The biryani was not well cooked and also it was burned which intend me to throw it in a bin not a good experience at all

Avoid at all costs. After not eating all day I order biryani from here and chicken and it’s all burnt and tasteless. It’s all fake reviews it’s absolutely rubbish food. Full of spices. Please avoid at all costs. Absolutely rubbish food.

Had ordered Biriyani - chicken and shahi tukra. The Biriyani was really good but Sahi tukra was horrible. It tastes so off and it looked weird so I couldn’t eat it after 1 spoonful and had to throw it away.

Food precooked in the morning and its fresh as its east asian food. Inside is messy. Quick service.

Very reasonable and clean place, I had a takeout from here so didn’t hang around. If you are a South Indian and looking for biriyani then this is not the place for you. I would recommend other dishes but which are decent.

From this restaurant i placed order through delivaroo i ordered chicken biryani and it’s always very spicy even though we put notes to make mild, another thing is it’s very oily and things got worse when i found mosquito in biryani while eating. I raised complaint in delivaroo they said they have forwarded my complaint to original biryaniwala and they will get back to me but until now nobody has contacted me, I can say hygiene is not put in to place when making food that’s totally disgusting. customer service is 0. never ordering again.

5 star for food and service. However the shop is a bit small so I'd prefer takeaway. The biryani was good but the chicken 65 was oily.

Best chicken biryani in west london, do try the lamb samosa

I have very bad experience with this restaurant. My husband was working in this area and I have ordered large paneer biryani from them but he got only 5-6 spoon in the container rest of the biryani was missing. When i called them she was very rude on call and said it is impossible. I feel very bad for this I ordered large box of biryani for my husband because he was hungry from morning and this is we got. I don't know about taste. he didn't eat because the biryani looks like leftover.

Wish I could give zero star if possible. Takes forever to complete an order. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered chicken biryani from Original Biryaniwala on and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The biryani lacked any discernible spices, and the overall taste was bland and unappealing. I'm not a picky eater, but this was simply not good.

Ordered chicken biryani through Uber eats. It didn’t even taste like biryani but anyhow we managed to eat as we hungry . But the worst part was my friend got food poisoning and I had a very bad stomach ache. We ordered for the first time and was the last time as well.

I looked at reviews before ordering takeaway meal consisting of chicken briyani, chicken fried rice and vegetation fried rice and Hakka noodles. My overall impression is the food is not up to standard and so I m giving it one star for fast delivery.

The food is very bad. I ordered biriani lamb and all I got was rice with lamb bone. No gravy, no salad, no meet only bones. No nothing. It doesn't have any spices to it either, tastes like normal rice. A waste for £7. I don't like it, never coming back. The manu outside said that it was £5.45 and when I go and pay they say that it's £7.00. I don't understand. Very badly managed shop.

I’m a regular customer on Uber Eats. They have two different Uber business accounts, one under this name and the other as Biryani Max. I much prefer Biryani Max’s food over Original Biryaniwala. I’m not sure why they operate under two different names. Anyway, Biryani Max could still use a bit of improvement.

Nan bread was very dry and Lamb curry was good

Food was honestly not the greatest. Biryani was lacked flavour and tiny portion. Kebab and tandoori chicken were very very dry and it felt like we was just eating food for the sake of it to solve our hunger. The serving staff were friendly and nice but ultimately the food I think was a huge let down. Also had to prompt them a few times to clean the tables which was a little annoying. For what you get, the £20.50 bill was quite a lot compared to what you can expect to pay elsewhere for the same food.

The worst food experience I've ever had! We ordered aloo paratha, and it was rotten with barely any stuffing inside. When we brought this to their attention, instead of addressing our concern, the staff started shouting at us. Absolutely terrible service and rude behavior. This place is not worth visiting—never coming back, EVER!

We tried biriyani that was average after that we tried couple of veg items which were horrible in taste infact we couldn't swallow it don't try any of veg items they were almost rotten.

Good is very good and very tasty however no prices anywhere if your not local you will be over charged visit 2 times in one day second time late in the evening both times different prices!!! After speaking to locals biriani should be 4£ we was charged 9 the second time around!

Highly recommend by a family member. I visited Biryaniwala 3 weeks ago, I was greated by a knowable lady who knew her business. I did not take any photos, it would not do any justice the biryani and chili chicken were the best a had tasted this year, I was fortunate to be in wembley this weekend and tried the lamb chops chicken biriani it did not disapoint. Well worth a visit. And value for money

Biryani is alright. Unlike Hyderabadi biryani which they say it tastes like. But it's ok enough to eat. We found their tandoor and other chicken products not to be at par even with their biryani standards. Also they were filled with extra masala which was not good in taste. Instead it just upsets a perfectly normal stomach. They have like 3-4 tables enough for 10 people.

This place is an absolute 10/10! Not only is the food extremely delicious and truly authentic but the team here are all so kind and wonderful. It’s a joy to come in and you can’t go wrong with anything you pick. We’ve been before and had the Chicken Tikka and Samosa and loved it. Went in last night and got the Chicken Biryani for the first time and it was so so good. If you like spice and amazing food you definitely have to check this place out!!

