what can I say.....simply brilliant! If you're gluten free and don't mind fish then please go for the GF fish and chips. I just wish Willy Wonka was around for real so he could come up with a fish fillet that would just keep growing as you ate into it so it never finishes. The waiter mentioned this too. The meal is in front of you and you dread starting it because you know you'll be disappointed and saddened when it's all finished. Nice battered fish fillet, super crispy, you wouldn't know it was Gluten free and nice portion of chips. . Personally, I'd have a 2nd portion of chips but I don't want to sound like I'm greedy!

First time had our breakfast here. Egg royale & smash avocado with smoke salmon. Delicious & its only 10 min away from home. Will come again.

Went for a nice meal with my husband for a birthday meal. Main was delicious and loved it. Pudding on the other hand i ordered black forest gateaux. For the price it was not worth it. It was slither of cake on a plate that had no flavor , As it was covered in nuts. My husbands pudding was huge and worth every penny. I was so disappointed.

It want to go somewhere a bit special then go here. The atmosphere and food are fantastic. In summer the outdoor areas a great place to watch the animals

We celebrated our diamond wedding anniversary with a family lunch for 16 people. The restaurant was extremely busy ,however we were still made to feel special and all our requirements were met. Good food good service and lovely staff . Thank you The Barn

What a fantastic day, I’ve attended many Santa events, hands down this is the best fun I’ve had. They catered for every age group fantastic value great all round family fun , we spent two and half hours and could’ve happily stayed longer recommend it to anyone. Happy Xmas

We attended the Father Christmas experience this year with our grown up Autistic kid (he’s 30 and has high support needs) The staff at the barn could not have been more accommodating, they guided Joe through the experience thoughtfully and with great care. I would fully recommend this experience to families but especially for kids/adults with support needs. What a beautiful experience, thank you

Great farm to fork menu, you can tell the meat is prepared onsite, the pate was amazing as was the beef. On the more expensive side, but as they say, you get what you pay for!

My daughter had her gender reveal in November @ the barn. Up in the loft. Can I say a big thank you to all the staff and especially the managers sof. He was a very welcoming and professional he made our day even better with a personal touch. Can’t fault the place. Food and buffet was amazing. Been to the barn many times and it’s never disappointed thanks guys.

Lovely restaurant, amazing views, well worth visiting

Lovely surroundings. Very polite and attentive staff. However, the food was disappointing, Egg Benedict was very cold. Hot chocolate was ironically also cold.

Breakfast is costly and not that different from others, the baked beans were served in somthing slight bigger than a thimble, it made me chuckle. Would not vist again because it's just not value for money. Seek alternative breakfast elsewhere.

Went pumpkin picking with my daughter. Cute little venue, fairly priced for pumpkin picking. They had a few farm animals, you can feed the goats. We loved this. We bought pumpkins and spent money on the cookie decorating, feeding the goats and food. The staff in the pumpkin part and the farm animal part were so nice and friendly. The disappointment was with the food. The attached image was £28 and the pizza tasted like pure salt. Took absolutely forever, - poor chef on his own. They offered to make another which again,just took too long. No offer for a refund, could hear the blonde lady (not sure if management) talking to the lady I had complained to in a manner that I wouldn’t have liked personally. Also making comments about other people who had sent food back. Obviously this wasn’t just a problem for me and my little girl. I think if I had just been refunded the amount for just the pizza I wouldn’t have been that bothered tbf. I rarely complain about hospitality or retail but this experience just wasn’t it. Other than that was fine, what a shame. Would probably avoid in future based on this and I’ve heard such lovely things about the restaurant.

Lovely Sunday dinner for my son's birthday. The only issue I had was it was really cold due to the air-conditioning running cold. I am a slow eater and my food cooled too quickly.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Barn at Berryfields, and I can’t recommend it enough! The food is absolutely top-notch—every dish I tried was delicious, and I truly believe everyone should experience it for themselves. A special shoutout to Erika, the event manager! She was incredibly helpful with all my inquiries, even going above and beyond to accommodate a special request for out-of-menu food. She handled a complex returns issue with ease and was a vibrant presence throughout the event. The activities like skating and face painting were also a hit, adding to the fun atmosphere. Overall, everything was organized really well, making for a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to return!

Had a meal at The Barn last night and was extremely disappointed in both the food quality and service. We ordered 2 of the Lamb mains which had to be sent back as they were stone cold. Then the steaks were cooked wrong and for nearly £40 a fillet steak the quality and taste was not up to the standard that they charge. One of the steaks was replaced with fish and chips which yes it was better. We also ordered puddings and coffees so our bill was well over £260 the restaurant manager then came to the table to ask us to leave as he needed the table. Which I felt was quite rude after spending that amount of money and having meals sent back we received our bill which was incorrect. The replacement meal was added as an extra so we were over charged . Overall just a bad experience, for the prices being charged I would expect alot more.

