Costa Coffee in Brent

I have visited and ordered from them several time. The service was nice, especially the barista called Rami. He greeted us with a bright smile and was being very enthusiastic. Drinks and food was good. Though some day the outside area can be a bit messy in the afternoon.

This outlet must be the slowest Costa service I have ever experienced. Even when there are only one or two people ahead of me in line, it takes so long to place an order that I almost forget what I wanted. Additionally, the prices are quite high.

Adequate - always better than Pret!

Great coffee shop I don’t go there much but the atmosphere is really nice and chill and the cashier whose name is Ash was really nice and friendly she helped me find my school bag when I left it there and I had to tip her for that. I will try and come back to buy a hot drink and Thank you Ash for keeping my school bag for me when I left it there God bless you

I’ve been going here years but for some reason on this occasion there seems to be some infestation of flies? Little fruit flys it seems like. It really ruined the experience

One of my favourite Costa. Never had a bad cappuccino or Hot 🔥 Chocolate. Hot 🔥 Chocolate delicious. Only held here needed to use toilet which is under lock. Prices are always rising and no informing customers. Lack of communication downfall. Otherwise this branch remains in a league with only a few competitors.

Good transport sources, on main high road. Can sit outside, small cafe inside. Toilet was not sufficiently clean on my visit otherwise OK.

AWFUL, lured me with temptation of sticky latte & whipped cream & powder & stars on the top served in a clear glass. The glasses as just for display. What I got was latte in a cheap paper cup as whipped cream is finished but told me only after they served. THIS IS THE LAST TIME A VISIT ANY COSTA BRANCH. Unfortunately the only way to get a good service in London is to go to an upscale cafe and pay more even though £4.50 for a HORRIBLE COFFEE is already expensive. To make things worse there are families with kids crying screaming the hell out of them and the area near the toilet is riddled with flies.

Serving staff just look fed up, they never smile or even make eye contact, serving you seems a chore to them, no engagement at all

The staff doesn’t know wow to make coffee-or the person who served me today as they are changing quite often (even before I haven’t had a great experience). For example in a big cup of full hot milk she poured(dumped) the coffee and that was it (and then the latte was extremely hot and done in the same way…) There are lots of videos online if they don’t have experience…

Don't rate the Customer service here at all. The 2 stars is for the cakes. One girl in particular...I think called Mariam (looks mixed race). Doesn't even make eye contact or smile or have any friendliness in her tone that you would expect in a place of service. I hate to order when she is there. Most times I walk out.

I prefer this Costa to other high street costa shops. This branch has quick service and a good amount of seating upstairs & downstairs. The girls are the best, especially one of the baristas called Mariam

Grumpy staff, they will eventually bother to acknowledge your presence, despite being the only customer queueing.

The staff here are exceptional and the coffee is always great. The area leaves a lot to be desired and I won’t be going back due to this alone.

Lovely smiley welcoming staff who kindly allowed me to use the loo before ordering, unlike another establishment of the same name. Are they franchised? I was grateful!

This morning I got coffee, but this was not easy to do. Staff was acting disrespectful and started taking more time on purpose once I said can they make my coffee. Staff was flirting with external workers and standing and walking around and was ignoring me. In the end once I got my coffee staff was rolling eyes and that’s is out of order!

Been here once before and the customer service + coffee was bad very also cold. Today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back, this was my mistake. Not only did the store manager get my order wrong but threw a fit in the middle of store as he was remaking my coffee. The coffee was again cold and the milk to coffee ratio was off again. If you love coffee don’t come here. Got the lovely ladies up the road for a fantastic service and coffee

The lady with black hair (eastern Europe) and the bald guy were so rude. my coffee is always cold. 3rd time and last time, I’ll be going to that costa. Go up the high road for a better service and coffee !! They ladies in there are good at what they do and are also very nice !

This is NO Costa Coffee! Most disgusting cappuccino I ever had, Ive been to many costa coffee shops over the years and this ain't it. I don't know for anything else but I you are after a good coffee or cappuccino do yourself a favour, avoid and go somewhere else. Anywhere...

the costa opposite primark. i ordered a few things but it wasnt worth the money, hot choc and cappuccino WAS NOT HOT?? it was just slighty warm? staff are not trained properly! also their customer service was disgusting!! i wont go again👎🏼

Kind of dissapointed with the White hot chocolate. My home milk also tastes the same. I'd rather purchase milk from a grocery store and would still taste better than Costa's White chocolate

Recently opened in the heart of Kilburn High Road, this new Costa Coffee has plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee and snacks because it is based on two floors. Seating available outside too, on the sunny side of the street.

I went in today 1st March around 6 pm and i really enjoyed the experience. I am a usual customer but before the customer service was very low. Today 2 Italian girls served me and they were very nice in answering my questions. They offered me the points card which has never been offered to me in the last year in costa. The coffee tasted good. The store was clean. Will be happy to come back if the staff keeps those standards.

I am a regular customer at several Costa branches in this area and both the coffee and service are usually of a high standard . Unfortunately, this time I did not have a good experience as I had to witness 2 , no doubt drug-dealing, gangster types sitting outside and making vulgar homophobic comments at people passing by . This was at 8pm ( closing time ) on Wednesday 10/07/19. Surely Costa should not be serving such foul-mouthed layabouts ?

Big step to get in. Not much room once inside esptof you have a buggy. So if you made it in queing time is ok. Although you have to repeat yourself a lot. Drink was nearly cold plus next to an overflowing bin. Outside nasty men. Who though they were something. Special would make you want to be violently sick along with the dirty ash trays Not good

I like Costa coffee, this one not at all, wasn't busy when i went in and lady got my order wrong, i was trying to get her attention as she was ignoring my request untill i was forced to be rude to get her attention. I was speaking clearly, i think her english wasn't that great, and the coffee was not very hot as it should be, it was warm left me annoyed at their service.

I have always been a regular customer at the costa in kilburn but I have stopped going in there because the service has been so bad. Today I was passing & I thought I would try the white hot chocolate I paid for it to be then told there is no cream. There young lady who was making the drinks had such an attitude. I told said that I would have a latte instead & was then refunded the difference. I was having coffee in the cafe but was not given a soon. When I asked for a spoon I was told there wasn't any. The customer in front of me gave me one of there spoons. I won't be coming back to the Kilburn costa coffee again. The service is as bad as ever the girls can not cope with it being busy. You need either more staff or experienced staff. As for the latte I did not enjoy it.

Generally good, although seem to often have new staff and whenever they do they make terrible coffee for a while.

Good for takeaway coffee. Wouldn't sit in again. Used the toilet facilities and it wasn't pleasant to say the least.

Ordered 3 chai latte received cup full of milk . Went back and asked to change they did though but this time it was completely cold. Didn't feel like asking again. Too bad as travelled quit a bit to have breakfast here.

Good staffs and good coffee,what else?

This Costa has always done well in terms of getting the drinks correct. If I ask for an extra hot soya latte with one shot, it's surprisingly how many times other Costas get it wrong. A conveniently located Costa, it's obviously ideal if you're shopping on the High Road. Avoid the egg sandwiches though, as I've caught Costa deliberately defrauding customers by falsely deep-stacking the visible edges of them, with very little filling further in - this should be illegal. Strangely, the smoked salmon ones are pretty good.
