Friendly and helpful landlord but no food and no hot drinks.

Wonderful, quirky village pub, great juke box, friendly bunch of locals and a Paul McCartney look-a-like landlord; what more could you ask for!

Noah and Jacob have been lovely to me, will come again.

Used to be my Second Home in Early 80's with Tubby and Brandy as hosts. Some fabulous locals made us local Military types very welcome... Simon

Great friendly local that welcomes non locals too. A bit dated on the decor but the atmosphere more than makes up for it.

Popped in here for a quick drink before going an a paddle board lesson, as we were early for the lesson. When we looked at it from the outside we weren't sure about going in but the owner / landlord was very welcoming as we're the locals, we even managed to get in a quick game of pool. Will go back again if we are in the area.

With a little effort this Pub could aspire to be almost grim🤮. If possible I'd rate it no stars.

A traditional wethouse that proper drinkers still crave and hasn't given in to the poncy food vibe. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely owners. Although don't get confused as it's his wife and not his daughter. If your after cashback make sure you speak to the landlord rather than the landlady, she's like Stevie wonder behind the bar. Honestly though take a trip down here, a wonderful establishment full of characters. Also a great place for live music over the weekend.

Lovely vibe. sport on tv. Landlady is great. Got some free snacks and ride home.

Great local pub. Ever-changing selection of local ales. Free pool. Darts. Entertainment and barbecues from time to time. No food catered for at the moment.

Brilliant night... With great friends... With Beaky and the Meerkats... Brilliant group... And excellent pub... Such a welcoming friendly atmosphere. First time there... But highly recommended...

Not very friendly. Very much for the locals, not very welcoming and warm.

When I was based at RAF Coltishall in mid 80's the landlord was called Tubby, good bloke. His wife was called the DRAGGON [ Brandy]. When she was behind the bar the only thing on her body that did any work was her mouth. Good pub though. Found out yesterday that Brandy is deceased, sorry to have heard about that.
