Tuvimos un batido de frambuesa de chocolate totalmente delicioso (con una selección de diferentes % de chocolates negros para que pueda adaptarlos exactamente a la dulzura que le gusta - genio! ) , y una encantadora charla con el propietario sobre sus prácticas de compra ética y pasión por su negocio. Solo una experiencia encantadora : )

Gran café y chocolate caliente increíble. Muy buen servicio. Joya escondida justo al lado de la concurrida calle principal por Southgate. Muy ordenado y limpio.

The best coffee that I’ve ever had! The owner talked to us about the coffee, where it came from and my daughter had a dark hot chocolate (70%) and declared that it was the best hot chocolate she had ever had! This place is tucked away but worth looking for. Outstanding!!

I was looking for a nice, rich hot chocolate drink, unlike the milky, tasteless drinks the major coffee shop chains sell. When I came across this place, I was very excited. I queued for a long time to get my hot chocolate (the place wasn't very busy, it was slow because there was only one guy taking orders, making the drinks, serving them, taking payment...). Instead of a rich, tasty hot chocolate I was served a milky drink that didn't taste anything like hot chocolate. Huge disappointment. The hot drinks maker I have at home makes better hot chocolate - and costs a tenth of what I paid there.

Artisan chocolate made in Bath. This is a great place to stop by, just along from the new Zara store, with the shop selling truly delicious hot chocolate and milk shakes and well as chocolate. Gets my vote and custom every time I’m in Southgate Shopping Centre.

This is not the run of the mill chocolate/coffee shop! The hot chocolate is outstanding & delicious. The shop has a lovely atmosphere with seats at the window .. perfect for people watching. Just up from the new Zara shop, tucked away down a small side street! A must visit .. A definite return.

Visited this morning 6th November. No queue and one person sitar table. Stood at counter. Woman making hot chocolate completely ignored me. Stood for 2 minutes without the slightest acknowledgment so I walked out. Obviously don’t need my business.

This is the best hot chocolate we've ever had (and we've had a lot of hot chocolate in a lot of places!).

We came here for a quick coffee and dessert after lunch. The service was excellent and all we tried tasted really good.

Ordered the worst iced mocha I’ve ever had-it was as if no one tested the recipe before hand! The chocolate syrup which must dissolve great in a hot drink was not dissolved at all and came up the straw in little chunks which reminded me of bad milk! Just horrible as if no one had tested their recipe at all-was excited to try this shop but should have gone to Starbucks. £4 and it was undrinkable.

We tried the salted caramel and peanut butter chocolate brownie… YUM! Cosy little cafe with great coffee too (and I understand us Aussies from Sydney and Melbourne can be quite picky about our coffee 😂). Thank you monsieur! 👨

Possibly the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted! Lots of different varieties of chocolate, from different countries to try. Unique and interesting little cafe, in the heart of Bath. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

A must visit for delicious home made chocolate and teas or coffee. Near the railway station. The owner and chocolatier is great with his service.

If you visit Bath, you should try the local products you can find in all those small shops in the city's centre, like the Bath Chocolate Company. The shop is located between the railway station and the old, beautiful bridge. They have delicious chocolate products of an excellent quality.

All chocolate served here is made on site; their hot chocolate is amazing! Lovely calm atmosphere. Definitely worth stepping off the main shopping streets to come and take a look.

We live in Bath and I’m a massive chocoholic (like I need to attend chocoholics anonymous!). I’m also very very partial to a high quality dark hot chocolate. This place nails it! Fantastic hot chocolate. Coffee are excellent as well. Very clean, super friendly people in there, so it will become a regular haunt now :)

A great little cafe tucked into a side street just a minute’s walk from the train station and Southgate. As you might expect, a fine selection of chocolate based treats as well as the usual café offerings. Wasn’t too busy when we dropped in, but deserves to be!

Stopped in for a hot chocolate. Owner Steven was very friendly. Makes own chocolate on-site; you can watch the process in the chocolate room upstairs, though I didn't have time while I was there. Excellent hot chocolate. Highly recommend.

I personally felt the quality of the chocolate was grand. The dark chocolate doesn’t have a chalky aftertaste. Even the chocolate that has extra flavour, wasn’t too sweet and pumped with extra sugar. Definitely an ideal place to buy the best chocolate going

Weve visited the Bath Chocolate Shop a few times since it open earlier this year. The chocolate is delicious, even better that they have a unique viewing room where you can learn about how the chocolate is made. Great location and highly recommend a visit!

Dropped in early one morning as it was opening. Coffee was good and the chocolate cookie was amazing. Friendly staff and free tasting samples (when I visited) It’s a little hidden but well worth checking out.
