Top food and coffee. Always busy, not what you would expect in a public park.

Nice little place with decent coffee but appalling food. Had a tuna melt which appeared to have been warmed up with a laptop screen, freezing cold in the middle. Worst food I've had for ages, congratulations.

My favourite spot for coffee in Leamington

Very reasonable tea and coffee prices. Dirty chai was good. Carrot cake had a balanced flavour and Tuna melt had sufficient stuffing. Have it warm in winter. It's a great place to pop in and budget friendly.

Lovely cafe located in Jephson Gardens in converted Aviary. Great coffee and cake. Loved the vibe and the tiled floor. If going for a walk in the gardens, you need to pop into the cafe.

This was my favourite cafe for 10 years - delicious cakes and set in the glorious Jephson Gardens. It would always cheer me to go. Sadly, it doesn’t feel the same since Jane, Michael and Jess left. Customer service is much worse. On Sunday (15/1/23) I asked if my sandwich could be warmed up and got a simple ‘no!’ Never would have happened before. Also, noted the free water dispenser has gone 😢. So difficult to get a coffee that tastes of coffee these days (20/11/24) I just asked for an extra shot and it still doesn’t taste of coffee! Crazy expensive for warm milk! Are they still using Monsoon coffee? Or a cheap skimping version?… I really should give up on this cafe even though it’s in my favourite place in the world (the Jephson Gardens)…

Great coffee, staff well organised with an efficient system in place for ordering, waiting and collecting - in a busy place this makes it a pleasurable experience

I am a regular visitor of the aviary cafe because the food and snacks offered very nice quality. The coffee used to be really nice until today where I had to take our cappuccinos back because they just tasted like milk. She added another shot to the coffees but it still tasted awful and weak. I left mine in the end - my daughter also felt it did not taste like our usual coffee there. I thought maybe it was the girl as not seen her there before. Staff have an attitude - it’s subtle but I could see they were looking at each other. I won’t be buying anymore coffee from there. Maybe they have changed the beans they use - if so they should change back. Such a shame because the coffee was lovely only a couple of weeks ago.

Lovely cafe love to stop there on our dog walk for a coffee. Just a shame the staff don’t think to wipe down the benches outside for people to sit on. Us and others walked past as they were soaking wet. But would have loved to stop and sit there for a break. Lovely sunny day too. Just needed wiping down after the rain … shame!

Friendly staff and good selection of nicenesses.

Used to be one of our favourite places and loved it for years but has so gone downhill. Run by surly teenagers who couldnt care less about either the coffees they are making or how to treat customers. There’s so many places to go for a decent coffee in leamington don’t waste your time with this place

Nice romantic cafe with delicious desserts😍.

Well this was an unexpected winner. We just wanted somewhere for the family to sit with my elderly mum for a coffee. We sat on little ironwork tables on their mini verandah and enjoyed excellent coffee. The falafel wrap was A-maz-Ing. Real quality with lovely roasted veg and houmous. And even though they were super busy the staff were very friendly. Right inside the park gates, near the sensory garden: great people-watching spot.

Nice place good coffee and a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Well worth a visit.

Had a latte and hot chocolate which we didn't drink as they weren't nice, also didn't eat the chocolate muffin, the cafe looks beautiful and park it's in is gorgeous but the cafe isn't great

Eye wateringly expensive even for a Leamington cafe but it's the only one in Jephson Gardens and it's quite a walk to save a few pence elsewhere. I should take my own

Great service polite friendly staff very efficient service, great choice of hot and cold drinks,snacks, small meals, cakes cookies, etc.. Fabulous atmosphere setting within Jephson gardens..lovely views over the park and river..outdoor seating and limited indoor seating.. Definitely recommend a visit..

Basic, not unlikeable, but not outstanding.

Great spot for a lovely hot drink on a cold day, dog spotting is free!! Last time I tried their Vegan Falafel wrap and a Peppermint tea, they were lovely, the wrap was so tasty. We sat on the park bench and watched the world go by. Busy little cafe, with a great selection of foods, cakes and drinks. The team are always friendly.