I honestly had the most beautiful morning for my stepson birthday. The staff went above and beyond all wishing him a happy birthday. He even had a Happy Birthday board waiting for him at our table. Really great experience and the food and mocktails were delicious.

Have been here several times but only for Sunday lunches. Last night a meal for 4 in the evening, great food, terrific service and a top night. It is a hidden gem and would recommend.

Visited for a late breakfast with my wife for her 60th Birthday. It made a fantastic change to interact with staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and want to work in the hospitality and customer service sector, sadly a very rare experience. Attentive but not over powering the ladies that dealt with us were brilliant. The food was also great by the way…!! We’ll be coming back for dinner at some point in the future, keep up the great work…. Farm shop was good as well…!

The Barn is one of our favourite eateries. We have visited many times and the quality of the food is excellent along with the great atmosphere and service.

WARNING!!...Don't pre book and If you do be careful because if you have to cancel for any reason they charge you. We booked a table for 5 adults, 2 small children and a baby. Had to cancel due to which we did more than 24 hrs before and was charged £80.00 with no information to say we would be. We contacted the reasturante to try and discuss and ended up talking to l, all I can say to describe, is a Karen, really really rude. BE AWARE!!!

The views are stunning, if you are eating "before sundown" - the menu is no too long make choosing easier [for me]. We were a couple of nights after each other and I did not get "board" of the choice.... they serve the best fish and chips and you're not hungry after. The service is lovely, attentive, has sense of humor, make you feel welcome and at home, take care of you. So really I can't recommend this place as I like to keep it to myself [but then they close], so get there when I am not planning to go!

Went for an evening meal and drinks at this large and modern restaurant. They serve excellent countryside inspired food. The meat in particular was excellent. Good service.

Delicious pastries bought to take home for breakfast. Great selection and super fresh. Only negative is that service can be a little slow but it’s always friendly.

Beautiful barn with complete country side scenic setup with modern restaurants still preserving the traditional food especially the farm grown ingredients factor brings in a great charm. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the food was tasty. Recommend visit.

It's a nice place to dine out, have a coffee or buy local produce. There's a dinner and drinks bar outside for when for when the weather is good.

A brilliant multipurpose venue with bar, cafe, farm shop and butchers, restaurant and function room all rolled into one. Then add a Tepee and outside sitting area with Street Food and Bar. Priceless. Watch the goats playing and the piglets running around while their Mum has a soak in the midday sun. Food excellent, served by pleasant help staff.

This was just superb. So so good. Atmosphere, food, service, shop downstairs. Honestly, some people just get it right and at Berryfields they’ve done just that. I had a rump steak which was melt in the mouth. Our daughter (7 and very lively) was catered for perfectly, and our dietary requirements respected and followed to the T! We celebrated an anniversary and it was just perfect. Great place for lunch or dinner. Really enjoyed it and will go back. Grab some meat on the way out too. Looks amazing! Oh… and the coffee from the cafe is on point too!

Amazing. We rented the Loft for our post wedding meal. The food is incredible - all organic and fresh. We had so many compliments from our guests. The staff are so efficient, friendly and attentive! They couldn't have done more to accommodate us from regular contact finalising details to even setting our decorations out for us. The use of their projector made such a difference too. Thank you to all involved! A beautiful venue.

It was a wake after a funeral of a very dear friend. She would have been pleased with the place and surroundings.

First and last time. As never been before expected someone to tell us where to order etc as not obvious but we were just waved towards tables. Had triple sandwich which was good but defo no guacamole. Couldn't find a member of staff to ask. Table sticky, floor and chair covered with crumbs. Cleaned it ourselves. Wanted to buy croissants and sausage rolls, no staff, so left that. Also wanted to buy bacon and sausage but again ignored at counter by staff chatting in room behind so didn't bother. No-one on till or anywhere around when we left so decided that not coming back was best way of making our point. Not a patch on oakes farmshop in Balsall Common

