The pizza I had was very nice, chips wasn't that great

20 mins early, hot fresh food...never disappointed....👏👏👏👏

I ordered meat feast pizza, but turn up with tiny longly pieces of sausages on a 13 inch pizza

Pizza stone cold and very very salty couldn’t eat it. First time to order with Perfect Pizza so won’t order again. Extremely disappointed as I had just come home from hospital and I was very hungry.

My pizza didn't have all the toppings I asked for. It was mostly just a tasteless, chunky and greasy pizza. I didn't enjoy any of it. They should put significant work in to improve the quality of the food.

I have placed several orders with Perfect Pizza over recent months and have always been happy with the quality of their pizzas and delivery times (today's was spot on).

Cheese had No flavour. Cheapest cheese going obviously! Bad pizza. Pointless.

They call it the perfect pizza but this is the worst pizza I’ve had. My pizza was delivered and damaged inside. It was awful. I’ve have been trying to contact perfect pizza and no one has got back to me. Not impressed at all.

Ordered a pizza for collection, went to pick the pizza up and they had made the wrong pizza, I asked them to re-make the pizza instead was told to pay for the pizza that I didn’t order. Been going here for almost 20 years never had any issues, instead of an apology i got attitude from rude members of staff. Very disappointed will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.

Missing chicken wings. Rung restaurant…..they were rude and I could barely hear them. Passed me over to someone else who claimed couldn’t understand me

This place is the best. The food tastes great. I ordered pizza, it’s always the same on every order. Filling is generous and extra topping is a extra topping. Been ordering from here for years now. Would recommend to anyone who is hungry. You will have some left for day after to. 😁♥️😁

I’ve always ordered pizza from perfect pizza but yesterday was the worst experience ever. There was a lady who I have never spoken to before who took the call and she was so rude. I was sent a meatfeast pizza with no ham just pepperoni. When I called back and sent them a photo too she was arguing with me. Wouldn’t admit she was in the wrong or apologise. When I asked to be put through to the manager she said he will call me back and put the phone down. They have now lost a loyal customer. Food gone down and worst customer service.

Really delicious. Anytime we want pizza we'll definitely get them from here. Weve been let down by the other big chains, especially the 'hut of pizza' in Gravesend. I'm glad I read the reviews of this place. Absolutely lovely.

today I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and then they sent an uncooked base. I called them twice but they haven’t picked picked the call. Unfortunately it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever received from 𝖯𝗂𝗓𝗓𝖺 𝖯𝖾𝗋𝖿𝖾𝖼𝗍.

No toppings on this tiny pizza which was cold Expensive for cold food. Disappointed

It was bad as it didn’t update when the delivery guy had left all it said on the app was that it’s been prepped nothing about driver leaving or what so ever. You need to update your website and make sure it works properly as it will confuse a lot of other customers.

I'm not the biggest fan of pizza so was surprised to find myself fancying one but as this was the only pizza place open on Just Eat the choice was very easy. Fate obviously played a hand as the food was delicious and service great. This non pizza lover had a lovely meal.

Have ordered from here regularly for years but tonight was a let down unfortunately. 3 pizzas and all were very “well done” & the chicken wings were pretty awful, tasted stale therefore weren’t eaten. Was a dissapointing meal tonight

It's the best pizza I have ever ate. Tbh I don't even like pizza, but when I tried vegetarian volcano pizza from your restaurant, I can't stop ordering it. Always delivered in time, even early as soon as pizza ready(so pizza always so hot and fresh), great food and great service. Highly recommended.

Perfect Pizza is usually just that - perfect! Quick, even early delivery. Today, the order was over 25 minutes late, the delivery driver didn't bother getting out of his car, was looking for the wrong number property and lied to me about phoning my number. He then pulled the food out which was upside down and cold and a part of the meal was missing. I rang the shop and they could not give a refund but did offer to resend the food. I did not want to wait another hour so they have promised I can repeat the order at no cost next time. I suggested they speak to their driver who has severely let them down tonight.

One pizza was soggy, the other burnt. One of the extra £1 toppings was missing. The chicken wasn’t cooked enough. And due to being late it was all lukewarm. First and last order.

Disgusting tasteless very little tomato sauce and the cheese tasted very odd like it was off had to chuck the lot and order elsewhere will not order again
