The Bat & Ball Public House in Gravesham

Dreadful "sports" bar. No proper beer, only cheap lager. Walked in, nothing to drink and sports on TV, walked out. Very chavvy & will stick to the Compasses, Three Pillars, Moot & Iron Pier taproom who have decent beers and a nicer atmosphere. Only plus side is it's no longer empty with druggies hanging around.

Had my sons 18th here recently, great landlady Lisa,very nice lady, and her daughter Hayley,very accommodating and helpful girls,nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend hiring it. After reading the reviews I shall be trying out Sunday roast. Thankyou Lisa for helping my sons 18th come together xx

Football reunion and a pub I used to drink and play darts in.

A good place to meet friends or have a solo drink or two. My Royal Engineers Association Branch meet here first Tuesday of every month. Alwaus s welcome from Lisa.

Proper locals pub, friendly with a birthday darts comp providing entertainment

We had Christmas Dinner in there and couldn't fault it. They otherwise only provide food on a Sunday as far as I know (roast). Nice pub.

Excellent Sunday lunch, plentiful and well cooked, disappointed to find not a lot of people using the place, deserves more clientele

Our first visit and enjoyed a Sunday roast dinner. Lovely welcoming staff and they are dog friendly too.

Landlady rude but food was nice

Good venue for bands hope this continues. Hope you can get a real ale on tap. Recommended friendly atmosphere. Visited again still no real ale or even bottle beer. Must try harder, it will bring more people in

Great Pub. Every Friday end of the month Ska DJ plays!

Lovely atmosphere with two indoor bar areas and outdoor seating. There was a pool table on one side and darts board on the other for customers to use. The staff were friendly and attentive, drinks and food were good value too.

Great environment for families and friends to enjoy both sports, entertainment, drinks and now some amazing food! Great space in the garden for kids to play whilst grown ups catch up Highly recommend the Sunday roast 12-4 and the new bar menu launching today

Called in here 24/03/23 around 2.30 first visit to the pub barmaid just went into garden and smoked a cigarette then when finished lit up another one made obvious we were not welcome left after 15mins and no sign of service found decent pub nearby The Goose where we have several drinks and a pleasant meal

Great locals pub short walk from the station good pint of Guinness. Friendly locals with sky sports, pool table and jukebox with great landlady Lisa running the pub.

Okay boozer with live sports and pool. Very limited selection of ales, decent choice of lager and not a bad price at all for this area.
