This place is amazing and staff is very good and about food if I say something it’s wonderful and wonderful

my kids love this place, their burgers, chicken and fries always good, they just need to start taking card payments because online food platforms charge unnecessary fees always

Place is filthy they have revamped the sit down area but the kitchen and ovens could do with a good clean it's absolutely disgusting in there

Went in the shop for food asked for a c hicken burger and strips and wings. I told him I didn't want spicy my other half Ordered his food with items missing. I've had to throw the chicken strips and wings out as they were spicy.

Food was fresh...sizler megamix burger was the best...plus prices very reasonable....

Went to this place.. no one at the front of house. The guy wS in the back on his phone Never said any hi or hello just to busy on his Phone..then again that is the case with every single one of these dixy places...

Ordered via just eat, they forgot oe portion of chips. When spoke to the chap he could ot recognise the order reference number and then said complain directly with disxy company. He was most unhelpful chap

Took my kids for a pleasant meal which turned out horribly! The staff there were on the phone. One man was talking in his own language on the phone really rudely and saying "ibby, lucky, stop fighting " this was ridiculous. Nearly had to throw a cup at his head to get his attention. Cackling laughter all throughout our meal. Is he a witch or Something? Never going here agian!

Order from them just a Filler burger meal and had to wait 25 mint for just a burger meal two guy came after me and order and got served before me never going back here the worst service of my life 😡😡😡😡

I really like Dixy, I just wish they would wear gloves when preparing food like burgers. If they did, I’d be there a lot more often. Hopefully they will take note of this and start doing it moving forwards

It was good before, now twice after having food from there i had stomach pain, my previous review was positive since its just a fast food like how much you can expect from one anyway, all i expect is dont poison me with some old oil or whatever so not much really, not going there again. I dont get places like this, you want more customers? Than i will give you a very simple food every restaurant fast food should know... HAVE CLEAN AND FRESH FOOD thats it, would you believe me?

Great tasting food at reasonable prices.

The food is not how it looks on the take away menu. It tastes six out of ten, the chips are very nice though. The first time I went the chicken must have been there all day, it was dry and unpleasant to eat I ended up throwing it in the bin. Also it's false advertising the food is not what it says on the menu. I asked for spicy boneless chicken pieces and I was given chicken wings

My food came hot after ordering reading the rewives was worried but the chicken seems cooked to Me and is nice no problems

Had it delivered and it came on time, asked for a substitute on our sides and the person on the phone was helpful and made our request, the chips were amazing and the chicken was juicy and hot, great flavour, never had a problem with this branch!

Couldnt cope with a order for a birthday came an hour late then with half the order missing so sent a second car threatened by the staff for complaining which i feel well in our right to do will never use again.

Really terrible customer service phoned em to order something the person just said I can't hear you even though I knew he could hear me. He ended the call after that I've tried few times but no answer.

Terrible service and thiefs. Ordered 4 meals and asked for 10 chilli sauces, was given 4 and then when I phoned them they said why you making a big deal out of chilli sauce. Very unprofessional and rude. Had to call 3 times as they kept hanging up and saying we're busy we don't have time for you. This isn't even the first time its happened, they seem to not like giving out sauces. Do yourself a favour and go to the Dixy in Dudley instead. Edit: The owner says I didn't want to pay when I asked for 10 chillis on the phone and was ok paying extra, he then went on to lie to me and tell me a driver was bringing me the sauces but never turned up. AVOID THIS SHAM PLACE AT ALL COSTS. just look at the replies by the owner to everyone who posts a bad review, absolute no professionalism.

