This is the first time I have used this chippy and was greatly surprised husband really enjoyed his kebab, I had the donor wrap as I find the kebab to big for me. The meal was nice and hot, will be ordering from them again thank you.

Brilliant service offered, no other chip shop doing it, ingenious idea especially for people with no transport or older folk. Bought fish supper for Mum. Came hot and quickly, quality fresh fish and chips. Lovely. Thanks for making Mums birthday. Would definitely recommend and return.

We were attracted by a "banquet box " we had seen in a video a facebook takeaway page. I called in advance to place the order the man on the phone said I'll make it up now. Drived from the other side of Rugby and the man when I arrived was doing nothing. There was no customers in there, alarm bells should have rang them !!! When I got the box home I was shocked. The items in the box were not what were advertised in the video. The chips were old and brown . You could have bounced the scallops off the floor. All of the contents of the box were shiny and swimming in a massive pool of grease. I dont expect to get a healthy meal from a chippy but this looked as though the sauce you got with the meal was a bucked of oil. It was shocking .

we purchased a take away from here recently and were really pleased with the service, quality and value for money. This all changed with our recent visit. A random women sat at the back of the chippy prep area eating, people coming in handing over cash which was left on food preparation areas. Really poor service with some meals being prepped and bagged and then having to be put in the warm cabinet whilst we waited for more chips to complete the rest of the order, we all know a bagged up fish and chip meal put in the warm cabinet just all goes soggy. Then we got the food home and it was poor with dry flavourless chips to horrible soggy flavourless fish. I will not visit this chip shop again thank you, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Had fish and chips which was well presented in a box stating Freshly Prepared. The fish was dry and fairly tasteless encased in a batter that was also dry and hard giving the impression it had been cooked for some time and left to dry under heat lamps. The chips were no better also being very dry and certainly not fresh tasting. At £6.70 it was definitely not value for money and not worth a second visit.

A friend and I visited here for a chicken kebab, the kebab was a new one added onto the spit. I had chicken meat and chips and my friend had the chicken meat in a Greek bread. The chicken kebab meat that was given to us was very fatty and some of the meat was raw and under-cooked. The Greek bread did not taste good, it tasted off. Also the chips were greasy and some were stale. Neither of us could eat more than a quarter of the meal and both threw them in the bin. Waste of money. I have had bad fish and chips from here in the past and overcooked chicken kebab meat in the past from here, and have given Anastasios many chances, but I am not going to risk wasting my money again and will visit other chip shops next time. Consistency is their bad point. The only plus point is the good service, but good service and bad food doesn't tick the box for me.

Chips are good, also a wide menu available. I love it that you are always greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. Clean premises and good value. Given the family's cultural background I have tried to talk them into making fresh houmous to offer as a dip (soooo perfect with chips!!) but as yet they don't offer this :-D

Necessary to call ahead for gluten free. Can be delivered. Crispy batter on tasty fish with good chunky chips. Impressed.

Fishcakes made the family ill overnight and they forgot a portion of chips! Will go back as pizzas also good but will steer clear of the fishcakes from now on!

Been here many times over the years and has always been of high standard. Excellent food and service for a takeaway.

Have used twice recently and on both occasions found the fish quality and cooking excellent. The fish size is whale like and really we could almost have shared a portion between two. Friendly staff and will definitely use again

Ahora estoy siendo quisquilloso, pero en general me encantó la comida para llevar. El pescado dentro de la batty era muy bien preparadas, aunque la pasta era un poquito grasienta. Las patatas fritas eran geniales, sin embargo, estoy un poco ventilador de pepinillos y estos pequeños encurtidos realmente decepcionante por la comida. Sin cambiar de proveedor si yo fuera tú.

Perdimos nuestro ' "fish and chips" local' a la pizza, etc. así que teníamos que encontrar otro después de muchos años! Probamos unos cuantos y nos pareció Bilton pescado Bar. fresco (eglefino precioso) y las patatas fritas son de un buen tamaño. El servicio es alegre y eficiente y las raciones y la calidad muy buena. Ojalá que siga!

Excellent for chips, Fish at times tends to be soggy, Kebabs are good! Always clean & people are pleasant! Food Quantity is always generous.

There were some new owners for this shop, and they refurbished it and did it up quite nicely with new equipment, the food was OK. Now the previous owner has returned, and the chips are as bad as they used to be when he ran it. The chips are overly dry or sometimes greasy, and worst of all they contain a lot of bad chips with black bits in there, I've had to throw away half the pack because once, because that's how many bad chips were in there. The fish is also not fresh and is smelly and greasy.Will never use again, everytime I drive past, it's always been empty, even on a Friday evening, which is supposed to be the busiest time.

Worst fish and chips ever! Don't bother - so dry stuck in your throat! No taste whatsoever. Had a small portion of fish - what was in the batter wouldn't feed a bird! Yet enough chips (or cardboard) to feed an army. Threw it all out for the birds anyway! Regrettable as our friends paid for the meal. Used to be really good!
