Decent large bar with a great atmosphere. There’s some comfortable seating to relax in the window and with the nice staff and good prices I’ll be returning for late night drinks again.

No pizza's available on the day so had a burger was a good choice.

Attended for Xmas Bottomless Brunch and I am very pleased to give a recommendation. Food was fine for this type of event but service and value stood out. The lady attending us could not do enough and unusual for this sort of thing made regular visits to ensure we were happy and drinks topped up. The atmosphere was lively also with some live music.! Tremendous value and thanks.

The big breakfast here for 6quid was the best value and best tasting breakfast we'd had anywhere, we were all full and didn't want anything till tea time. Excellent quality and excellent value, couldn't fault it

We was served by Chris, was very professional extremely kind and was constantly asking us how our food was and if we wanted any more drinks so safe to say the service was very professional drinks are amazing and the atmosphere was very good the music was just top notch exactly what I was going for.

Good choice of draught beers, love a pint of Asahi and that was on draught so bonus, lovely bar maid also 👍 Didn't eat here so can't comment on that or give more marks.

Fab bottomless brunch, fast and friendly service. Good selection of drinks to choose from. Food was what I would say typical pub grub, but is nice enough, the barbie chick pizza being my go to on the brunch menu. Would definitely recommend!

Do not go in if you are not a young female as the bar staff are very ignorant. They served all the young women and ignored everybody else then when he did finally serve us he needed a lesson in customer service. This was Saturday around 5.30pm, the bar was not even that busy but the 2 people who were serving were not serving in turn. After quite a wait, my partner asked for 2 beers, the barman asked if it was 3, my partner said no I asked for 2 and the barman said 'what's with the bad vibes' and went off and served someone else, so we left and honestly are not in a rush to go hack.

Had the pleasure of Beth been our host on two occasions. I attended the first time with 2 friends and ended up recommending to family and returning the second time with 6 people. I have recommended the brunch to all friends and family. Beth is very kind, skilled, professional and welcoming! Her service and communication cannot be faulted. I will be attending for brunch again as I cannot fault the service, drinks, food or price. 100% worth the money and the spot is in a prime location in Leeds.

Same food chain as the Old George back home, but quite dull. Was hungry but put off by the dirty menus on the table, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. Shame as the pint and service was decent.

Ordered takeaway from their ‘burritos bandits’ and they sent just 2 cans of pop and then no way to contact them about the order. Totally crap.

Sometimes stop by here when we are in Leeds. Nice open and bright pub which usually has sports on the big TVs. Popped in last week and shared a platter, accompanied by a nice Rhubarb Cider. Staff are always nice and friendly too which makes a big difference when occasionally visiting a pub.

We attended a bottomless brunch, really good value, cocktails were great and we also had a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Olivia was great, checking in with us and bringing us drinks. Food was also good. It was Thursday so it was quiet but we really enjoyed the brunch.

Service was decent however, by no fault of the waiting staff, they were short staffed, didn’t have any burger buns, and we had booked prior to the football game for a spot but somehow they didn’t have record of our booking and our spot in the pub had a television that would disconnect frequently during the game. Waiting staff was excellent but management could of handled a Saturday with a uefa final a bit better. Pizza arrived uncut from the kitchen but it did arrive quickly, fries were burnt.

We came for a mum and daughters bottomless brunch. I found the booking system easy to follow. Upon arrive Maddie greeted us warmly, showed us to our table then talked us through the bottomless brunch. Throughout our time with you Maddie was on hand to take orders, answer questions clear glasses. Anything we needed wasn't too much trouble for her, she made us feel so comfortable. The food was amazing, myself and sister had pizza which was delicious. Mum had a burger which she enjoyed. The cocktails were made beautifully. Overall we had a really lovely afternoon so much so we are booking again for next month! Tgankyou Maddie and team 💙

A great location for football evenings or just to meet up.

Food was not great. Had the triple burger it was below average. Burger was a bit tough and the cheese sauce was sickly. Some of our food came cold. It was only onion rings and chips not very difficult to warm up. Not real apologies from staff. Wouldn't eat here again far better places in Leeds.

Great table to sit at to watch football used the app for drinks delivered with a smile off every staff member good music and atmosphere.

If I could have one last dying wish it would be that Holly and Freya (SPECIFICALLY) were to have not one but THREE drinks paid for by the establishment for their customer service was second to none and their drinks were amazing. Fantastic experience. But again, please give Holly and Freya and to be honest the entire staff a free bar this evening because they're amazing and deserve the world for working a hospitality job in a recession like absolute QUEENS... Superb atmosphere! This bar does an absolute brilliant Guinness which me and my partner get every time, the staff are so lovely too! Watched boxing here whilst it was on and the vibe was immaculate. Though the bar was full, it was still very calm and friendly, not at all overwhelming which is exactly what me and my partner and i’m sure plenty of other people love 😁 Will return hopefully for food and to watch another live event! x

Realky expensive for a standard lager really. Service was good. But its an average bar really. Next time in leeds we wouldn't go in again as better bars near by.

Love bowers tap. Lively atmosphere with the 6 nations rugby on. Food and drinks were great value. Ryan was a top man looking after us!

Went here for a wrestling event, not the pubs fault but it was too crowded and having to go through nightclub visitors and down 2 flights of stairs for a pee was a tad annoying

What a great place to go. Recommended by our hotel we called in and spoke to Ryan about booking a table and watching a certain sporting event. Ryan and the Saturday team went above and beyond. We had a reserved table and because it was so good we stayed through the second game too. The staff were working very well together, smiling, efficient, friendly, welcoming, professional but fun. The beer and atmosphere also top shelf and the food is delicious. I had loaded the MiXR app (Ryan's recommendation) to experience all that it had to offer and any perks that might ensue. Totally forgot to use it but I can see how useful it might be if you are lucky enough to go to The Bowers Tap once or regularly. So many good places to choose from in Leeds but The Bowers Tap is at the top of our list for a great drinks food and superb staff.

Popped in for a couple of drinks and had some pizza. It was ok staff behind the bar did not look like they wanted to be there, a smile goes a long way to make patrons feel welcome However, the shot girl was very nice and chatty and smiled she at least looked like you weren't bothering her.

A good sports bar, large variety of beers, and enjoyable food, topped off with friendly service from Ryan. A good start to our visit to Leeds!

Had bottomless brunch here and it’s just great value. Seated upstairs, it’s welcoming a great atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Very attentive and food and drinks good quality. For 2 hours it really is worth it. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the team

Bottomless brunch was great 32.50 for 2 hours of drinks and a meal. Brilliant staff.

Nice looking place but the food was gross. Wasn't cooked long enough, menu was deceptive saying you got more food than you actually did. Wont go here again.

We only had drinks although food was available. It's dog friendly, they brought a bowl of water across for our dog and some biscuits too. A good selection of real ales and continental lagers too. It is wheelchair accessible but some areas are raised, the toilets are down stairs, there's probably a disabled toilet at ground level though. There's no parking on site but there are paid car parks nearby, some have free disabled parking.

We love this pub, this is the third time we have been in for lunch. There is a fantastic selection of drinks and an extensive menu. All the food we have eaten has been fresh, tasty and hot. Our dog has always been offered water and biscuits, we will definitely go back again, thanks

We were out in Leeds shopping on a damp, miserable day. We called in here for lunch and to get warm, we weren't disappointed. There is an extensive menu and a good choice of beers and other drinks. Very relaxed atmosphere and our dog was welcome too, thanks
