Best pizzas and very friendly staff

Pizza is very good. The pizza dough is very soft and very crispy.

Food is mostly great. Usually use their free delivery service. They never disappoint and its reasonably priced.

First and LAST time customer. Soggy pizza crust, no flavour, there was loads of cheese which usually would be good but not good quality cheese or maybe was out of date Chicken wings tasted odd too. Has given everyone in house bad stomachs next day and we didn't even eat much as it was so bad . Garlic pizza bread was okay. Delivery driver was rude. No hello, just opened bag and said take you take it, so I did, dropped half of it and he just walked off .

Menu is not updated!!! Its a disgrace

DONT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE!!! I ordered a large pizza from here and first of all it arrived stale and cold as I had to wait more than an hour for the pizza to arrive! Second of all the pizza had hair in it so you can tell how unprofessional they are, thirdly I called them as they placed no pizza sauce in the box, when I asked why they had not put garlic sauce in the box the person on the line whom was EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY said are you that broke that you can’t afford a sauce? It is COMPULSARY like any other pizza gogo to get a sauce when you order a large pizza. Whoever runs this place is disgusting as they verbally abused me calling me a bit** and called me worse names for calling them scammers. I’m glad I got my money back from Uber eats otherwise these people don’t even take accountability. Do yourself a favour and order a pizza elsewhere!! Unlless you like hair in your food by these nasty scammers!

Food here has always been tasty, by far the best Pizza take away place in the area.

Worst pizza gogo ever, customer service- absolutely rubbish ! Pizza bread was not fresh at all ! Couldn't even send a card reader to my place so I can pay. Take out from here is perfect, the pizzas are yummy and the prices. Even cheaper when you collect. I suggest deep pan only. 😊

Worst Pizza Gogo I've ever visited. Ordered 2 large deep pan pizzas. I was given 2 extremely thin crust pizzas. When questioned was told that they don't do deep pan for large pizzas anymore which evert other pizza go go does. Absolutely ruined my memories and cravings of pizza gogo. Will never be returning.

The pizza is standard but cheap, you will get what you need if you are in a hurry to get pizza. And it’s good enough to satisfy your cravings.

Smelly pizza with garkins rather then mushrooms. Delivery driver was worried that the pizza would be damaged if delivered for 2 seconds sideways but fresh ingredients was not important. The person on the phone was too busy imitating and making fun or getting annoyed rather then taking the complaint down.. def not ordering from this place bye

Doesn't deserve a star, filthy liar. Requested dips and did not provide. Asked him to listen to his phone call recording, he refused and carried on saying i didnt order dips. Where i knw i Have. The phone call recording would make it very clear but he was being rude and his English is very poor. Dont knw how these people run a business with No english

Very rude manager I have been customer with pizza gogo for few years, every times I call to order my pizza, the manager answered the phone he is always rude and shouting, I like the pizza but I'll never go again there .

ordered 15inch pizza with spicy chicken wings, Coca Cola, and 4 dips.1st things my ordered arrived after 1hour 20 min and second things 4 dips was missing. When I called the shop he was rude and accusing me I am lying for dips. I told him i don’t need to lie for dips. I asked him if he can call driver may be it’s dropped in the bag or in car. But he did not then after 10 minutes I had a call from driver and saying 4 dips are dropped in car. I told driver mistakes happen but take it back shop tell your boss stop accusing Customer. I felt very bad when he told me I am lying for dips. I will not order next time from GOGo Kenton, I was regular customer. I highly recommend not👎👎👎👎👎

The tandoori chicken covered like 10% of the pizza. Also no dip included with the pizza. All other pizza gogos give you 1 dip with the pizza.

Average tasting pizza. Nothing extraordinary that would make me order from here again. It was close to where we were so got a pizza from here. Garlic bread didn’t taste nice at all and was burnt on the edges. Curly fries tasted very dry and were cold. Located in the edge of a high street. Parking available down side roads.

Most disgusting, rude and unhygienic staff are working in this branch. The man who was cutting the pizza, should have wear the gloves. He was scratching his head and face and using same hand to holding tools 🤢. I asked him to wash up your hands and was making so weird faces that I have abused him. Least no compromise with health issues if paying the price of food. Highly NOT recommending 👎🏼

Hello the staff was very unhelpful and uninterested while taking telephone order as I have ordered before as well I have asked if someone other person is available to take order who knows how to give customer service,very unprofessional.

Tried to place a telephone order and was met with resistance from the man who took my call. He seemed uninterested in advising offers or even taking orders. Very unhelpful and made me wonder if they needed business.

I have been ordering pizzas since I started secondary school. Now, my sister and I, usually go there when we're hungry after school. We were always satisfied with the quality, taste, texture and appearance. They were perfectly crispy and perfectly soft at the same time. I do recommend. <3

We have ordered pizza from here for many years and unfortunately the quality has declined significantly. We ordered a meat feast tonight and it looked and tasted like reheated pizza. It was dry and burnt, I couldn't tell what the toppings were as they were unrecognisable. We threw the Pizza away and will refrain from ordering from here ever again.

If there were zero stars, I would have chosen that. Phoned this store for a collection and asked the man if this store is opposite the estate agent and he was so rude and annoyed "don't worry about who we are opposite, we're the only store in kenton". I then proceeded to place my order and was asked to wait. While there was so much angry shouting in the store, i waited and waited and waited for nearly 20 minutes !!!!! Really really one of the worst experiences ever. They never called back nor did I call back. I never will order from this place ever again. What kind of customer experience was that? I mean if you're annoyed at your staff, why take out that anger on your customers and to keep a customer waiting for 20 minutes????? Absolutely insane. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Service was quick, friendly. The store had a range of some of the greatest tasting pizzas I have had in a while; all at very good prices especially if picked it up at your local store rather than home delivery. I most certainly, won't be buying pizzas from any of the best known pizza brands any more because they seem to taste bland in comparison.

Today I got my best pizza in my life.chicken,pepperoni, with extra jalapeño it was amazing, great testy bread, I felt fresh and crispy. Just bought 15in 2 chicken pizzas unfortunately pretty bad, cheese was burnt. Cooked so quickly instead of slow. Hot option pizza had 3 or 4 dice of chilli. Please do not buy from here, paying 1 or 2£ more with either pizza hot or domino's far better. Cheese quality is also seems to be pretty bad. Please I would never eat here again.

Burnt pizza, I have ordered from here 4-5 times. The first few time I ordered from here the pizza was okay. But last few times the pizza has been over cooked, black and burnt and did not taste nice..very dry..when ordering over the phone yesterday I’ve asked them to not burn it as they done it before. I thought I’d give them one more chance and guess what surprise surprise look at the picture I uploaded…burnt pizza…do not go here people the staff seems like they just don’t cate

The person who served me was had no customer service approach. First of all using his phone and listening to his stuff with headphones ON. When I placed my order he didn't even bother to ask things like what sort of base I require, any extras, needed drinks or some dips.

Rude is an understatement. The owner personally trains his staff with this ethos. As I have seen this pattern of behaviour throughout this establishment, and takes pride in his achievements. I rarely post a negative comment, but after giving them the benefit of doubt after several bad experiences over the last couple of years, I had to post this. I have told my family no more Pizza from this outlet. I will not put food into my stomach from people who look down at their customers - ARROGANT, people who try to belittle them CONCEITED, people who have contempt for their customers UNDESERVING, when you try to clarify that you want green peppers instead of green chillies (because they have messed up before) and they shout back to you sarcastically that they know the difference APPALLING. Food should be lovingly prepared an served with a smile. Alien concepts to this lot. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. You are a DISGRACE.
