Went to boot room as part of hospitality package.set 3 course menu was awful,when it did arrive it was smaller than a child’s portion. Soup starter was cold, main meal was pathetic and sweet was tiny.we had to sit at a table with another family,they were nice but it wasn’t what we expected.you have to pay for any drinks, even water.All this was £400 each,£1200!!!!! in total(match ticket was included).In my opinion this was an absolute rip off and will never ever do this again.WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

What a day! The best atmosphere, friendly welcoming and fun staff, we had the best day , food was great and drinks reasonable. Thank you!

This was perhaps the worst meal (if you could call it that) I be ever had. Tasteless, poorly prepared. Awful !!

Closed due to pandemic? I awarded 3 stars in order to get to this box! Your system needs adjustment! I look forward to rebooking the Anfield tour in the future and will rebook The Boot Room at that time. YNWA

Visited here after our tour of the stadium, we had already pre booked and paid online when booking our time slot for the tour which was easy to do. There was a set menu and a supplement for extras and just paid for drinks, we had the klopp dog and chicken burger, wings for starter and ice cream for dessert. The portion sizes were good and the food itself was very tasty, when my chicken burger first came the edges looked v burnt, I think it was just the type of chicken - most tastiest and not dry at all! It was very busy and we had a nice lunch with friendly staff.

Quite possibly the worst meal i have ever had to be honest. One of our party ordered a salad which was £8.50 and all it had was brown lettuce and Broccoli in. Child's hotdog came out raw and everyones meal was only luke warm. Also witnessed whilst i was in the bathroom, one of the waitress' come out of one of the cubicles and walk straight back out onto the floor! Without even a thought of washing her hands! Used to always come here many years ago as it had excellent food and would not disappoint. Not quite sure what has happened. If it wasn't for our waiter and his excellent customer service and the atmosphere as a whole then would have walked out. Such a shame.

Nice atmosphere, great food and the value is good. A must for Liverpool fans.

Staff were fantastic,food was great at a reasonable price,plenty of room on the table loved the booths,I noticed some sort of fifa game for the kids and they seemed to love it! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone,would highly recommend a visit to friends and family if they’re going to Liverpool,the whole venue was very clean and loved the fact that we’re free sanitary products for women in the toilets. Will definitely visit again

Great lunch in a lovely bistro on the Anfield site. Burgers and hotdogs for my friends while I enjoyed a Ceasar salad. Good wine and nice atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family groups.

Prompt,friendly, patient. That would be the best way I can decide the boot room restaurant. I will be back. Great experience

My son had spent 3 days in hospital in Manchester and wanted to take him somewhere for a treat, perfect, especially the helpful waitress who brought us bread rolls and butter when my son's blood sugars began to crash due to his diabetes! Very quick witted and helpful. The batter on my fish and chips was a little pale and under cooked and maybe a few more chunky chips but my son's burger was great.

Excellent atmosphere and food was very good and value for money

Very nice lunch after the stadium tour. Enjoyed good wine and nice choice of food. Service was top class from entry to leaving with staff being very attentive throughout. Prices were very good considering we were at the stadium and it was hood to know that we coukd have just had drinks if we'd wanted. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting the stadium.

We visited as a group of 4 adults, lovely environment, booth with TV showing football. We had Klop Dog hot burger which was delicious and pulled beef bolognaise which was lovely. Service was excellent, Mandy our appointed member of staff was extremely helpful in choosing food. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Great value and a great afternoon. Many thanks.

Pre booked and arrived on time. Shown immediately to table and served with drinks within 5 minutes. Food was really good quality and great prices considering the venue. Too quality value for money. Only down side was bottle of wine was quite pricey compared to rest of food and drink menu. Will visit again as staff were really attentive, courteous and hospitality was fab.

We took the grandchildren as a treat for a birthday boy ...they both loved the fact we were at Anfield ...food was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly...the fact there was a playstation 4 there for them to play on..bonus!!!!!...would definitely go again.

Kids enjoyed it very much, they are young and it made them feel a part of LFC. Overall very good visit.

Lovely burgers, pizza and fries. Friendly and attentive waitress. Reasonably priced food which was warm and well presented. Drinks quite expensive as you would expect from most restaurants. Catered to food allergies. We were cold in the restaurant but I think it was because we entered out of the cold and the ambient temperature didn't warm us up. Highly recommend the food and service. The lady's toilet just outside was clean and had free sanitary products which is a kind gesture.

Good service and good food we arrived early and straight to our table staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was very nice and waiting time wasn’t long and of course the surroundings are top notch

A great end to a great day, good food and service from the manager to the table service, nothing to much trouble,very busy when I went,waiter apologized for slight delay in order arriving but it really wasn't that long,watched the mighty reds on the screen while waiting,thanks to all for making my grandson and my day a memorable one.

The cafe is great, the food was lovely and the kids enjoyed putting their toppings on their own pizzas, a fab atmosphere for the kids as well and the booths are spacious. The staff we're very friendly and helpful.

Went post tour with my nine year old. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient and service was excellent. Food was really really good.....pasta dish was massive!! Really good experience and at a price that was really reasonably given they could have charged the Earth....£20 for two main courses plus drinks. Great place!!

Visited today after a look round Anfield!! We’ve been to the Boot Room many times but today was disappointing. The waiter was very friendly and professional but the food was not so great. I ordered a Scorcher Burger, when it came it was the Boot Room Burger. He had to check first with the chef before he would take it away. When the “proper one” came there were no jalapeños or chilli cheese or hot sauce! So certainly not a “Scorcher”! They hadn’t gave me fresh chips so by the time the new burger came they were cold!

Superb throughout. The service,food and drinks were exceptional. Thanks very much for such an enjoyable meal for my birthday.

