unable to get food as the restaurant was shut yet order was accepted and told us it was ready to collect.

50 minutes after the ETA, my order never arrived. Requested text message with an update from the restaurant and never heard back. Tried calling and phone wasn’t answered. No delivery updates on JustEat so unable to track and never received my order.

The order never came and I now can’t get in touch with them. Says it’s been delivered. But it hasn’t

Didn’t turn up. No number to call on the app. Didn’t answer the phone when number found from google.

Waiting 2.5 hours for food and still not arrived. Restaurant not answering phone despite multiple calls.

Paid on line waited 3 to 4 hours called restaurant constantly no answer , no explanation meal never arrived absolutely disgusting so be careful for paying on line . Old fashioned paying at the door . Will be reporting this believe me

food didn't turn up but said it was delivered. tried to ring restaurant multiple times but no answer. wouldn't of minded so much if the restaurant had answered and explained but we had no one to resolve the issue, doesn't help when your hungry. would not recommend and will not be ordering from here again.

Not received my order called the takeout 125 times and just cut off eveytime.

I ordered food at 5 past 5 its now 5 past 7 in the evening still no food yet stating its delivered no answer from the restaurant after calling 8-10 times and now without dinner absolutely shocking i expect a full refund of £45

I don’t know what ancient curse I unleashed by ordering this curry, but it tasted like someone threw a bunch of spices into a pot, threatened it with water, and then decided salt was optional. The texture? Imagine eating chunks of rubber disguised as meat, floating in a sauce that tasted like it was seasoned by someone who once saw a spice rack in a magazine. My taste buds are now in therapy, and my stomach is considering legal action. The naan arrived looking like a burnt Frisbee, and I think it was actively trying to escape the table. If you’re in the mood for disappointment with a side of regret, this is the dish for you!

I was craving for something spicy, ordered Lamb naga and lamb vindaloo. Got the chef to make it extra spicy. And he did a good job. Loved it , it was so yummy and tasty.

the dopiaza didn't have the kick I was expecting, tasted almost identical to the veg bhaji, still tasty food though as always.

The food was very bland, chicken had a horrible burnt taste to it. The whole meal was that bad we didn't even eat it. People should receive a certain standard of food and this was not acceptable. I won't be returning and do not reccomend.

Ordered mixed grill, and grilled wings. Think I got the left over stir fried in oil and more colouring. Please visit Dawat or mirch masala to see what a mixed grill should taste like

we ordered last sunday was fantastic , today we had had soggy chips masala fry's not chips , stale popadoms not able to eat them had to go in bin and my patia tasted like a bag of sugar been put in ,very dry fatty lamb, very disappointed

I absolutely love everything about Blue Elephant 🤩 Had the Malai Lamb Masala and my word, it took me back to my home country 😋 the dish was full of flavour, stunning absolutely stunning. I've ordered twice now and my word I can not wait until I try out all (mild) foods on their menu 🙌 Recommend this place in the most highest of regards. Smelled amazing, we ate everything & forgot to take a photo 😃

was very late, called restaurant and was told it would be a few minutes, was about 10 minutes after that, driver got lost so food was a little cold, chips were poor, literally half a small bag! apart from that, food did taste nice once warmed a bit.

They included the wrong item initially but a quick phone call and they made a special trip to get us the correct item and were fulsome and sincere in their apologies. No biggie, can happy to anyone

If you want great food, this is the place, ordered from here a few times before and each time it was delicious each time, my Madras was amazing and my wife's balti lamb korma had her in a food coma as it was so good. Poppadom bags are amazing too.

Delivery well beyond the stated delivery time. Food very average and portions small, much better places to spend your cash.

Ordered from this restaurant online and they failed to provide any updates on delivery time and have still not delivered the food nearly two hours later. Multiple phone calls with the manager, who has just said that it’s nearly there and will be with me soon.

Satnav took driver to Churchill hospital, thankfully after calling he found the right delivery address. All is well food is excellent. Blue Elephant does really lovely meals.

Samosas, one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Curry & naan seemed fairly bland. Driver was one of the nicest blokes I’ve ever had deliver my food, came to me as fast as he could & was very polite.. definitely recommend again!

THIS IS NOT THE RESTAURANT YOU WANT TO EAT AND HAVE A CALM EVENING We went as a group of 3 and the waiter to great us was a gem of a guy, got our table ready in 5 minutes But the person taking our order had a go to attitude, did not have an explanation to the questions that we had about the menu. He also had a bad and impatient attitude as to getting our order ! **We thought maybe he was having a bad day and would let it go** But to top it off the waiter who came to deliver the food at the table was even worse, he was just throwing the bowls and food on the table, which was un-expectable. ABOUT THE FOOD— being an Indian myself, I can assure you that what I ate was not Indian All the chicken was cooked in the same way and was mixed with the same gravy —it just had different names on the menu. I would not recommend going to this restaurant if you are in llandudno

The food taste great however was cold by the time it came to us.

