First time in here - I wonder if we will ever come again - Unfortunate the place stinks of cigarettes- probably coming from the roof garden - Very annoying as a health hazard Having our drinks Johnnie Walker Black Label and sweet selection. Service is ok

I had ever received the worst hospitality in London. This evening, the concierge manager Ricardo Figueiredo told us to leave the hotel without giving us a reason as we arrived to enjoy a coffee in the lobby. He told us to leave the hotel right away after we asked if there was a table available or if we should wait; he simply stated there were no tables available (and he claimed to be the concierge manager), and he wouldn't let us speak to the host or lobby manager, telling us he was busy while we were waiting for him It was so unkind of the hotel staff to treat us in such a way in front of the guests. Hotels are supposed to be friendly, smiling, and helpful.

The worst hospitality ever I had experienced in London. This evening, The Concierge manger Ricardo Figueiredo has told us to get out of the hotel for no reason as we came to have a coffee in the lobby, he told us to leave the hotel immediately after we were checking if there’s a table available or we will wait, he just said there’s no tables (and he is a concierge manager as he said) and he didn’t let us speak to the host/lobby manager telling us he’s busy, we are waiting for him but he ask us to leave. Hotels supposed to be welcoming for their guests, smiling and helping them, but it was such a rude way to treat us in front of the guests and unwelcoming. Previously I have heard that the staff of the hotel is not welcoming but now I have experienced it.

We visited the hotel with our family as it was the same name as our family. Upon arriving, we noticed the hotel was very beautiful and nicely decorated. We found a spot at the lobby bar on the second floor and tried to grab a drink. Unfortunately, the whole experience was very time consuming. It took quite a while for us to get menus to see what they had available. When we did order, a couple of the items that we ordered were no longer available. It took quite a bit of time for us to get our drinks. We thought about getting another drink but didn't have time to wait through the whole cycle second time. There did seem to be quite a bit of heated debate amongst the employees which caused a bit of angst.

Was issue with the waitress when we ordered some drinks Monday night in bar , she disputed are ordered with the drink, and became very aggressive and angry, we asked then to speak to the bartender who was not available to speak to us .

Other than the really obnoxious guests using the bars for their “business meeting” on their phones loudly talking about their fortunes and how to make more, and the 12 eastern princesses who were glued to their phones and took up the whole terrace, we loved this place The service, drinks and food were wonderful, the hotel is superb, the guests who use it for their offices and tea rooms are terrible.

We booked the terrace quite a few weeks ago . We arrived and were taken to the terrace which is adorned with flowers. Our waiter was attentive friendly and professional. We had a few drinks and food which we’re all very nice . I would definitely revisit .

I booked the terrace for 30th birthday drinks 4 weeks ahead of the event date. After not seeing my partner this year to date due to Covid, we were very much looking forward to spending this evening together. Unfortunately, The Hari contacted me 3 days prior to the booking to inform me that my time slot was no longer available. They offered an unsuitable alternative with no immediate compensation for the inconvenience, this being 4.45pm on a Friday as opposed to the original booking of 7pm. Work commitments aside this is hardly a good time for a special occasion dinner - and given how difficult it is to make bookings in the current climate, it seemed incredibly blasé of the staff to assume this would be no problem for me. I was informed of the mishap via email rather than a call (I can't be alone in thinking this is strange for a 5 star hotel). I was upset on receiving the email and wanted to resolve the situation quickly, so after responding promptly and hearing nothing back for 3.5 hours, I decided to call. Charlie was perfectly pleasant on the phone but quite honestly I was baffled at the compensation offered. Two complimentary cocktails for a birthday night now ruined? On request, the team suggested some alternative restaurants - but hardly exemplary customer service when you are forced to request this yourself. I have never felt less valued as a prospective customer. I would not attempt to return.

- slowest service in London, waited over 20 mns for a waiter to appear - Never got a menu so had to take it from the bar which bothered the bartender as if was the only menu on the bar - Had to chase the waiter every-time we wanted something and he was always in the kitchen or wherever - You order a salad and it doesnt even come with a dressing: this is a 5* restaurant!!!! - Dumb min £35 per person - Price of food does not match the quality Overall it’s not worth it. I don’t mind paying anything as long as the service is great but this is worse than a motel!!! Retrain your staff because this is unacceptable

I went there for a coffee and wanted to use the toilet first and there was a rude lady who shouted where I was going. I said I wanted to use the toilet first and she shouted that it was for private use and when I asked where was the toilet for customers she pointed outside and said the public toilets in the street. It’s disgusting in this day and age for an establishment who serves food not to have rest rooms for customers to use. It should open its toilet to customers or close.

Evitar a toda costa. La persona más grosera que he conocido en Londres hasta ahora. Quería tomar el desayuno antes de visitar los museos, así que me senté y pedí unas bebidas. We are here in London from the United States and so happy we found Brown & Rosie in Nottingham! We spent three weeks traveling around England… Brown & Rosie is at the top of our list of favorite places. We had dinner twice and breakfast once. Hamburgers were awesome. My French toast topped with fruit and ice cream was delicious! Not sure when we will back to London but we will never visit London again without stopping in at Brown & Rosie! Thanks so much from an American Tourist!

As long as you have an eternity to send here you should be golden. The service is there, but cannot really see it, food is a lot faster than expected considering it took 30mins to order and only 20mins to get the food. And if you forget to order something you might as well make peace with the fact you won’t get it. Staff is nice, but for some reason four floor staff and two in the kitchen Chen struggled to serve five tables with 20 people in total and quite a few people waiting to be seated had to leave.
