What an amazing night Saturday the vibe was amazing the atmosphere was also on point the advertising for this event was on point cant wait for the next event we will definitely be there.. the lady Emma Louise sure she was the event planner what an absolute gem she is nothing was ever an issue no matter how big or small of a problem she’ll fix it for us her communication skills were above and beyond thank you again for such a good evening she’s a true gem to have working for yourselves once again thank you for such a good night

I can't express enough how amazing this place is✨️✨️✨️ Emma Louise and Kelly throw the best events EVER !!! They really do bring the community together and we just all have so much fun! This has become my main local and i will forever support because I think it's just incredible what they do and just how much time and effort that's always put into it. There's never a dull moment. It's always full of vibes and good energies ✨️✨️❤️

Didn't have food. Just went for a few drinks, atmosphere was great, so stayed all night. Service was quick, and bar staff were pleasant. Was served by charmaine a few times, friendly and observant, she knew what we wanted before we asked at one point. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we walked in Barmaid advised us of the Friday fizz special, very friendly staff, great atmosphere. To cap it all we were stuck due to the UBER drivers strike but the manager arranged for Charmaine to take us home and saved the day. Fantastic customer service from the team thank you 👍

Just received a parking ticket from parking in the car park for just 15 minutes, my husband just popped in for a quick pint with my son, didn’t realise you had to put your reg in when you went in, I’ve just called to explain and the lovely lady who answered the phone has cancelled the charge and told me I don’t need to pay fine 😊 thank you ☺️ in future I will know to enter my reg.

Lovely pub with great food, great selection of drinks and great entertainment. Always something for everybody. Parking facilities a plus and friendly staff. Pool table and darts board too. Child and dog friendly.

Visit on Saturday 8th February 2025, We had a table booked for 12:30pm hence this was booked back in January, we arrived at 12 pm opening time we couldn’t enter the premises as there was a community meeting taking place. When we did enter the premises, the manager seemed a bit taken back that we had a table booked. As there were still a fair few people still in the premises from the community meeting a table hadn’t been reserved, instead we were placed in so called snug area. The menu was bought out to our table by a member of bar staff. Once we had chosen what we wanted to eat, we went up to the bar and placed our order for food. We also ordered our drinks, the bar staff member was not able to for fill one drink as they wasn’t sure what we wanted, it was only a bitter shandy. We were served with our staters which were very nice and hot. Our main course’s were served which looked very nice but they were not very hot, just warm. We would have stayed for a dessert and coffee but decided to go home.

Abysmal service. 2.5 hrs for a 2 course Sunday lunch. Table of 9 were served one at a time every 5-10 mins. First one had finished before last one served. Food was luke warm or cold. It wasn’t even busy !

Today I wanted to go out for a bit of a breather so Fudge (my Dachshund, swipe for photos) and I took a visit here and I usually do not write reviews but I had to get on here and brag about this place! I had the garlic mushroom starter and a sirloin steak meal. The mushrooms were almost instantly demolished, and the breading/batter on the mushrooms was PERFECT. They surprisingly didn't bug my sensory needs, which was a plus! The steak came with whole onion rings, chips, and rocket (I asked for the tomato to be removed), and I hadn't tried rocket until now, and it was really nice! I asked for my steak to be medium-rare, and for me, it was spot on. Their chef *really* knows how to cook some good food and I really enjoyed my meal. One thing I'll also point out is that the staff there were amazingly friendly, but one thing I LOVED was that they did not come over while I was eating. I loved that the person who served me waited until I was finished to ask how the food was and if I enjoyed my meal. Not enough places wait for these kinds of things, and it was incredibly appreciated. Especially as someone with additional sensory needs that does not like to be disturbed when eating. Another thing I'll point out is that she didn't only serve me, but my dog, too! They offer dog treats for your furry companion as well as provide a bowl of fresh water during your visit. One last thing I'll add is that the toilets were so clean and spacious! As a disabled person, I didn't have to struggle in a tiny cubicle with my dog. They do have a accessible toilet but I didn't need it due to how spacious and lovely the toilets were! It was a very cosy environment. The seating was comfortable, and it wasn't cluttered or etc, like some of the places I've been to and the fact that they're dog friendly really adds to the welcoming, friendly atmosphere of this place. For me and Fudge, it was our very first visit, but I loved it so much that I will be visiting again next month and in the months to come. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Me and my friends came in on a Thursday and it was a positive atmosphere, enthusiasm with entertainment from staff and other people.