This is not Indian restaurant, Its own by Bangladeshis and food is also Bangladeshi and well below the quality.No taste ...simply waste of money. Poor Services. Stop branding yourself as Indian Restaurant you are just ordinary Bangladeshi restaurant with poorest food quality and taste

Food was good and delivered quickly considering the distance, (we ordered because it was the only option on Just Eat with vegan options that delivered to Didcot) but if you have to ask for a tip at the door because it’s a far away delivery maybe just don’t offer delivery to Didcot or add a higher delivery fee, I’m all for paying delivery drivers fairly and I gave the £2 which was all I had in my wallet but didn’t like being put on the spot and it’s rare I have cash on me anyway, I would much rather have just paid £5 more when I ordered

We ordered our food at 6pm and gave us an etc of 7:10pm.. it didn’t say out for delivery until 7:30 and we didn’t receive our food until 8:45pm. As you can guess, our food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be ordering from here again.

considering it came from Oxford it was mostly on time. the sag aloo is very tasty. the pakora held up as expected, a little soggy but still very tasty. my Peshawari naan was swapped with a. cheese filled naan which is disappointing but all in all it's alright for a takeaway.

Absolutely gorgeous meal! First time ordering and will definitely be back! They have to travel some way, so yeah it needed a quick ping in the microwave but no big deal. So unbelievably tasty! We had the vegetable dahnsak and chicken tikka with extras like naan and chips. So so yummy. Gutted I’m going on a diet or I’d eat it every day of the week 🤣

I have had take out all year from The Blue Elephant and it has been fantastic every time. The chef’s there are obviously know their game, because every takeaway was better than the next. Can’t wait for my next takeaway. I recommend the onion salad if you enjoy extra texture with your food. Beautiful food every time…

The food was at least ten minutes late but as always it was worth the wait. Everything in my opinion food wise was good.

He good arrived late.I had ordered a cold with our meal, which was cold and was put in the bag with hot food. So when we received it, the chips were cold. The rest of the food was just warm. The food is usually good. I will give ordering food again another try,at a later date.

I've been regularly ordering from this restaurant via Uber eats and the order takes TOO long to deliver every single time, an hour! And today it took nearly 2 hours to deliver the order and then they deliver the wrong order to me. At this point, It's all so frustrating although the taste is ok I'm never going to order from this restaurant again.

Food was great, the only reason I would order from here again. Timekeeping left a lot to be desired, order was delayed by restaurant then didn't arrive by the end of the delayed period, would not recommend if you need food for a specific time period.

one item was missing (tandoori chicken) food was over an our late and tepid at best. Ive ordered from Blue elephant lots of times and this is by far the worst food and experience I've had. When I rang them to tell them item was missing he implied I was lying. And if this is the way I'm treated it's the last time I'll order from them.

I’ve never eaten from here before. The food was so delicious and arrived Hot. The spicy noodles were lush and also really enjoyed the king prawn Tika masala.Delivery driver very friendly. Will be ordering from here again

Ordered food and after 2 hours never received and had them say that the driver knocked on the door several times which was a lie and then offered a £5 refund which was 20% of the order and would still not deliver. Manager rude and unprofessional. Absolutely joke avoid at all cost.

Order was put on at 19.07 our food didn’t arrive until 21.20 almost an hour over there predicted time, there was also a mistake on the order they had sent chicken korma when I’d ordered lamb, the korma sauce was disgusting very thick and gritty, the rest of the food was ok at best, this was our first time ordering and we definitely won’t be again

Usual good service . You sent the meat samosa’s by mistake but I still enjoyed them although they were spicy hot . I don’t eat the salad so no need to send that next time .

spoke to restaurant who said order will be delivered at 11 . Food was delivered at 11:30, 30 mins past all cold had to heat up everything in the microwave one of the naan was damaged

My last two just eat orders have been late 😩 why ?

For Indian food in the south it was pretty much what I ought to have expected (pilau rice = boiled rice with red and yellow food colouring, not much flavour). I was very pleased that they could bring me vegan food that included dal quickly and I'm pretty much happy now I've recalibrated my spice expectations from Yorkshire back to Thames Valley.

Wrong food, food poisoning and misisng food hygiene certificate.... We ordered food from here to be delivered by uber eats. The food came on time but 40% of the items either didn't arrive, or were wrong. The garlic rice was more onion than anything. Poppadoms didn't arrive at all. 2 Garlic Naan were plain! My wife korma was fine, but my chicken tikka pathia has given me the horrific food poisoning. Not surprising since the "FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE" is missing!

It was just a bit sad that the food was late.
