Beautiful location set near the river Ayr in Auchincriuve Estate. Fresh produce grown 20 metres from the kitchen! Home made soup, sandwiches, baking, daily specials, seasonal menus...a real gem for taking family and friends......the staff are lovely.

Hmm 🤔. Desperately wanted to love this new venue for our regular coffee. First the good things (for us) - lovely coffee shop, useful outside area for dogs. Tasty breakfast rolls and scones. Not so good - quite a walk from car park to coffee shop (hill ok on the way down - not ideal on the way back!) Coffee (really important to us!) not at all to our taste - strong chicory flavour - so not for us. Oh well 🙄

Amazing food, we had Cajun chicken sandwiches and a slice of rocky road cake with our coffees. Service is really friendly. Our puppy was spoiled with the most amazing Puppuccino.

Beware the TA map location, I’ve not been able to correct it. It’s at Riverside Gardens on the Auchincruive Estate. Be careful turning off the main road eastbound (I used to work on the estate, the turning is notorious for minor accidents.) Building work is ongoing, so disabled customers currently cannot park close to the café. Delightful café indoors with woodburner stove, or outside terrace where your dog is welcome. Delicious cakes, excellent coffee, soup & sandwich combo uses local cheeses. And the ethos behind the project is admirable. Oh, don’t forget to buy some produce grown in the garden - heritage tomatoes, for example. Finish with a stroll along the river (but it’s nothing to do with the cafe & can be muddy).

Dropped in for late lunch en route south to Stranraer. A bit tricky to find and currently a lot of building work going on locally (take your wellies) but well worth the effort. We chose some lovel home-made soup & sandwiches and followed up with freshly baked empire biscuits with great coffee. Excellent friendly staff. It was a bit rainy to explore the grounds but will keep that for a return visit. As the cafe was closing we were gifted some scones to take away (nice to see they weren't just being kept for the next day).

What a great find: a good value, good food, good service wee place. Homemade soup was delicious, scones were huge, the place was packed at lunchtime and I will go nowhere else when I'm back in Prestwick. Well done.

The café has a really warm and welcoming environment. The staff leave you to it but are very friendly and personable if you need any help. My boyfriend and I went here for just a couple of hours whilst we were on our holiday but we wish we could go more often as it was such a lovely place - it felt like they had their own little community. Big thanks to the staff and we hope that your business is thriving. We also managed to pick up a great game - Wildlands - which we had great fun playing that evening (would recommend).

Always great to stop by and grab a cappuccino and, if a little on the more expensive side, it certainly beats the big coffee chains! Highly recommended.

We visited yesterday and was very disappointed with food. We ordered fish & chips what we got was 4 fish goujons and frozen chips with salad which was mostly packet lettuce 1 pint orange juice halfpint shandy and 1 mocha. Price £49 00. Not worth the money
