Food was hot and fresh :)) really enjoyed

some of the chicken was pink and the wrong side, also late.

Delivered a chicken fillet burger instead of the chicken steak burger that was ordered, otherwise rest of the order was ok, pay attention to the order details please guys.

Food was nice but this guy is sooo stingy with the sauce if im ordering 2 burger meals why you giving me one sauce and he does this everytime.

Wings weren’t great this time around unfortunately. Not normally this way, ordered many times from here so benefit of the doubt.

Place is filthy they have revamped the sit down area but the kitchen and ovens could do with a good clean it's absolutely disgusting in there

Chicken was very dry only managed one and a bit of the strips before throwing them away. Food has always been good before so putting it down to a one off.

Went in the shop for food asked for a c hicken burger and strips and wings. I told him I didn't want spicy my other half Ordered his food with items missing. I've had to throw the chicken strips and wings out as they were spicy.

Food is always piping hot even until the very last bite. Our favourite place to order from. Thank you ☺️

Fries were lovely best ever love their sauce too. Kids loved their meals only complaint is the box meal I have seems to be smaller than it used to be. Coleslaw was delicious tho made up for it defo be ordering again

There was one guy working by himself and the food was still perfect! Chips are super nice and the chicken is always juicy. Highly reccomend this place.

Ordered 5 wings and only received 3, it was late and delayed and always no very warm as the bag was wet.

Went to this place.. no one at the front of house. The guy wS in the back on his phone Never said any hi or hello just to busy on his Phone..then again that is the case with every single one of these dixy places...

They delayed my delivery time and so Late + Chips and Onion Rings warm but not hot - The Delivery guy was Lovely and apologetic although I did tell him that it was not his fault but the last twice my delivery has been late from this outlet - Maybe worth the extra costs to get my Chicken from KFC !

Ordered via just eat, they forgot oe portion of chips. When spoke to the chap he could ot recognise the order reference number and then said complain directly with disxy company. He was most unhelpful chap

Restaurant was obviously very busy due to the Rugby and Tennis Finals on TV - but the Food Was Piping Hot, Tasted Lovely and Driver very polite about the delay

Was in bed by the time it came

Took my kids for a pleasant meal which turned out horribly! The staff there were on the phone. One man was talking in his own language on the phone really rudely and saying "ibby, lucky, stop fighting " this was ridiculous. Nearly had to throw a cup at his head to get his attention. Cackling laughter all throughout our meal. Is he a witch or Something? Never going here agian!

Terrible, 1 leg in a bucket of 10 pieces. 2 thighs and all the others were nothing more than large wings and over cooked and dry. Used to be a good substitute for KFC, I will pay that little extra and go there in future.

The food was absolutely amazing 👍👍 also it was warm. The mega mix box meal is fire and the loading box meal as well!! This will be my favourite restaurant.

Really very disappointed, nothing like what I expected. Absolutely poor quality, coleslaw was basically mayonnaise. Burgers were suppose to be sizzlers and had no flavour whatsoever. I would never order again.

Most consistent Dixy around. Burgers are top, mega mix is the go-to.

Chips and chicken burger were over cooked(not the first time I’ve sent a review about the food being over cooked). Everything else in the order were ok. It’s as if that when you send them a large order they forget things are still in the frier.

Chips and wedges, can not fault and were really nice and hot. However the chicken has a weird aftertaste (almost chemical) and neither me or my partner finished the chicken. I brought 5 piece and ate half of one. The chicken was also soggy not crispy as you’d imagine. And both our chicken pieces felt/tasted like they’d been on the side all day and just banged in.

I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. On top of this I wrote on the order that I wanted extra mayo as I had 4 meals and was not given any. When I asked the worker gave me one additional mayo. After eating the food I had stomach issues.

Did take forever to come, food was nice, strips were very small though, drinks came in the same bag as the food and they were warm, had to tell the delivery driver where to find my house even though I gave instructions, the guy drove on to a different road and was lucky I could see him and direct him to the right address

ZERO ⭐️ Terrible food tonight stale hard old fried chicken. Asked for salad got no salad. Asked for Mayo got no Mayo, Paid 30p for a tiny out of date packet of bbq sauce that are usually free. Bread broke apart stale defrosted bread. Just absolutely awful. Won’t be ordering again. £20 down the drain. Need to sort their food out appalling.