Me and the lads came here to play darts and sing karaoke. We had the best night ever and all the staff was lovely. Would recommend highly 👍🏼

El encuentro que mis amigos y yo experimentamos el 14 / 12 / 24 fue indignante. Todos nos sentimos completamente violados debido al comportamiento inapropiado que presentó el gerente. Mis amigos y yo fuimos al bar y trajimos bebidas con nuestro IDS (que nos pidieron y mostraron) nos sentamos a la mesa con nuestras bebidas y después de cinco minutos el gerente irrumpió y nos dijo que nos fuéramos. Todos estábamos confundidos, ya que ella tomó un sorbo de mi bebida aunque no soy menor de edad. Ella estaba gritando y bailando que éramos menores de edad y luego le mostramos nuestras identificaciones y todavía agarró mi bebida amiga y se la vertió por todo él. Después de esto, mostramos los identificadores de los porteros y admitieron que no sabían por qué actuaría de esa manera. También en el pub había un montón de hombres con astillas en las manos que fue ignorado. Si estás buscando un buen lugar para ir a tomar unas copas y no ser acosado de esta manera, yo no sugeriría aquí!

Yo y un par de mis amigos fuimos a la noche de reggae allí el sábado 14 de diciembre. Fuimos al bar a tomar una copa, a los dos nos pidieron identificación en el bar que mostramos y nos permitieron comprar bebidas, luego fuimos a la mesa con nuestras bebidas. Poco después de que el gerente / propietario vino tomó una copa de amigos que también tenía 18 años y tomó un sorbo de ella. Luego comenzó a hablarnos y gritarnos porque creía que éramos menores de edad. Le dije repetidamente que tenía 18 años e incluso le enseñé mi identificación luego me tiró la bebida encima y pidió a la seguridad que nos sacara. Sin embargo, hay hombres con aspavientos en las manos y eso parecía una actividad normal que pasaba desapercibida, claramente el lugar está deteriorado y el personal no es profesional con la forma en que manejan las situaciones. ¡Definitivamente no es el lugar al que quieres ir para una buena noche!

Yo y 11 miembros de la familia reservados para 3. 00 pm el sábado 7 de diciembre. Llegamos a las tres, pedimos bebidas y nos sentamos a la mesa. Esperamos más de 30 minutos antes de que una camarera viniera y tomara nuestra orden. La mitad de la fiesta pidió entrantes, 9 cenas de Navidad y 3 filetes. 30 a 40 minutos después llegaron nuestros entrantes. No se colocaron cubiertos antes de la sopa de entrantes ni cuchara de sopa. Una vez terminado Diez minutos después la mesa estaba despejada. 1 hora 30 minutos de espera para el plato principal Cuando llegó, mi cena de Navidad estaba fría como una piedra, también lo estaba otras 3 que llamé a la camarera y ella llevó mi cena de vuelta a la cocina. Los otros miembros de la familia se quejaban pero intentaron comer la carne solamente. La camarera volvió después de 5 minutos con el mismo plato de comida (obviamente en el microondas) y de nuevo estaba frío, incluso la salsa. Le dije que se lo llevara y a mi hija en la cena de Navidad, ya que no podía comerlo. Hablé con el gerente en 3 ocasiones, ella no parecía preocupada y estaba más interesada en tirar pintas. Sin disculpas. Su respuesta "esa es tu impresión" Tengo 78 años y esa es la peor comida, experiencia y servicio al cliente que he recibido. Estaré escribiendo a Green King y reportándolo a la (FSA) y a la Comisión Nacional del Consumidor. Iré subiendo fotos de la cantidad de comida que quedó en breve, una vez recibida de mi nuera. Tuve que conseguir un curry de camino a casa y mi nuera consiguió pescado con patatas fritas.

Four of us went for a meal and despite there being very few people (could see a party of 4, and a few singular guests here and there) there was a "wait on food", which ended up meaning about half an hour for 2 starters and another half an hour for the 4 mains. Food was mostly good, although the steak/ale pie was not well enjoyed, there was slimy lettuce on one meal, and the chicken burger had a cheese square on instead of proper cheddar. At least it was fairly quiet and the staff were very pleasant, however I feel there are better places to eat.

If I could give 0 I would very rude and abrupt think this pub being in Coleshill is the reason they get away with being rude If in Birmingham areas of inner city they could never speak or would not dare to treat people how they do but remember not everyone is accepting of being treated like this !!!

Llamé para una comida y una bebida y recibió una cálida bienvenida. Ambos elegimos el pastel de pavo y jamón ahumado Hock del menú festivo, fue cocinado y servido por Andy y estaba delicioso. Recomendaría esta elección a cualquiera que visite la zona, y sin duda volveremos a llamar cuando estemos cerca.

