Great breakfast and nice service everything was tasty and very good. I had a great time. I am glad to see that every costumer enjoyed their dish that prepared. The staff also are very friendly. I really recommend

1st impressions of this cafe were okay Staff were pleasant and the breakfast was actually okay and reasonably priced, the teapot was filthy however I was willing to ignore that until I went to the toilet. This is where my experience changed, it was disgusting and filthy, the toilet was full or urine and toilet paper, hair and urine was sprinkled all over the seat. The walls were grimy and the sink was dirty, the toilet roll holder was also filthy. This is definitely a health risk and not acceptable. I would not recommend this place and won't be returning.

Called in for a quick brew and ended up staying for lunch! Great coffee, lovely food and lovely friendly staff. Add to that the reasonable prices - we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ashton 🙂🙂

Lovely breakfast in this great cafe in Ashton. Delicious omelette and cappuccino and such good value. We indulged in some cakes to takeaway as well 😋

Love this little gem in the heart of Ashton. I had a delicious tuna sandwich absolutely packed with filling! My husband had a tuna melt, which again was really nice and full of tuna / cheese. My son enjoyed good old beans on toast! We don’t eat meat but they had some really delicious looking meat options in the hot area at the till and some gorgeous looking cakes underneath! Staff are friendly and the place is so clean and well thought out. Will definitely be back!

We've been into Gracie's a few times, we are finding the service getting worse. Never told there is a wait for food and we waited 40 mins for a sausage muffin and bacon muffin. Coffees the same wait. It seems they are running two businesses, a cafe and takeaway, more takeaway meals being given first to taxi drivers than atuall meals served in the cafe. Only one lady taking orders, doing drinks and clearing tables. I heard two people complaining to her while we waited.Sadly we won't be going again.

When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the bar. After finally sitting down, we asked to see an allergens menu which they couldn’t provide. The member of our party who had an allergy then told the waitress his allergies and she went away to speak to the chefs and came back saying that they couldn’t cater for him at all. We then asked if he could go off the bar menu as was unable to eat off the Mother’s Day menu. They said no because only people in the bar (2m away) were able to go off this menu. The staff then tried to blame ourselves for this saying that we should’ve said at the time of booking. We go out to eat at least once a week and we have never had this issue and if they have issues with catering for allergies surely they should’ve asked me if anyone had any allergies on the phone when I called to make a reservation. Since it was Mother’s Day and everywhere would be fully booked we had no choice but to stay and the member with allergies had to sit and watch us eat! Whilst we were there a number of glasses piled up on the table and when we asked them to remove the glasses they didn’t. The lady on the table next to us also got ketchup thrown all over her by a clumsy waitress who promised it wasn’t on the lady’s jacket (which it was). The service was incredibly slow also. We sat down at about 2:15 and didn’t leave til around 5pm. At about half 3 there was another family who came in to get there table and they didn’t get seated until well after 4pm. When we asked for our bill, they had charged us or 6 adults instead of 5 and a child! I wonder how many people they’ve tried this with and got away with! Such a shame bc I was looking forward to trying a few things on their menu at a later date but 100% will not be returning. Absolutely dreadful. Couldn’t have asked for a worse Mother’s Day.
