Not a good food, music at least kept alive but could have been better, food very basic, toilet needed proper cleaning. Pint dispensers were not working. The owner was not welcoming as it seemed.

Very stylish and very well decorated. You feel very cool with the atmosphere. Food was very well presented and brought to you in two to three items at a time and freshly cooked full of flavour. We had total of 26 items in Thali with lassi. Very good value for money and great service. Enjoyed live cricket World Cup match 👌

I have never liked their khaman dhokla. They never make it fresh or they just don't know how to make it right. I liked their rest of the thali. It was good. Their puris were really soft and I loved those. The service was way toooooo slow. Just visit if you've got all the time in the world. :/ else please avoid.

The staff is so humble and the owner is also so kind. We were group of 10 people and we ordered thali of 7.99 which so delicious and amazing and they offered us too good discount on there in club liquor varities.

We went there today and had a very pleasant experience. The food was very good, very tasty, clean, a good amount , we also ordered a mango based beverage which was also delicious. The service was very good as well. We liked it so much that we went to their store to buy some Indian snacks to take home. Would definitely go back!

Tasty food served by friendly staff Pratiska & Jignesh in clean surroundings. However the toilets need to be kept clean & in working order with lights & toilet paper available! The food offers with prices should be set out more clearly ! Parking is a problem.

Attended an Event on 25th November. It was lovely experience. Staff was very supportive and helped a lots. Interiors also very nice and good place for party around 40 persons with DJ sound system. Food also very nice.

Honestly an awful place. The service is slow, the bartenders are highly inexperienced. The portions are utterly ridiculous. The bartenders have an attitude problem, everything is very hostile and management is unprofessional. The bartenders make the night life experience at the basement club a waste of Wembley space. Never going there again, and would not recommend. Honestly.

Worst experience ever, the staff and managers and extremely rude and disrespectful. I was charged for two drinks when I only asked for one and when I told the bar staff he told me he would refund me but instead charged me again for an additional drink. I tried to resolve this with the manager but he instead has just been very rude and unprofessional and has refused to refund me. This is not the first time I’ve heard this happen at this venue and would avoid going here at all costs!

I was there on 13th August and I have purchased bottler beer which they give me warm and when I asked them to change main owner Dakshit said you purchased long time ago . even I didn't drink one seep, so can't change, then he suggested me to buy new one which also warm again I asked to change and he said he can't. very bad service by owner. I will suggest to everyone don't spend money and waste your time here,

Attended an Event where I was a Sponsor to Metamorphosis London. The place has a impressive interiors making the atmosphere inside very special.

The place isn't bad but the liquor prices are triple priced "shocking" what you would pay for a bottle of wine (example £10.00) they charged £35.00 (smh) make sure you have deep pockets for this place or Avoid I'm not one for giving negative reviews but they need to access and lower their liquor prices especially since wine has been reduced.

Unacceptable service from staff as they simply do not care about what the customer is asking them for. I asked the staff for a clean spoon and they kept insisting on using the dirty spoon without even looking at it. And the food was served cold and after eating from this place I've got food poisoning.

Lovely venue but desperately need to reduce their bar prices. Cheaper to drink in the West End and City

We came to The Basement Club on Sat 4th Dec 2021 by recommendation of the Indian Bollywood live band who were performing on the evening. I had travelled all the way from east London with my guests and assumed we would have a fantastic night of good food, drink and for all of us, the music! We arrived to almost empty venue beating in mind it was 8:30pm. We sat and ordered some beers and shortly after that we ordered some starters. The music had started just after we got there and the band was excellent! As we enjoyed the evening we were soon pushed to order our main course which we did… as it approached 10:30pm, we were all suddenly and abruptly told that it was now the last song of the evening and that’s it! Our main course hadn’t arrived and they were closing up!!! How unprofessional and unconcerned for their customers! This is no way to run a business… in the end I refused to pay for my main course and told them to cancel it. All the customers including the band were in uproar and very disappointed in how they just wanted to end the evening so quickly. We found out that they were short of staff and that their priority was a film crew private party in their other venue next door! How unprofessional!! We were left extremely disappointed considering we had made an effort to come all the way from East London. I would never go there again even if some one paid me! Apparently this is t the first time it’s happened either! Surely Saturday nite is your busiest night of her week and if you know you’ve got a live band singing there, you’re gonna get customers! Have appropriate amount of staff to run the business smoothly… especially when you are a new business…. You would be doing anything to strum up business given the current climate with Covid etc. avoid this place like the plague!!! Don’t go here!!! Bad customer service and a real let down!!!!!!

Staff went outta their way to make sure customers were happy. It's a bit tight squeeze and could have tables orgozied differently to make more efficient but still nothing to complain about with the price

Service is Good but your live performance is too loud for baby's so please make sure you loud is slow so everyone njoy your live performance and food also otherwise it's not worth it. We loved this place.