This is a terrible place to eat or to have a drink I brought my hole family here for a family dinner on a Friday night and are drinks didn't come till an hour after we ordered them and they had to be sent back because they weren't what we ordered and are food didn't come to are table till an hour and a half after we ordered and all of are food was cold and the staff was very rude to us the hole time we was there it was shocking how they treated me and my family I will never be coming back to the bell inn as long as I live I do not recommend eating out here or even for a quick drink I am surprised they can even call it food the cook should be a shamed of it the food is not worth the plate it is on DO NOT COME TO THE BELL INN

Visites here on bank holiday Monday i ordered the 8oz Rump steak medium rare, the steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection which was served with chip and onion rings they were also cooked to perfection nice & crispy and the chips were fluffy on the inside so complements to Alex the chef, everybody in there is friendly and there is always a warm welcoming atmosphere i Highly recommend you visit here, they also have entertaininment on many nights of the week this is also amazing

I have attended the pub on a couple of occasions as. A face painter for their events. The events are always a good turn out and they seem to get a lot of regulars. Communication and organisation from Emma (event organiser) is always fab. Very quick to reply and organised. I'm unable to comment on food or service for the pub as I didn't experience these. The pub itself is very clean, really nice decor and toilets are really roomy and clean. Great for me who has to get changed into a costume! Thanks for having me.

I visited this pub Saturday 17th August, and had the worst customer experience ever. Had brunch with a friend and ordered the 3 starters for £13. Been to different Greenekings venues over the years and aware of the normally high standards. However, this particular branch has let it down. I ordered the roasted vegetable tacos and another 2 starters. However, when it came out, they weren't tacos and there weren't any roasted vegetables in there. I had 2 small tortilla wraps, inside was salad and slices of chilli's. No-one came to check up to see if everything was OK. Only when the plates were cleared away. I explained I wanted to return the dish, as wasn't happy, and have the breaded mushrooms instead. There was no apology or confirmation of the issue. The plates were cleared and the lady walked off. The chef appeared afterwards with the mushrooms and started saying that he cooked the dish I received and there was roasted vegetable in there and didn't understand my issue. It got quite heated, especially when I showed him the attached photo, the dish was the middle one, and asked which part were the vegetables and were where the tacos. The chef then stormed off. I complained to the manager and again nothing. No apology or acknowledgement of wrong doing. I was completely dumbfounded and left the establishment. I have never been spoken to so terribly as a customer and will not return to that branch again. Such a shame though, as a lovely location.

I travel a lot and I was pleasantly surprised because I usually don't go to pubs but the service was top notch and felt very welcoming great choice of food and drinks I personally want to thank Emma as she was very lovely and an absolute sweetheart she was very attentive and kind I highly recommend giving this pub a go! We attended a family glow party this evening and ordered food while we were here, we haven’t had food here for a while now but it was 10/10! I ordered the hot honey burger and couldn’t have asked for better, definitely recommend 🤌🏻 my little girl really enjoyed herself at the party

Popped in for lunch, food was delicious, good price on food offer on children’s meals as it’s the holidays. Great customer service from Emma really helpful and friendly. Pub is well worth a visit.

Ordered an Eton Mess Sundae but there was no meringue in it at all!! Would not have ordered or paid 6.95 for a bowl of ice cream had I known. Mentioned it to the waitress who said she'd tell the kitchen. She never came back to us.

Amazing Chicken Top Chef 👍🏾 Alex

Popped in for 13.30 and tried the mixed grill. The meat was all cooked perfectly.I ordered my steak rair, and it was beautifully pink in the middle. I have never had chicken on a mixed grill, so juicy and tender. £13.99 very reasonable price for the quality of food you receive. The service was on point too and a very clean and tidy premises. I will definitely visit again.

Been to bell few times, and different people in our company, said they have had issues with the older lady, possibly manager, so disrespectful last night for England game we had about 20 of us spending plenty of money and enjoying great facilities the bell has, but 3-4 of our friends where left waiting ignored by this lady, what a shame will definitely drink elsewhere from now on!!!

Went here for a birthday, service and food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Haven't been here in years but decided to pop in, nice selection of drinks. The person that served us wasn't very friendly. I felt like an inconvenience asking for a drink. Other than that, it was quite busy with a good atmosphere. Only pizzas were being served in the pub, luckily they had a carribean pop up set up outside which was absolutely delicious. I would return again as I'd like to try the food they do themselves.

Local place with kind staff, I would say avrage food but what do you expect, and the aura sure was lovley.

Kelly and the team are so welcoming. The Bell is such a lovely and lively pub with a great atmosphere for families during the day with excellent entertainment at night for when you need some well deserved adult time!

Staff were good but the menu was very poor really not much to choose from so didn't eat

Maybe because I'm older but this was awful. Didn't feel safe in here and I was glad to get out in one piece. Beer served in plastic glasses. Won't be rushing back in any hurry. Changed so much from the old days.

I go in once a month, there's always sport on the TV with the occasional live music. Very spacious pub and disabled friendly
