The Balti Tandoori in The Vale of Glamorgan

I ordered a lamb tikka masala and recieved a lamb and mostly chicken tikka masala. This has happened before. Not happy. They do do lovely food but I stopped ordering before because of meal issues. Just started to order from them again after a long time and their still getting it wrong. Also you only get half the amount of chips you get from anywhere else. Indian now is a lot of money. Not good when they get orders wrong and skimp on things. The tubs of rice and curry are no longer full either.

Wow! Very quick and very enjoyable

Whilst the food is usually lovely, this is the second week where items were missing. I have gotten a refund which is fine, but when kids are waiting on popadoms or chips and they are missing it’s disappointing when we have been regular customers for a few years.

Pre ordered for 1830, arrived at 1900 missing part of the order, called and they resent missing cold chips at 1930, disappointing overall.

They messed my order up then microwaved my tandoori chicken in front of me Took it home one bite straight in the bin

90% of the time I order from this takeaway they never deliver my whole order and yet they argue with me if I want it delivered. if they are doing this to everyone they must be making a fortune. I won't be ordering again

just on time.madras was as expected tasty spicy with lively cut of lamb. Danask was unusually spicy for what im used too which overpowered the flavours, always find these dishes hit and miss from a takeaway but certainly wasnt bad. Rice was very frag

The food was fantastic this evening, hot, tasty and wonderful value for money. And my dog loves her “puppy”doms. We had a slight issue in that the driver accidentally left us with original coke instead of diet We’re diabetic so it makes a big difference to us. I rang the restaurant, they couldn’t apologise enough and it was soon resolved. We’ve used this restaurant for several years and it never disappoints us with food quality and flavour.

cold food rice soggy the sauce was fatty and like water couldn't eat it nan breads were cold and hard onion barges were black and hard im sorry for what i paid i expect hot good quality food and this was substandad wish i could get my money back as wont be going back to there shop again

as if now its 15 minutes late...... when it came it was not right. pilau rice was plain, only 1 mint sauce.and it was very cold.i had to microwave it all.

Delivery was on time but my chicken was not cooked enough it felt slimy, the keemanaan was freezing cold and the poppadoms were stale.

Lamb was dry and stringy, rice was pretty old and dry as well. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

My order was not what I asked for. I ordered a chicken tikka spinach balti, but what I received was a chicken tikka dish but there was no spinach in it, and I’m not sure that it was a balti. I have ordered from you before with no problem so consider this a one off. However I was disappointed and would have called on the night but I didn’t want to have to wait all over again.

Unfortunately the meal arrived cold, that’s £35 down the drain 👎

The food turned up cold. This is our go to for a curry and it’s always excellent, but I’m not happy accepting cold food.

At home at 7.30 for 7.45 delivery. 8.25 for delivery after several phone calls. Driver was rude and accused me of not home . If my my door bell not working try using the door knocker. Will not order again apology may be accepted. If I order again. One very unhappy customer

Been ordering from these guys for a long time, food was over an hour late with no apology. Food was cold and soggy chips, ordered the bottle of coke for it to be smaller than advertised. Really disappointed

Late, and when I called to enquire about the whereabouts of my food, the person at the restaurant was rude. I order from this restaurant on a regular basis and I have never been spoken to in this way. Talk about bad customer service...

I’m not usually one to complain! But the food was awful. Popadoms we’re like paper, Chips were like bullets, curry was okay ish..more edible than the rest. Will not be using again.