I’ve frequented this place a number of times as I live local to Meriden. On my first visit, I was so happy to find a place like this. Anyone living in Coventry will understand. However, after visiting several more times, the illusion soon faded. Today was most certainly the last time I will go there. Here’s why… 1. Their new cocktail was disgusting and literally curdled in the glass. 2. The next one I was served tasted like toxic medicine. When I pay the same price for one drink, as you can pay for a whole BOTTLE of Jack Daniels, I do not expect to return it, let alone twice. 3. On a separate occasion, in the restaurant, when I asked if they had fresh orange juice to go with my breakfast, they said they only served tropicana for £3.50 per glass. Meanwhile, there was pure juice being sold for a third of the price on the shop downstairs(?!) 4. The service outside is atrocious. I had to ask for sauces, for napkins, then I gave up trying to be served after being rudely directed “over there” to a poorly stocked table with literally one wet napkin on it. I think they think we’re ll dirty farm animals waiting to be kicked and spat on. I now find this place very disagreeable. It might have a nice view, but it stops there. If you’re looking for something special… keep looking.

Lovely location. Food was good, although portion sizes varied a lot (lamb dish was very small). Service was good. Rhubard dessert had a miniscule amount in it, which was a tad disappointing. Otherwise was very good.

Food is usually very good but on this occasion I was less than impressed with the good. The stone bass fish was really poorly executed veg were completely raw and the sauce had a weird after taste to it. The fish itself wasn't cooked to do it justice either. Sadly dissapointed esp for the price.

Lovely eating outside near the teepee, foods not cheap but was very tasty. Biggest let down for me was the farm shop, I used to love going in there, they always had plenty of stock and choice, and was always busy, they are obviously now concentrating only of the restaurant side of things, as they have another seating area in there, the fresh produce was pretty sparse, hardly any salad or veg, no one on the butchery, and cakes and bread. I literally walked straight back out, extremely disappointed. I won't be back sadly.

Beautiful venue, interior wouldn't be out of place in a fine dining restaurant in the capital. Slightly more expensive than many, but the whole experience was worth every penny. Very friendly staff, all looked happy to be working there, which seems to be a rarity these days. I will be trying lunch in the giant teepee outside next time. 👍👍 The shop is also well worth a visit. Great looking butchery section. Lovely baked goods available too with lots of choice. Just stunning we felt. We found nothing negative to leave comment on, honestly. As Arnie would say, I'll be back!

These are the best Pasteis de Nata outside of Lisbon. Absolutely beautiful pasty and custard. Sausage rolls are nice as well. Not salty. Will definitely be going back. I want that Pistachio Cronut!!!

Superb! Two for dinner this evening. Kept it simple and still we were thoroughly pleased. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a lamb dish as much as this one. Top quality in every facet of the restaurant experience here. And lots of gluten free options. Definitely one to add to your list to visit. Congrats on your double AA rosette award too- well deserved.

e booked a table for three for breakfast at 9:15 the night before. When we got there, I asked if we could sit by the window, but the front desk said we'd have to give up the table by 10:15 if we wanted that. I told them any table would do, so we just sat wherever. We ended up eating for about an hour, and at 10:25, they came over and asked us to pay the bill. I thought it was really odd since they didn’t mention any time limit when we sat down. Plus, I noticed the people next to us, who arrived before we did, weren’t asked to leave. That part was pretty annoying. As for the food, we were all pretty let down. I ordered the eggs Benedict, but the eggs were bland and tasteless. I had to add salt, and I still didn’t finish it. The waitress who served us just asked us how the food was in a really routine way without smiling. Even though the restaurant itself had a nice environment, you couldn’t really see the view from inside, which was disappointing. To make things worse, two of us had diarrhea afterwards. Overall, we won’t be going back there.

Great place to sit chill out. Also to eat and drink. Not the cheapest nore the best I've ever had. Although it was good 👍. I will.be going back again to try the dinners. I think they should also give more than half of 1 mushroom. And a option of fried bread 🍞 and Plumb tomatoes. But thsys being picky. Good job guys

Delicious food and great service in the café

Went food Sunday lunch the Roast Pork was fantastic. So was the dessert. My girlfriend is vegetarian sadly they don't do a vegetarian roast . The vegetarian alternative which was a parsnip cake was too dry for a Sunday lunch option . Lovely views . Great place yo visit shame they don't do a bread basket

What a find....I live so close but for some reason didn't know it existed. Had a lovely meal and a few pints with stunning views. The food was really good and the staff really friendly.

My daughter chose this venue for her wedding reception and what a great choice. From the fantastic staff to the beautiful air conditioned room, the fabulous meal to the great outdoor spaces for photos. This place is 5 star all the way.

Came here for breakfast last week. Thought breakfast was very pricey for what is was. Had a medium and large breakfast with one apple juice, one orange juice and tea and coffee and came to around 43 pound. Most places do a breakfast for 10 pounds each. Sadly I wouldn't come back here again.