Had a lovely meal after we had visited Anfield for a stadium and museum tour, the young lady who was waiting on us was a credit to you, she was attentive and always had a smile on her face her name was Pascale. I would definitely recommend the Boot room to my friends.

Enjoyed our meal on Saturday, restaurant was very busy but there was enough staff to handle all customer requests without delay, food was very nice

Service slow, took half an hour to clear main course plate, then the ice cream machine was broken & we had 4 children with us on a set menu. It was a birthday party, when the ice cream eventually came or was runny!

Visited several times in the past and found the menu and food quality excellent. Unfortunately the last visit was not so good. The lady who took us to our seat failed to advise us that the cottage pie was off the menu so after pondering the menu for 10 minutes or more we decided that burgers and pizza was not what we wanted and asked for the cottage pie. The male waiter advised us that it was off the menu and after looking at the photos of the fish and chips on the Boot Rooms web site in which the batter on the fish was dark brown meaning overcooked we decided to have the burger. The chips where not very hot and appeared to have been sitting around for a while, the burger bun was twice the diameter of the 6oz burger so the burger was lost in the bun and generally the whole experience was not as expected. The service was excellent but due to the lack of any imagination in the menu we will not be going again which is a pity as we are card carrying Liverpool Football Club supporters since birth and I thouhhg about writing this fof a day as it goes against the LFC grain to complain .

We visited the boot room restaurant for an early dinner after the anfield tour and museum.We had a main each and dessert with a few drinks, the kids meal is great value with ice cream and a drink included!!! The food was delicious, came altogether and the portion sizes were fantastic!!! Our servers were so polite and pleasent taking the time to ask where we were from and the reason for being in Liverpool, asked what we thought of the stadium etc. We will deffo return!!!

The girl who served us was so lovley, she was extremely welcoming and very friendly. The food was delicious we had the klopp dog. Overall atmosphere was nice and friendly and the tv's in the booths were a hit too.

Simple and easy to book on line. Our waitress Claudia was brilliant and very helpful. Made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Would highly recommend

Food was ok. Disappointed with mine. I had a chicken burger. The burger was overcooked...ie burned black on the edges. The brioche bun was very cold... like it had come out of a freezer and defrosted. Fries were not as nice as McDonald’s! Tasted cheap.

Took my daughter after a stadium tour and we absolutely loved it! Service was great, food great and just to top it off, we had our own booth with a live FA Cup match on our tv. 😍 Will definitely come back!

Visited as part of the stadium tour and pre-paid meal. The menu was good and plenty of choice and the food was well presented and good quality. Was nice to be able to watch LFCTV at the table!

Absolutely amazing . Plenty of choices on the menu for the whole family. Made to feel very welcome by the staff. Even though it was busy in the run up to the game the following day, the staff did not rush us from the table. We were able to order further drinks and relax without eating and running. Highly recommended. Pasta was a definite winner for the adult and create your own pizza and the Klopp dog for the children was a highlight :)

Boot room een alternatief na de rondleiding Anfield Stadium. We bestellen een hamburger en drinken Carlsberg bier. De burger is teveel Well done en dat is jammer. Patatjes erbij en wat coal-slaw erbij. Prima om wat te eten en te drinken na het bezoek aan Anfield Stadium. Maar meer ook niet. Daar kan de Gerrard collectie ook niets aan bijdragen.

We went on a Wednesday afternoon it was Very quiet. Not much atmosphere but I'm sure on a busy Day it would be different. Food was Very nice I would recommend the fish and chips. Fab. Not to pricey but would go again at a busier time.

We booked a table but on the day we had 2 extra guests plus a toddle your staff were extremely accommodating and got us a larger table immediately.

Good food,good ambience and good service! No complaints at all.

Great place to watch the match, and food was good and fairly priced. The screens in the booth are on the small side, and not hd so quite fuzzy, so a non-booth table were you can see the big screen might be better if you are sensitive to that type of thing.

The meal at The Boot Room Sports Cafe ended a fantastic day visiting Anfield Stadium and set us up for our long journey home perfectly. Great food, service and ambience - especially as we had a private booth watching the replay of the FA Cup derby the day before where we watched Curtis Jones' great goal. #GoLiverpool #YNWA

Food and service was first class!!! Childrens menu was perfect and our server was very pleasent and mannerly, showing a genuine interest as to what we thought about the stadium etc.

As a Liverpool fan, it was a great experience to be dining within Anfield. There is quite a bit of memorabilia displayed as well. Me, my wife and kids all enjoyed our brunch at this Cafe!

We visited the bootroom as part of a family gathering and a birthday treat -it was absolutely brilliant -the welcome was outstanding , the service couldn’t have been better ( big thanks to Mandy!) she was so helpful and pleasant -nothing was too much trouble -the food was fabulous and the surroundings were great and a real bonus as Liverpool fans -everyone in our party will definitely go again ! I brought my sister for her birthday. We came with my mum and our children. Excellent service, the waitress was very helpful and was well informed on both the food and drink menu. The food was excellent- because everything is freshly made we were able to tweak pizza toppings etc. I would not hesitate to return, it was a wonderful experience.

Couldn’t have asked for better experience. We took our 90 yr old Nan and our 10 month old daughter. Both were treated like royalty and made a fuss of. Food was great, great staff, great value for money. Thoroughly recommend

My idea of a meal out is to totally chill, eat good food, and not be pestered by staff. This is exactly what we got at the Boot Room. Professional and pleasant staff, who were also very smart. Spotless cleanliness. Great loos too. We will definitely be back soon for the excellent food which is great value for money.

Bit overpriced and food was just okay. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful and place itself is lovely. Have been before a few times and I have to say the food is always on the same level.