Very rarely I get Indian food that exactly tastes like home. And this is one of them. Had lamb biryani and chicken tikka piece. Was surprised at how cheap it was as well.

I don’t normally do reviews unless a place was that bad I had to let other people know. this place however, I used to travel all the time just to eat the biryani. Honestly, the masala was delicious, it felt like real desi biryani and for 3.99 no less (in restaurant). I’d deffo recommend this place!! would however not recommend buying the seekh cause that’s usually dry but the chicken biryani 10/10. As a picky eater, this place was amazing!

Sold me spoilt biryani i brought it home and it was spoilt and when i called up the lady told me that it got spoilt due to bad weather. seriously? Ended up throwing it in the bin.

We bought almost for 50 pounds yesterday nyt. But except thandoori and tikka. Everything is spoiled, including biryani.we bought 4 types of biryani , but the rice is same is in all types which is almost spoiled,we just throw it everything to the bin. We thought it's good before buying as the auroma is nyc. But later I got know they r serving 2 days back food or dried rice biryani. I feel completely worthless. I am giving review for the first time. Cause I was so mad when I was so hungry and tired,it was happened.

I bought one paneer biryani and one alu paratha for my night shift lungh when i bought i clearing to staff about this is my shift food i will eat at late night, i bought at 6:25 at evening and at night arround 11:30 i was open it eat and what it was smell and testy tangy. My Mom got 4 tandoori chicken and 2 biryani...i was very excited to have them with my kids and what I see you Tandoori chicken is raw again this is the 2nd time very disappointed and I saw previous review they had same problem....to be honest you guys are not seriously looking at it........why don't you guys check the temperature and confirm if it's cooked....

Dear Sirs, I hope everyone is well and smiling. I visited the Biryaniwala shop today, and apart from the spicy chicken Biryani which is really nice, the rest of the foods are always dry or left out without coverage. However, I was dissapointed with the buisness today when I sat inside to eat. The tables were dirty, filthy with rice everywhere, no where to wash hands just some cheap handsanatiser, and no recycling facility. All rubbish is thrown into same bin, foods, plastic and cardboard and everything else. I tried to suggest to the owner he should try to incorporate recycling bins, and somewhere to wash hands. The owner said to the effect of if you don't like our dirtiness, then you don't have to visit us don't come again. I feel as a buisness this was unwarranted conduct especially as a Muslim who keeps saying alhamduliillah yet no customer service. It demonstrates how much he values his religion. A more better approach would have been thanks for your feedback I take your comments on board and I will try to consider your requests. I feel this buisness has a lot more improvements to do with there aesthetics, rubbish, customer service and general up keep of buisness. The logo of the buisness is excellent and also the map on display, but regretfully the rest is of poor and low standards. I also was washing my hands using a water bottle outside, whilst he was smoking and he tried to tell me where to wash my hands. He also charges a minimum on card transactions which is not allowed as this is against visa and mastercard rules. I hope the owner feels better soon and wish him a swift recovery, and I hope and wish he applies improvements immanatley. Keep smiling, I won't visit this buisness again only simply on the grounds of respect. Keep smiling ☺️

Today I ordered paneer butter masala and they delivered mixed vegetables, delivered late wrong item , they said there is no driver to come and deliver correct item, they told me to order next time and they will give discount but what about my today’s order I have already paid £8.95 for paneer butter masala, they did not even say for refund , not good service poor communication

Today i was at biriyaniwala the server told me medium spicy but she put too much hot sauce in it later on i asked her to add some rice she told me she will charge £1 for 1 small spoon of rice. I am their regular customer but that experience really upset me. I will never come here.

Looking at the review, we went to the restaurant. Unfortunately the taste was very bad. We ordered chicken biryani, chilli chicken, tandoori and pain poori. Except biryani other dishes taste ridiculous. It was old chicken and it’s not edible as well. All the dishes was not freshly prepared. Chicken fried was spicy and too much turmeric powder in it. I personally don’t recommend this restaurant

Instead of biriyani they served curry and rice and the staff is very rude and customer service is very poor also in 2 of the boxes there were no chicken they only serve just rice and the quantity was so low for the money we spent. The curry doesn’t have any spices and totally just poor experience. They don’t even know how briyani tastes like to be honest and I’m never going there again and also there much better shops in Wembley rather than going to this dump. Totally disgusting and disappointing 🤢🤮

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this establishment. The jackfruit dish had an overpowering foul smell that was incredibly off-putting. The chili chicken was no better, reeking of something gone bad. To top it all off, the customer service was abysmal. The staff were unresponsive and rude, adding to an already disappointing visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst places to spend your money on . Mine was a takeaway, they didn't have what I ordered so they have me something different they thought would be okay, didn't bother to ask or even inform when delivering, I got a soggy note a tissue they had written sorry we don't had what u ordered so here's a replacement and the taste was abysmal. Would never recommend.

the service in here was absolutely amazing, we all absolutely loved the food even the fussy eater of the group. They took excellent care of us when choosing what to get. We all had a great time and would definitely come back