Popped in for some pastries, the French lady on the pastry counter was obviously having a very bad day, did not want to talk and just about mumbled the flavour options, filled cookies are very underwhelming especially for the price however my husband did enjoy his jam brioche. The view here is beautiful and I’m sure the food upstairs is lovely, however, to entice customers back; it’s really important to improve customer service.

Outside bar terrace overlooking the farm baby piglets running around so cute. Staff great, place well thought out with a huge tippee if it rained....lovely farm shop and upstairs restaurant which looked amazing 👏 a well hidden gem in Meriden! It's on our go to list now we've found it! 😀

Lovely experience, great place for a drink in the sun

It's a decent place to visit if you are in the area.

We dined early on a Saturday night, so we're the first customers seated, and the restaurant was a little empty, it began to fill up throughout the time we were there. The restaurant is modern, open and spacious with the most fantastic views across the fields from the massive feature windows. The staff were really efficient, friendly and polite. Throughout our visit they were attentive and we were never left waiting long, but also never felt rushed or pushed. Now I've covered the venue and the staff, onto the food; WOW, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Everything was cooked very well, and had plenty of flavour, the dishes were luxuriously rich, gloriously smooth and well balanced plates with a range of textures. Highlights included the Onion & beetroot bhaji starter it was fresh, surprising and moreish. The beef short rib was cooked to perfection, falling apart and on a silky smooth polenta, each bite was heaven. The barn isn't cheap, but the quality of the food justifies the price

Nice place good food - quite a lot of rules about buying eating food in the restaurant down stairs. The service made up for it.

I really want this place to work, I use all aspects outside, cafe and restaurant. The bar outside the queuing for drinks is a bit long no table service even after ordered drinks gives it a festival vibe but lots of waiting around for £9 drinks. We then went to restaurant and unfortunately experience was not ideal it took us 1.45mins to finish two courses our meal took 1.30 to come out. I nearly walked out. They blamed the kitchen but in reality the food we ordered was all the things that take hours so I don’t think it was the chef, I personally think the new waiter forgot to put the order in. We seen people come in after us and finish two courses before we had even been given our main. No one came in between to ask if we want drinks, no one took away wine menu. It was so quiet 15 people max in restaurant and two service staff so if two people can’t serve 15people they are not trained adequately enough. They took some money off bill to compensate but ultimately it’s £105 for two courses and drinks and people expect more. Food is delicious so I’m sure owners are gutted when service staff let them down with lack of attention to detail and customer service. For another £100 you can go Michelin star restaurant so I personally feel they need to be more consistent with service. We are their target customers we are decent earners who will be back time and time again if they get these things right and I want them to so bad! The week before I took my nan to the cafe and the chocolate eclairs was frozen and inedible, when I told the service staff they just repeated what I said in confusion and didn’t acknowledge that this isn’t good enough. Lovely venue but maybe they have done to much to soon without consistent quality in service staff.

Returned today and had lunch in the new outdoor section - really lovely food and great setting. Buttermilk chicken wraps were a particular highlight.

Disappointed with the food, £21 for tiny fish, frozen chips and a teaspoon of peas. If I want frozen chips I’ll buy my own at Iceland. Service was wonderful, applause to the waiting staff. Not somewhere I’d re-visit sadly.

We wrnt to a 50th on a Saturday. WOW! Is the only word I can say, WOW! The whole place is fantastic. Try the deep-fried salmon. It is phenomenal 😋 My wife is celiac and needed the gluten-free, see food photo. This place would be great for business meetings, birthdays, and small private gatherings. The buffet menu is unbelievable. This is not the typical working man's club buffet nor what is usually served at gatherings. This food is way above and beyond what you would expect. You can also venture down by the pasture and see your future meals in the field, great views of the countryside. Lovely tepee style tent next to the fields for outside dining with a full bar. Lovely farm shop on site. It's well worth a day out for a fantastic lunch or dinner, or a business meeting, or even a romantic dinner.

Have been lots of times for there fab breakfast but decided to try the Sunday lunch. What can I say, the food was lovely my beef melted in my mouth and the cauliflower cheese had plenty of cheese. Will definitely be returning. staff are lovely and they couldn't do enough for you.

The team there is super friendly and accommodating. In terms of the food - the ingredients were very fresh and cooked nicely. Bonus points for separating out the beans!

I was looking forward to a lovely roast (which we never go out for) on my birthday. Sadly the food was cold and when I asked for the “piping hot gravy “ that they say they have, that was like warm at best! We main reason we went there was for the food and it was cold! 🤷‍♀️