Lovely cafe in this beautiful garden..... Coffee tastes good cakes and sandwiches are good too( will be nice if it could be toasted ) just disappointed with the young guy with long hair that was on the till he wasn't the most welcoming person on the planet...just order payment not even a thank you. I work in hospitality and I know there are good and bad days but a minimum of joy in the work you do should be mandatory. By the way this is the first time it can be a bad day . Rather than that super cafe

Our English Bulldogs favourite place for a tasty hot sausage roll whenever he goes for a walk at Jephson. The Chai Latte is pretty good, too!

Usually take the dog for a walk around the park and then visit for a coffee and something to eat. Food is of a high quality and the pasties are great. Recommended.

We use The Aviary Cafe, at least twice a week, after we have walked around Jephson Gardens. The staff are always pleasant. The cakes delicious, the carrot cake & millionaires shortbread, my personal favourites. Coffee is good, assortment of teas & other snacks eg pasties, baguettes, sausage rolls etc. Seating inside & outside. Dogs allowed.

Decent coffee and good salt beef, great location but v disappointed that everything comes in disposable cups etc even though I'm eating in. I would have used my reusable cup if I'd known. Really no excuse in this day and age!

Usually a very pleasant place to visit. Door was open when I went into cafe at 5.20 unaware cafe was closed. 2 staff behind the counter. Walked in, girl behind counter just said closed!!! No sorry but we are closed just closed!! Very poor customer service, suggest more training required on how to communicate with customers.

Located in the heart of Jephson Gardens a conveniently cafe with seating indoor and out. Dog friendly and doggy treats available too. The ice cream is a hit served up in a cone or tub.

Coffee good and a pleasant location

We just had ice-cream but the food looked good. Wheelchair accessible but no parking nearby as it's in the middle of a public park.

Nice place, tables outside, very pleasant in gardens and service was fine. However I thought I might get served a proper cup of coffee, but instead they serve in disposable cups, and a very small, almost expresso size Cappuccino for £2.90. My rating for "food" relates to the drink, as I didn't eat there.

Lovely place to drop in for refreshment. Good selection of drinks and cakes. The chocolate and caramel brownie .... oh so delicious 😋 . There's both inside and outside areas to sit.

Stopped here for take away coffees during an explore of the gardens. Managed to resist the tempting range of cakes and pastries.

An odd one this. It can be a relatively small thing that can redefine what you think about somewhere. I asked and paid for two large americanos with hot milk. I was given two small americanos, no milk. I pointed out the discrepancy to the ‘barista’ who, a bit miffed, poured the small coffees into large cups and topped up with water. When I asked if the difference for the more costly large was just water - the reply was, yes. Can this be right? Tasteless coffee for more money. Given ‘The Aviary’ knows how to charge, this situation was either abject rudeness, or really poor value. Maybe both.

What a great little cafe in a fantastic building

It’s one of my favorite places in the whole country. Specially if you go during a working day when it’s not very busy, the atmosphere and the coffee make it a bucolic place. During spring sitting outside is priceless and during winter staying cozy inside and looking through the glass. Good staff and food. For toilets you have to use the park ones.

A cute little cafe within Jephson Garden. It has seats inside the shop as well as benches outside the cafe. I have only tried coffee here and it tastes good.

Lovely, friendly staff and nice selection of savoury pies and cakes. We had a delicious vegan pastie and a cup of tea but if you want coffee they have a proper barista machine. Bench seats and bar stools inside round the windows looking into the park and tables and chairs outside. Very reasonable prices.

Great comfy chic atmosphere to the place. There a great deal of collection on coffee and warm drinks to have. The place is very well kept and clean. There also dog biscuits in case you want some for your pet on the walk that cost around 40p per bar The service was very polite and the mulled wine was the best i have ever hadd

Excellent gluten free lemon drizzle. Great location to relax in the open air.

Lovely little cafe serves coffee, teas and some baked goods. I bought a coffee here and sat in the park adjacent to the bell tower. People are still placing flowers on the steps in memory of the Queen.

If you’re in Leamington you must try they coffee it’s the best in town.

Stopped by for an ice-cream on a hot sunny day. Good selection, value for money and friendly staff.

Ordered a vanilla latte. Far too much Vanilla...threw it away. And for £3.20. Not impressed. A shame, lovely looking place. Just need to temper down the amount of sauce.

Pleasant cafe in the park selling coffee, tea, cakes and ice-cream. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. A bit pricey though and there are public toilets nearby.
