We always order from big portion, great variety of food, food is always hot when it arrives, always a speedy delivery

Never had a problem with the food expect paying extra for salad most kebab shops put on for free

Placed an order at 7:40 and had to call up at 21:10 for an update. We got told it would be another 15 minutes and after explaining we weren’t happy with how long it was, they said there was nothing they could do. The food is good but the service was not great at all, not even a partial refund

Kebab delivery was 1/2 hour late and cold! Not impressed

Well where do I start for £8.00 I was expecting a slightly bigger kebab wrap than the one I got the meat was ok could off been bit more meat and a bigger wrap it states salad if 3 bits of tomato cut into cubes and onions is classed as salad then wow the hot wings well were just hot the hottest thing about the hot wings was the sauce on the website it states minimum order £10 for delivery but I had to pay £12 and so takeaway is called BIG PORTIONS it was more like tiny portions in my opinion the meal wasn’t worth £12

Brought a kebab on just eat payed extra for large kebabs and both kebabs come with less than a small portion of salad very disappointing for £13.50 when your starving and buy bigger

Been ordering here for years and has been consistently good every single time, we order takeaway all the time and are used to being disappointed but every order here is hot, fresh, tasty and delivered on time. Tried every kebab house in Gravesend and have to say this one is my favourite. Everything is value for money, no delivery fees, great customer service and follow any requests/instructions. Used to order from here a lot! has it changed owners cos the last 3 times iv ordered hadn’t been nice at all messed up our ordered twice ruined the burger and chips so couldn’t even be eaten this used to deserve 5 stars now it’s a push to give them 1 star please sort this out and do better big portion!

Order from here all the time but tonight it was rough. The lamb Donna meat was hard and so was the chicken Donna meat won’t be ordering from here again. Waste of money
