Lovely pub that's spacious and welcoming. We didn't get food on our visit, but it smelt and looked delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and chatty, which really added to the experience. Would highly recommend a visit! :)

Really friendly pub in the village we stayed in for Christmas 23. The locals & staff were so welcoming & inclusive. We played several games of pool with people we met that eve & had a great laugh. We will definitely return. The pizzas looked fab; we’ll try them next time.

Lovely little pub in Banwell. Shame about the limited selection of ales which was a little disappointing, but they had a few bottles of the regular Doom Etc.. you're desperate. Pizza was lovely, if a little sparce with the toppings.

The Bell Inn was most enjoyable on a quiet Wednesday evening. Great pizzas at a very reasonable price and in a nice atmosphere. The owner is authentic and runs the place through passion.

Friendly and welcoming staff and owner, a real local pub, with good tasty home cooked food and a great choice of beers and other drinks. A very nice outdoor walled yard with plants and tables for eating, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Loving this Pub, very unassuming from the outside, friendly welcome inside from locals and staff alike, Bar is well stocked, Pizzas are incredible, just lacks somewhere to park or chain a bike.

My stay was amazing, excellent food by Carmino and a friendly atmosphere with a lovely bartender called Josh who was not afraid to offer help.

We saw the good reviews so went there for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was easy to park on the main road outside down about 100m. Just as the reviews said, it was very friendly there and cosy. We had a simple Margherita pizza which was really excellent and a Lasagne which came with chunky fries, some garlic bread and the salad had radishes and beetroot mixed in. It was incredible value because the food was to such a high standard.

If you are looking for some of the best pizzas then look no further than the Bell Inn in Banwell, North Somerset. These pizzas are truly authentic and are not lacking in toppings and flavour. They come fresh and piping hot. The pizza chains could learn a thing or two about making pizzas, especially the toppings. Four of us dined and the bill, including drinks was £80 including a tip. You can't get better value than that!

A Pizza Pub is a bizarre concept that should happen more. Not the widest selection of cask ales, no car park, clean with good decor, free WiFi, barman had a GREAT mullet, and, uuuh, PIZZA PUB

Visited the Bell Inn in Banwell to try the Sunday roast it was absolutely wonderful, you need to pre-book but we’ll worth it.

Lovely local pub we tried for the first time. Friendly welcoming staff. Good bar service. Pizza menu and bar food menu offered. We had pizzas which were delivered without too much wait and looked and tasted gorgeous. Look forward to going again. Highly recommend.

This historic pub is the last treehouse in the village and during lockdowns has been extensively upgraded inside and the courtyard has been upgraded. Homemade food is served seven evenings a week and Sunday roasts are normally available at lunchtimes until the evening menu kicks in at 5 pm. Landlord Carmino is a great chef and his speciality homemade pizzas are availed nightly to eat in or take away. They are absolutely delicious and my favourite is the seafood. We had a Sunday roast in the pub and it was incredible. Generous helping of meat with all the trimmings. Couldn’t believe how many freshly cooked vegetables came with it - dishes kept arriving almost mezze style. I highly recommend this lovely pub which is a great place to go for a drink or a meal.

Great beers and the best stone oven cooked pizza I’ve had in years. We went for the Tex Mex and the Farmhouse 10 inch pizzas - absolutely stunning for £8 quid a pop. Highly recommended with great bar staff and quiet most nights ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We visited this pub to have a family meal whilst out with our dog. The staff were very welcoming. The pub was quiet as it was only a Wednesday. We all had dinner (5 of us) and all had something different, the food all came at the same time. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The dog even got brought a treat. Such a gem of a find, highly recommend this pub.

Early evening visit for food and just the best pizza I've had in a long time washed down with some fine local ale !! I can highly recommend a visit !!

Our family would recommend The Bell's Sunday lunch it was delicious from the perfectly cooked Beef and Lamb to the very good selection of freshly cooked vegetables, it was all brilliant. The pub it self was a cosy welcoming place and the lady that served us could not do enough for us to make sure we had a good experience.

The staff are great, the beer is nice and the pizza is excellent. Highly recomend if you are in the area, very welcoming. We will definately visit again when we are in the area.

Great landlord & nice atmosphere

You need to get past the rather drab exterior, (we had driven past his place several times and assumed it was permanently closed) and you’ll find inside a small, friendly local pub. There’s an open fire , two separate bars and a pool table. It’s not open every day so you need to check and they do food occasionally but the barman encouraged us to order food from the very good Indian restaurant around the corner (he has the menu) who will then deliver it and the pub provides plates and cutlery which is very helpful. The next night we did the same with the fish and chirp shop across the road. Well worth finding.

Another fantastic Sunday roast lunch.

The bell has just started Sunday lunches and we went along to try the roast. Absolutely beautiful with plenty of vegetables and extra gravy. Served very hot and quickly but no rush to move on. The beef was cooked just how we like it, no blood in the middle! Sweet choices of Bailey's profiteroles and Eton mess definitely worth leaving room for. Advance Booking needed

En el único pub remaing Banwell, ha sido en reparación y renovación durante algún tiempo. El exterior es de especial y, de hecho, podría ser fácilmente perder ya que está en una esquina muy concurrida. El bar de la recepción es relativamente pequeña con la barra situada a la derecha; hay una chimenea abierta y el mobiliario es sencillo sillas de madera y mesas. El bar está siguiendo varios pasos y es mucho más grande. Sólo hay una ale (Butcombe) junto con las cervezas, vinos y licores típicos (incluyendo en el último recuento, unos 10 tipos diferentes de ginebras! ). La comida está sólo disponible en la comida del domingo cuando necesitas reservar en adavnce; hay una selección limitada de platos principales (bien de precio) y postres. Noches de concurso se celebran cada jueves y una selección limitada de comida está disponible entonces.(como el personal del bar es muy amable son los lugareños! Pero el único) hay aparcamiento en la calle y puede ser a cierta distancia. Creo recordar que el pub está cerrado los lunes y los martes.

Wow what a pub! Lovely log fire on the go and a warm welcome from the bar staff even made to feel welcome by the friendly locals. Stopped by on a Sunday lunchtime and the pub was serving a traditional sunday roast, despite the fact that all meals are pre-booked they managed to find room to squeeze (they did say pre- booking was recommended) and the even managed to fit us in for a roast dinner. The roast was lovely as was the dessert and all for £10.00 pp. Will definitely go again but will remember to book to avoid disappointment,
