Small burnt, soggy potatoes, pizza carbonara with tomato sauce, terrible pancakes ..overturned food etc etc etc👎🏻It's rare to have good food at your place :( EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING GOOD!

To piss on your pizza because it's the 3rd time I order a pizza and you bring me another, I don't understand why you ask what pizza I want if you bring what you want.

I am not Romanian but I have to say this place does the absolute best Pizza in the entire world. Ordered a large Quatro Stagioni and it was massive with lots of meat. Fast delivery and extremely good quality pizza, thank you Cool Pizza for the best food in the world

I ordered a large pizza, I waited 2 hours and nothing came. In the space of two hours I called twice, the first time telling me that he was on his way and the second time that the order was not noted because he was taking orders on three phones at once and he did not understand. I have ordered 4 different dishes and everything arrived cold and tasteless.have ordered in the past and the food used to be amazing.i don't know if they have changed the chefs but their standards off taste in their food went downhill ...very disappointed on the last delivery..won't order ever again and don't recommend for anyone..waste of money 👎🏻

I ordered a Quattro formagi pizza, it was super dry / and burnt / and the papanasi portion was a dry piece of dough fried in oil with a spoonful of cream on top and I paid £29.97 for a pizza dry and a so-called papanas Shame on heaven Disgusting/ Horrible I do not recommend (Romanian Takeaway Cool Pizza) Two or three weeks ago you placed an order for beef soup exactly on the sides for the pigs HORRIBLE !!!!!!

Today I ordered a beef soup at Pizza Cool that arrived cold and old, the potatoes in it had changed color, the cream arrived in the bag all of it, only the driver who always asks for a tip in his face without shame, the pancakes were cold and taste bland, only the back of the neck was ok . After 30 minutes I was called by the owner or manager who kept trying to find excuses for everything to whom I explained that it doesn't work anymore and who finally said that he would return my money and that he would not take orders from my address, rest assured that I will never order again, let's not forget the prices and those at the reception.

Prices too high quality 0 you have ruined the pizza it is not like it was in the past years I think here you can see that you change kitchens very often I am very disappointed I pay £20 for a pizza and it is soaked in oil it is all flowing out of it

Hello, I have been ordering from Coolpizza for a long time and I have never been treated with indifference as happened today with the lady who simply does not show interest in taking an order and hangs up the phone in front of the customer... I ordered chicken to the cauldron with cabbage salad, and a portion of papanasi when I wanted to tell her that I wanted blueberry jam, madam, you hung up on me. I waited for the order and surprise, the lady had not put the coleslaw on me and when I called back to tell her and make a complaint, she is also rude, shame on the lady that you work without caring about the customers

Usually I’m not giving bad reviews but this time I felt like I had to. I order 2 portions of Papanasi and I was completely disappointed by the quality of the product. It was for the first time in my life when I ordered Papanasi and received a cold straight from the fridge doughnut (when this desert needs to be freshly done) with some cream on top and what was supposed to be jam was just a watery kinda sweet thing all over the packaging which also is poorly done. Don’t ever advertise a product if not properly done, just a piece of advice 😉

Small portions, the staff doesn’t care about the instructions, there’s not a single free sauce for the pizza, overcharging you for every single thing, it’s literally a joke of a restaurant!

The quality of the food is very bad, I ordered sauteed cabbage, it was not cooked, the meat was burnt, cold pizza with the cheapest salami and some potatoes, cold pancakes, I do not recommend!

I am ordering "grilled pork neck" for more then 3 months, pretty much every day... but I've noticed smaller and smaller meat portion, I mean... you can't take the same money and add different portions every time, you have to have a portion weight measurement... This is last time I will order as today was the smallest portion of meat ever received from this restaurant, previously I've seen a couple of times already the difference but I was thinking ok maybe they run short... but I am sorry I am not paying 8.99£ for 5" meat portion... shame, also the meat is very rubbery you barely can cut it...

I don't know how this "restaurant" works, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The fries are of the worst quality, and the ones at the corner shop with wings have better fries than them. No more capricious pizza that when you look at it, you say it's a pale, sick pizza. It's a shame that I have to write this review, but I hope they improve the services. If I could give no stars, I would.

Why does it have to be so raw?... the mushrooms, salami and pepper haven't even seen the oven...

Love it but a bit disappointed that they only take cash but no card payments when colecting. I am a person who doesn't like to keep cash in my pocket when I have a bank card. Much safer...i'm just saying.

I ordered 2 soups, one chicken and one belly. The belly one was cold and terrible after I heated it up. Besides that, the driver always asks for a tip, taking into account that we pay for delivery. Last time.

The pizza is ok, but last time I ordered the cheese pie, which were just raw pie sheets, the cheese was missing, and they left my corner dry.

I have been ordering for a very long time, but honestly lately it leaves a lot to be desired, they also included bread, pepper soup, napkins... now you have to specify in the order that you want bread or napkins... it seems to me... I guess they ran out of stock of money in these years and it is no longer the interest from the beginning!!!..

Its Better than most other pizza makers but not five stars worth. To much oil and when i asked for custom made ( put in or Take ingredients out ) , they didnt do it.

I have always ordered from Cool Pizza. I've had problems before, like pizza that's too dry or cold food, but now it's as bad as it can be. I ordered 3 belly soups and only ate two of them and both threw up after 30 mins. I noticed a different taste but I got over it. Anyway, it seems like a joke. I will file a complaint with the council.
