Can’t even be bothered to tell u that they cancelled the order after over a hour of waiting for the food

Absolutely disgusting £10 for 4 pieces of chicken and a bit of salad the kebab meat wws like it has been sat there for days and the pizza was very greasy not happy !

Ordered from here last week and had the Black Olive Special Burger Meal with cheesy chips which is a winner for me usually. The food came, turned out I had the wrong item which was a burger and plain chips, I contected them and they sent out the right meal almost immediately which I was really pleased with. Thanks again for that 🙏🏻💯

Food lovely. Delivery time an hour early and wasn't in. Food cold when I arrived. Called shop and offered £10 discount through Justeat. Justeat informed me the Delivery time is an ETA even though it was an hour early so no discount. Disgusting. What's the point in asking for delivery time if it does not matter? Joke really. Black Olive can't read Delivery times. Justeat just treat loyal customers like dirt.

the order was not what was ordered and then had them collected by delivery driver and had delivery driver take image of order summary from just eat screen to be brought incorrect pizzas back, and when calling restaurant only told would be sorted out next time and not receiving what I had ordered, so now have 2 pizzas fully paid for that nobody in the house will eat and no resolution.Will never order from here on just eat again.

Pizza layed on its edge opened boxes and Pizza all compacted to one side told them that it's not acceptable to deliver in that condition offered replacement at no extra cost

Offers make the pizza's good value, especially when collecting. They're tasty with plenty of toppings and plenty of options. The crust is a nice balance, crispy on the outside and a fluffy inside.

Pizza order is never correctly made and pizza not cooked enough.. Not satisfactory and items missing.. Not happy and ended up cooking it myself at home

Disappointed. Food is lovely, but customer service is terrible. Webpage offers free chicken bites if spend over £20. Also offers £5 off if you spend £25. You cant get money off when paying buy card and they dont honour both offers. They have in the past, so I dont know why now. In the last 3 orders, they have forgot at least one item and got one order wrong . Shall be going over the road from now on

I eat here every day and not had any problem the food is well prepared and hot would order 5 times a day but shop opens at 4.30pm the staff is Very friendly and helpful .

Chicken strips were good and the cheesy chips were good but got cold quick. Had the tandoori chicken pizza, didn’t have much flavour but the added doner meat was tasty

The fries were cold and the burgers were a tad warm.I must admit it’s the first burger I’ve had on take out that doesn’t offer sauces and salad in the burgers which with the price of them thought they already had. I think for what you get and the quality and way it’s just thrown in a bag I think they are over priced.Im sorry but if I wanted this kind of service I could have gone to Mac Donald’s £10 cheaper.not impressed with it.

My pizza was hot, crispy and well proportioned topping. Couldn't find any fault with the food or service but i think 5stars is for something above and beyond. Good, would order from there again.

All freshly cooked in front of you when you go into the shop high standard and very clean

The food from here as NEVER failed to hit the spot. We usually go with the Kebabish Pizza with loaded meat always a winner and generous portions. Food arrived early by 20 mins thankfully we arrived home in time as ordered on way from work it was delivered piping hot fresh and definitely our favourite pizza place around Tipton/Bilston 👍👍

Absolutely shocking. Sent a burger with completely wrong sauce and wrong base on pizza. When phoned to sort it out they just offered a free burger next time so someone in my house would of gone without there meal? They finally sent out a replacement burger to still be wrong! Phoned up to ask for a refund as I’ve spent 30 pound with them 4 pound alone on delivery!! To be told it’s not there problem there not refunding and to take it up with just eat. When telling them I will also be leaving a lovely review on there customer service he told me he doesn’t care cause they don’t like just eat and are leaving them anyway! Doesn’t give you an option to pick your sauces ect when choosing your food and they told me I should have chose my sauces that way.. great customer service I’ve always been a regular when we lived closer and I will now never order from here again! Rude manager!

Horrible. The pizza was disgusting! I ordered a large pepperoni. The pepperoni was cut into squares, I mean the ones I could actually spot as there were barely any on the pizza. The cheese tasted fake, either that or it was badly out of date. The box was soaking wet with grease, mind you I wouldn't be surprised if it was water due to how bland the pizza tasted. The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. My first and last visit!

i get pizza from these regular, its nice, but theyre clearly making as much money out of the people out of work during this coronavirus outbreak, ive never ever paid £4 for delivery, infact i live 2 minutes away and theyre open and delivering, i would normally go round and collect but for this occasion decided to benefit us all and deliver to us instead, my partner was told point blank to order minimum £20 worth or they wont deliver to us, so we did, then they added 50p service charge which they always do and £4 extra on top to deliver it... this is not the case at any other pizza place, sometimes a small fee, sometimes its order over a certain amount and we will deliver for free, these are nornaly the same, except today while the coronavirus is on theyre saying bollox to the regulars pay us more today even though they like all other pizza delivery resteraunts raise the price of theyre pizza for deliveries to cover delivery costs, fair enough... but to add an additional £4 is a joke, il ensure many many people i know use this place neglect the place from now on

There is only one staff member who is polite and kind I don't know his name. Other staff are rude not friendly shame. I only give the one staff 5 stars who is so polite.

Really bad service the staff are rude, NEVER get the order correct and argue when you call them. The food has been cold on several occasions and the garlic bread is like a brick. Avoid this place its not worth wasting your money

Ordered via just eat. It’s always difficult to see the full screen options on your phone. Got a call from the owners confirming the order. He then proceeded to rant at me stating just eat were ripping them off and if I ordered via their own web site I would’ve qualified for free extras. I explained I tried to do this but their site diverted me to just eat and I just wanted to simply order my food! The man must’ve spent 10 mins talking at me on the phone! Pizzas arrived and were nice, you can’t really go wrong with pizza!

Delivery time is not bad. Pizzas are good but find them little heavy maybe because they put too much cheese.
