this occasion.

I've been here about 10 times this year but I've only used this place for takeaway. I recommend it, especially for impressive vegan options! The Beyond Dirty Burger is incredible. For takeaway, this place is good. Food is usually tasty and well prepared, the menu has a good range of options. Regular customers may notice rare, small issues such as late or cold food, but not more than any other similar restaurant, and getting in touch to raise concerns will solve this - the manager, Stephanie, is attentive and will listen to your concerns.

Food was okish not great the dirty fries looked like lidl frozen chips with spicy ketchup. My wife's starter was brought out after the mains we had to ask for it. No draught beers only bottles. We had a 40% off voucher which even then I thought the food for the standard was overpriced. Probably won't go again.

Good food & good service, had steak & BBQ chicken stack. Both were good portion sizes with free unlimited salad.

First time eating here in a few years, from start to finish a great experience, the staff friendly and the food very good, a special mention to Cameron and the starters he prepared, the best tasting Calamari and Chicken strips we have had in ages, full of flavour and perfectly fried!

Our server Joe was very attentive and helpful during our visit, no complaints about him whatsoever, however the food wasn’t very good, tasted like it had been re heated and a lot of our cutlery and crockery was dirty, however I do feel if we had complained our server would have done a lot to rectify the situation as he was very lovely and noticed things we didn’t even have to mention which was nice, (noticed my tango didn’t look right and immediately changed it for me) he was very polite and overall made a not so nice meal a lot more pleasant.

We had a lovely greeting when we arrived. I was with my sister in law and my 1 year old daughter who they accommodated. Asked if I would like a high chair and brought it over for us. Good service, delicious food.

I visited this restaurant initially at approx 7pm with my brother and had drinks only however having perused the salad cart and also being a regular user of Harvester across the UK we decided to return with our partners to eat at approx 8.45pm. We were greeted & seated courteously as usual and drinks orders taken. Having decided on our mains. Without going into minute detail 3 of the choices we made were not available, i.e. Rotisserie Chicken, Original Combo, (due to Rotisserie Chicken being unavailable) & Salmon, therefore we were at 3rd & 4th choices from the menu which wasn't ideal. Now to the salad cart or rather lack of it. There were many deficiencies in terms of what was available. The cart was very sparsely populated with no butter which was requested and supplied. No bacon bits, crispy onions, fresh onion etc etc. I know this particular restaurant closes at 10pm and time was obviously getting on and my perception was that perhaps that is why the cart was not being replenished and I almost felt as if we were being hurried a little as the place was nearly empty apart from our party of four. Desserts were not offered and we left shortly before closing time. Overall a very lack lustre experience.

Very unhappy. We requested a specific table in the corner but we were told it was reserved. No one occupied the table the whole time we were there and was still empty when we left. The salad bar looked terrible and the whole atmosphere in the restaurant was not great. I've been using Harvesters since the early 90s and can honestly say this will be the last time I visit one.
