Pizza Land in Sandwell

Ordered a delivery and never showed up. Tried calling them for over an hour and just got 'line busy' I have spent the last few days trying to get a refund for food i never received yet they had the nerve to mark it as delivered.

Tried to order online, took an obscene amount of time and never arrived yet I was charged full amount. Disgusting

Pizza is really good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly and provide a great customer service. The manager is always welcoming and looks committed to making sure the place is clean.

The pizza quality was so good for the price and I was amazed at the choice on offer. The manager was really friendly and the young guy serving. It was a great experience and I will certainly order from Pizzaland again.

Pizza base was mouldy chips where reheated and vile not happy at all

Good pizzas! Clean and hygienic,value for money is what took my attention tbh i was surprised. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially sharaf .

Taste was there but it was freezing cold & you didn’t adhere to my request of having a bit of money back to compensate so I have had to go to just eat for some money back, which they have done. Shame. I understand the weather but food was literally so cold.

It’s not that spicy as it seems with ingredients shows on menu , jalapeños & spicy toping was very small amount , wasn’t enough toping , rather than spicy it was quite sweet. Quite bad

Delivery was a bit longer than usual, however it did arrive earlier than expected. Pizza was very good however I couldn’t taste the Jack Daniels sauce as much as I would have liked

The delivery guy was given completely the wrong address, an address I’ve never heard of (no idea why! Maybe some sort of database snarl up at Just Eat?) but he rang me and then came to the right address. Excellent service even when sent the wrong way by technology. Good work.

Very kind and sweet delivery driver, he got to us at an excellent time regardless of how late we ordered the food and made sure to put our drinks safely in his cars cup holder so that they definitely wouldn't spill during the delivery :)

Ali was a great driver! He made sure to get the food to the right location, was very professional and kind made sure we got the right order before leaving. If I could choose him as my delivery driver I would but I don’t think that’s possible. Thanks.

placed my order at 14:32 and waited until 15:48 to call the place. When I called, I was asked for my postcode which I told then the guy stated my order hadn't left the shop (even tho just eat notified me to say it had). I then went to ask how long it would be and I was cut off by the person on the phone before I had even asked the question. No update has been given what so ever.

Pizza wasn’t very good price are very highly only large pizza for £17.99 not worth it at all

driver was very polite and arrived very quickly. the portion was very small for what I paid though. 10 pounds for a small portion of kebab meat and a a naan. I expect to have more than I could eat in one go.

Delivery was on time, I would rate it 5 stars however the delivery driver could of been more careful with the pizzas. Once opened the cheese had stuck to the top of the boxes and all toppings had fallen off the pizza but overall the taste was good just abit disappointing

our food has said it has arrived when it hasn’t. they haven’t rang us or made any contact with us

When I arrived the service was fantastic with great banter and was understanding when I wanted to change my toppings the pizza looked fantastic and taste even better then it looks the staff that work there are amazing and welcoming please come and get your food here u won't be disappointed the place is keeper clean and tidy too witch is a bonus

Food was hot and fresh. Plenty toppings on the pizza! Delivery driver (Shah) was very polite and helpful. I went up the steps to meet him but he insisted on bringing it to my door to help me carry it.
