Excellent pub with friendly locals, a lovely roast on a Sunday and a great selection of drinks. Great with kids and dogs.

Badgers wood is a characterful village pub, with a snug lounge area and a larger bar area and features a real badger as part of the decor. The badgers has recently reopened and was serving 4 cask ales on our visit. The landlord and bar staff were friendly and service was excellent, worth visiting if you are in the area.

About to reopen again. Can't wait.

Great curry had by all of us. One of the few places left to have a sit down meal in the area.

Tried their new lunch menu - great value for tasty sandwiches, with really friendly service - will be back to try the pizza and burger!

If you like Indian food you will love this pub. The four of us were in the area for three nights and ate here twice. Great atmosphere, lovely people looking after you and the beer ain't half bad either. Keep up the good work guys 👍👍

Food was lovely here, the Lamb Biryani and Butter chicken were my personal favourites. But all the food was bussin. Good pub atmosphere also, with a nice beer garden!

Delicious and fantastic service. My husband had Tandoori mixed grill he said the best!! They are happy to add and reduce spices to your liking. Very accommodating.

Really unexpected. It's still a proper drinking pub and a bit cliquey- some will fimd it mildly threatening but in reality everyone seems friendly. However went for an Indian takeaway which was excellent, a solid 7 out of 10 (which is high scoring for me - nowhere else in tadley scores more than a 5!) Don't be put off by it being in a pub, it's well worth the money. Super!

Great atmosphere, busy for a Friday night in a local, smallish town/Village. Quality of food is amazing with the Indian dishes that they do, bar staff and serving staff both very friendly, pool table also there.

Noisy pub, acoustics terrible, nowhere in this pub that you could hold a conversation easily. Drank up and left.

Rebecca & Bethany are extraordinary customer service professionals, service was exemplary, quick & without problems. Professionals from the get go, thought I was in the Savoy for a moment.

Our first visit here and we were made very welcome, we were out for a walk on a sunny late afternoon and popped in, took our drinks to the pub garden. Belated birthday drink (one day late) Will go back & hopefully use the pool table too. 😊

Went for an evening meal here with my partner after the England Germany game. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Indian food was phenomenal and made from scratch, I had the Lamb Chops and Keema Naan and my partner had the Korma and an Olive Naan. All were recommendations from the staff and they were spot on! Can't stress how lovely the staff members were, the family who own the pub as well as the new member who had only been there a week. Will definitely come again!

Pub side is closed but the kitchen is open for deliverys and carryout takeaway indian food.

Staff are fantastic, friendly and talkative. The food is spot on and when you have a pint, you know your in a real pub. Great place to visit.

This place is fantastic. The food was pricey but you get a lot so one main is enough for two people. It has a pool table, darts board and a dog - proper pub. Had to drive an hour to get here but worth every mile!

Great value for money food and epic portion size!

A bit run down inside, could do with a refurb. But they do a mean roast dinner on a Sunday so can't resist going. Also have been to watch the world cup and it was a great atmosphere.
