Been to this kebab a few times and it’s always delicious, but what really does it is the service. Absolutely lovely people who take care of there customers.

Love a Lamb Shish kebab. This definitely imo, wasn't the "Best" had far better elsewhere. First time from here. Won't go again. Lamb was tasteless, no fat but also no taste, but some grizzle. Service with a smile, but the taste is everything

The name says it all. The kebabs from here are top tier! So tasty, cooked fresh, great portion sizes and the service is always amazing. They are cheaper than some of their competitors in the area, and much better too! Highly recommend.

I thought I would give this place another go after my last few orders were wrong and I won't be returning, £11 for a kebab and hardly any salad and no fresh chilli, just another place that has increased prices but gives you less.

As the name suggests, it is beyond doubt "The Best Kebab" in Carshalton, a local family run business, serving great kebabs. Food is always excellent quality, the service is always welcoming and friendly. Tried a few kebab houses in the past and have been very disappointed by some. Since trying this place several years ago, we have been a regular here ever since. The Family Feast is great value for money and great variety of kebab food. Give it a try, thoroughly well recommended.

Lovely fellas with lovely food! Me and the boys have a 16 player poker tournament every 3 months and Billy sorts out our whole order and drops it off exactly at the time we need it, quality service.

First time trying The Best Kebab as we just moved into the area also got recommended by our friends who have been coming here for years, and boy I must say we were all very satisfied with the service baring in mind how busy it was there was a young man who had other orders and still remembered what we wanted which shocked us the staff know exactly what to do even when busy everything seems to be under control where as some places we’ve been all orders come wrong. Where do I start from really is The Best Kebab in Carshalton and that we've been too, food has always been 10/10 been a regular customer for years and have never been disappointed polite and respectful staff which you barely get anywhere else now days really welcoming, baring in mind there busy food always arrives warm and fresh to your door. Shops really clean and well looked after great atmosphere, you can tell the staff know what there doing and are experienced. ‘Best Kebab’ just as they call themselves! I delivered from this kebab shop for a little house party I had and they did not disappoint me at all! Freshly cooked food, and when it was delivered it was still very hot. Very neat packing too! The guy on the phone was very warm and sounded very welcoming. Always use same kebab shop but tried best kebabs tonight was very impressed everything 100% better and good size portions lovely quality meat and salad and amazing fresh chilli sauce definitely not out of a jar.definitely our new takeaway kebab shop.

Ordered from here with my family the order came to over £40 the chicken was dry and cold tasted horrible, hardly any meat in lamb kebab at all and tasteless just filled with loads of salad! Chips were only thing that was ok when we called to tell them the man actually called me a liar!!! I’m so shocked, an awful experience here! Will never order from here again they were so so rude and the food was inedible tasted horrible he asked us to fish it out the bin and bring it back so we did. Would not recommend this kebab shop to anyone there are so many nicer ones!

What a shame, this place makes really good food I think and they've been pretty pleasant with me on the phone which is nice. I ordered tonight and the guy on the phone just made me feel so uncomfortable was he was passive-aggressive. The delivery driver turns up and I hand him the exact money and as it's exact he unwittingly says "This the right change?"...How condescending can you get? Honestly that's so annoying to hear someone say that.

Sat down to eat my chicken mean and chips and as I moved my chicken around there was a dead fly in my chicken!!! When i rung to complain all they could say was how did a fly get in your box , basically calling me a liar will NOT be ordering from there

Terribly rude!! Ridiculous! I will never go back!!! I asked them to drain my chips of the excess oil and was told why we have fried them in oil. Lol. Everyone knows to let them drain! Ordered a delivery, large doner large chips bottle of coke. £14 really!!. What did I receive. Small doner small soggy chips . Half a slice of tomato 2 slice of cucumber a little salad. No pickle no slice of lemon. Every other kebab shop around here gives you twice as much as best kebab. Unless Ur a mouse don't order from here

Ordered our food last night through just eat, the food never turned up when we spoke to the restaurant they were very rude and told us they have cancelled it even though we paid for it. Won't be ordering from here again.

My local. The two younger guys are polite and easy to talk to. And their dad is a lovely older gentleman. Family run business. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Portions are massive.

The shish kebabs are delicious. Would highly recommend the lamb special sish. Can be a bit of a wait but totally worth it.

Long waiting time and avrage taste

This evening I ordered food through Just-Eat and after much disappointment I left a review on how bad the food was. Shortly after this I received an abusive phone call from them telling me what I was and demanding I never return. Well to the person that made that call, your demands will be happily obliged as your food is incredibly horrid and your services are beyond undignified. If you treat all of your customers with this much disrespect then I will gladly leave my custom where your food ended up tonight... In the trash!!! Good day to you and let this be a warning for all customers wishing to order from Carshalton Best Kebab Limited!!!

Ordered meal it came early and hot, very nice meal and great customer service the staff is friendly , I recomend the kebab house for a meal.

Food is good. Only issue was waited an hour to be told they have 15 orders still waiting. So went and got it myself.

Worst place we ever eat(and we travel since some years). • get in the shop and thinking what to order.(everything ok) • talking with my partner in ROMANIAN language(some strange lookings-both of us noticed) • trying to keep the friendly conversation going...and asking if DONER are coming with chips too(he became suddenly iritated and the tone of voice became up) • getting the order done, I left the shop for 5 minutes leaving my woman in front of shop waiting(after 2 minutes, he whistle and scream after her if we want sos) • I got back after the order was done, taking my girl, leaving in the park to eat, when we descovered that we dont have cutlery, neither napkins, not any salt on those chips with taste of washing up( one small and one large chicken doner plus chips plus 1 bag and 3 caseroles) • as everyone is having jobs and damn days at work, you expect to eat a decent food and go to sleep because is end of the day and you start another day soon, youre getting pretty nervous and go back to put a simple question about those 13-14 pounds( maybe is not all about money) • after first question, asked with a normal tone of voice, he starts to yell and use f words, going far enough at fu words... as I am a man my patience is not unlimited so I have limited to yell and asking for the money back, after all coming outside of counter with his hands straight to push me ( I dont know if was good or not that my girl took me out, but I know that I left there 3 people, one of them- the owner and that who cooked- extremely angry yelling-and the other two trying to calm he down) • he told me that he will call at my work(being neighbours, but seeing him second time..) PS: you draw conclusion... PSS: I left whitout money and not even food from that shop,even if I have been asking for my money and go PSS: Racism or.... ?!

Shocking customer service. Ordered more than 50 pounds worth of food for a party, they got the order completely wrong, and then were very rude when I called to complain and eventually begrudgingly gave me a partial refund, there was no offer of replacement. Will never use these guys again, even though we were orciousktmfiid customers of theirs!