Had food from there last night and haven't been right since all symptoms iv got is food poisoning chicken strips soggy batter didn't taste right at all so definitely wasnt cooked freshed never going there again and looks like im not the only to be bad from there

We bought 3 chicken burger meals tonight. It was to a huge disappointment that food was inedible. As always I try to ring and tell the place as nice gesture before I leave a review. I have never tried to put someone's business down thinking it could be just a one off and by phoning them I can make sure it won't happen again. However when I rang dixy oldhill, operator spoke very arrogantly upon telling that I have phone to complain. Very rudely he said, "okay" and put the phone down on me. That is very disappointing. You're food is not good quality and you're not willing to take feedback. I am so sorry if it offended you but if I am paying money for my food, i expect it to be nice and if it isn't then my voice should be heard. "Having said that 8 months ago, we ordered again and got to say the food was upto standard. Bare in mind I didn't avail the free meal I was offered. We ordered twice since and food was hot and in good quality. It is important to give good feed back amd negative too. Well done on keeping your good food standard up.

Chicken was cold, the chips are frozen oven chips and the place is filthy and disgusting. Avoid like the plague, otherwise you will get the plague yourself. Most of the reviews are friends and relatives of Dixi Chicken.

Waste of time. Unprofessional and unpredictable. After 1 hour of waiting after my order rang to find out they had "missed my order" wasting my time and wrecking my evening. So many times they have messed my ordered up that I am finally writing a review about how poor this place is and am boycotting this place going forward.

Food was ok however place is a mess needs to be renovated back up to dixy standards its in a right state .

Very Delicious Food at reasonable Prices. Nice and crispy Chicken, however I did find one with a dodgy coating but besides overall its very crispy, succulent and flavourful. Would reccomend some offers in store too. Decent time. Dunno why but 100% better than kfc (even though thats not halal).

Do not order.... They send chicken with giblets still in it. Food isnt prepared the correct way and they are not bothered about it. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN ( Update from the responce. that's is pure lies you told me to keep and your send me replacement. Worst customer service ever. On numerous occasions I have had an issue with them. One time my chicken was all burnt and crusty- you could tell it wasn’t fresh and they did nothing about it. Second time they gave us uncooked chicken where it was undercooked and didn’t do anything about it they said next time they’ll make it better. Today they gave my food to someone else! I made a phone order and they said come in 10mins in which I replied okay. I came after 15 mins and they had given my food away and told me to wait another 15 mins. Unacceptable and rude staff

Best dixy around, why better then the dudley one.

I must admit, I would rather go dixy than KFC. Its halal, half the price than kfc and the menu is fantastic. Their fried chicken are so juicy and they give the right portion of fries. I dont like too many fries. Last thing I want is to fill my stomache with fries before I try the burger or chicken. Go for the special chilli sauce, absolute cracker!

went here for lunch chips ok , chicken was not cooked probably and chicken was not cooked on the bun either would not go again .

service was good. Only take cash, chicken was very oily and not cooked through, the place needs a refurb and delivery driver coming into kitchen after getting out of his car and handling food is not cool, wont be going there again.

The chicken nuggets or balls whatever u want to call was amazing. I would definitely recommend large. Best takeaway I have ever had. It was good quality and the people on the phone sounded so kind and patient. The only bad thing was they didn’t have pizza when we wanted some.

Delivery time and food temperature was good but quality of the food Chicken burger was alright not as good as i have experienced from other dixy branches but pizza was a disappointment thin and burnt crusty base and worst cheese i have ever tasted on a pizza,I would probably order again as having no other dixy in the area but pizza won't be included my order.

I would like to put a serous complaint in about my first experience at dixy chicken in Cradley health. I don't evan know we're to start, I went in with a few friends and ordered some food as you do and he was rude over the conter and didn't evan crack one smile while we were in the shop waiting for a food. Then we were waiting and I saw him moving chips with his hands no gloves or anything over to were ever he was taking them, then after that he had a burger cooking and burned it and still severed it. , there was no salard on the burger other then lettuce and when he was burning the burger he didn't have the extractor fan on and at this time a customer walked out because how smokey it was in there. The side coldsaw was disgusting it tasted off. Also there was no napkins for us to wipe our hands with after. We had no fork for the side order, also some chips were still under cooked. Also I would like to add that there needs to be more then one person working in the shop as we also had to wait a while for our food. I would like this to be taken seriously or I will forward it to someone else. Kind regards,
