Tasty meal, delivered quickly and with courtesy.

Wasn't as good a usual, small portion of chips for £7 but they were good and the curry sauce. Gravy wasn't good at all funny taste.

The order was incomplete - about half was missing - so we didn’t have enough food to feed everyone. No way of resolving as just got an auto reply email from Just Eat and the restaurant said we had to go through them.

The delivery person was rude, I tried to guide him in , when I asked him which rd he was on he just said I’m at signal ???, I kept trying to find out where he was he cldnt tell me a then he ended call, I phoned him back he found me handed me my me and kept telling me I had no patience, he was the one who couldn’t tell me where he was, how could i guide him to me when he didn’t know where he was 😡

Very generous portions and tasty

Really excellent freshly made food. Very busy (but it was a Friday night) yet despite this the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Good value too, especially for the area. Will definitely order again, we were impressed with how tasty the food was and the portion sizes were good.

Absolutely fantastic Kebab and its perfect for those that are unable to eat non halal cuisine. It is not islamophobic, they are just informing you they do not serve halal. The same way a halal establishment would not cater for people that eat pork and non halal meat its the same thing here. Other than that, it great and worth a try!

The friendliness of the owner was so welcoming they’ve asked for more chips tonight lol Great little place just over the hill of where we live. Looks like we are walking on turn moss again and passing by here.

Food amazing- haddock bigger than my head! All really fresh and crispy batter. Only issue as ever is the amiunt of drops the just eat delivery person has to make en route but fair play, it was all still hot. Will deffo be ordering again!

What can I say. Very poor quality food. Chips £3.40 Fish £4.50 Fish portion is ridiculously small. Chips portion (large) is a good size. The quality of the potato is very poor. The oil should be fresh (at least on a Friday) dirty oil means dark bitter tasting chips. As a "chippy" you should not get chips wrong. The batter is nice. The staff are great people and have wonderful customer service. Unfortunately the food is very poor.

fish wasn’t fresh, probably left over from previous day and reheated. Potatoes used for chips were of inferior quality, full of eyes. Very disappointed, love Baths supper Bar usually. Terrible.

One of the few places that proudly advertise that they don’t serve halal food. Luckily for Muslims, my non Muslim friend confirmed we aren’t missing out on much. I saw his chicken kebab which was bland, seasoned with only salt and pepper. I think it made him only want to eat halal, so thanks Supper Bar

To read the lot of unsatisfied reviews and I am guite surprised. This place a busy and good little fish and chips bar nothing else noting more. But you can get fresh amazing supper, huge crunchy cod with fresh chips in affordable price. Probably have to wait few minutes because everything made in freshly. But it worth it. Thank you. They made my day. I do recommend for everyone who has realistic expectations 👌

Very disappointed after reading the reviews. 13 pound including delivery for fish that had alot more batter than fish and it was overcooked. Chips Nd mushy peas.

I came in today after work and witnessed what only could be described as bullying. By a young girl who worked there and who i assume was the owner, towards a man who you could tell was trying his best. I later found out that this man was only on his third shift. Not only did they try to get the customers to join in the public humiliation of this man, but they treated him so poorly that he walked out (which in this current climate says a lot about how he was treated.) The people i was with and I spoke to the man after who was a very kind, who even after being treated the way he was still said the food was nice (which personally i thought was average.) I am appalled by what i saw today and regrettably didn’t say something at the time, but it’s been 4 hours now and i still cannot comprehend the behaviour of these two people.

Placed a order was slightly wrong but was rectify straight away, great customer service and amazing food will order again!

Fish was a bit lacking, wasn't much fish in it and was too much batter.

Food was lovely but I ordered a chicken kebab & I got a mixed one, which when I took of all the Donna meat I was left with very little chicken plus could taste the Donna meat I do not eat dark meat .But when i reported it they offered a refund on chicken kebab.

Reluctant to give a small local business a bad review in case it has any impact on staff long-term. Sad that this place has dipped in quality to the extent it has. It used to be the best chippy in South Manchester. Towards the end of the week particularly the queue would be twenty or thirty deep. It was owned by a Chinese family for years, from when I was a kid until a few years back. They had a big kebab bar, different types of fish, the staff remembered peoples names and orders. It was a real asset to the community. Obviously the world moves on, and I wish the current owners well, but the range is nowhere near as wide as before, the food isn't as good, there doesn't seem to be any camaraderie between staff and customers, and the heart and soul of the place has been sadly lost. Real shame.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely abysmal service, disgusted at the ‘service’ we received when phoned the restaurant as the delivery driver decided he could not be bothered to turn up. Got told it’s not their problem, and kept speaking in a derogatory way, this is unacceptable and down right rude. Was told the order had been thrown in the bin, and told to go away in a more abusive way. This restaurant does not deserve your service, I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Disgusting. STAY AWAY STAY CLEAR

Still waiting !!! 🤪 rang takeaway and they could not help us and told to ring just eat Eventually got through to same and they did refund money but still no food They advertised a discount if ordered on a Tuesday but we still have not got food but a refund Had to get food elsewhere This has been a very nice takeaway in the past but this experience has left us bitter ? Wonder who is enjoying r meal ??? And we worry if the drivers can’t be bothered to deliver to right address ??? Will think many times before using then again !!??? Maybe ring them before and don’t use just eat or in fact the baths supper bar !!,

Quality old school fish & chips. The batter on the cod was lovely & the chips were perfect. Hadn't been to this chippy for a few years but I'm glad I spotted it on Just Eat. Good value & the staff obviously take pride in their menu. Recommend 100%.

Lovely cod, crisp batter, good sized and no excess oil. Chips lovely crisp and fluffy inside. I like they use greaseproof paper around food, then wrapped in normal chippy paper. But a £3.51 large portion of chips should be large portion. It was not the same quantity as usual by far. Which was disappointing as sharing between two people.

Although food lovely and hot we skied for it to be delivered at a specific time as disabled and wanted it to fit in with r lifestyle that evening The food Wes delicious and hot but we were not ready for it hence asking for a time of delivery! We will however order again and hope they can can delivery time as requested??
