Very nice lounge, the interior was very beautiful. But The food was not what I expected and also we booked a table and they didn't give us the nice table that we wanted. Other than that it's nice place to visit. Thanks 👍

We had to pay a £50 deposit for NYE which was completely fine but upon arrival we were asked to pay a £20 entry fee and when I asked why this wasn’t communicated on their flyer or social media they said it was, I asked one of the staff to show me and needless to say she couldn’t find it. The food was absolutely cold, the service was slow, I understand it was NYE but an 11 minute wait (I counted) for redbull is absolutely ridiculous. The Aura will not be seeing me again.

the service was absolutely terrible on NYE. they were mixing up orders constantly and it was extremely slow, although we understand it was a busy night, it took us asking every single staff just to get the coal on the shisha changed and over 30 minutes. drinks were bad, watered down and it also took us a ridiculous amount of time to get them. will not be returning

Second time to be here. First time was ok. Was told club will open at 22:00 chilled at lounge till that time, went to lounge to kill time, wanted to buy drinks at 22:30 at the bar since it was supposed to open at 22:00, was told bar will open at 23:00. We thought cool no worries just few minutes left. Waited till 23:03 to order drinks same guy told us bar will open in 30 minutes, asked him why he said 23:00 now we have to wait 30 more minutes? He got angry saying my friend was insulting him which is not true, he said apparently he will help us even though he was insulting. He prepared gin and tonic which we couldn’t even taste the alcohol but just a high concentration of tonic, went to buy shots of and he gave us vodka shots instead which didn’t even make any sense 🙁🙁🙁🙁 I’m so disappointed with the guy at the bar. Night ruined just in seconds. No option for me not to give any stars

Laura was amazing she needs a raise and needs to be promoted. She was amazing last week Friday she took care of my friends and the birthday girl. Always checking up on us and delivering perfectly to every request we had. Thank you Laura!

Absolutely gobsmacked at the way they dealt with me finding plastic in my food. The waiter said “oh shit” as in this wasn’t the first time of such a thing happening. Shisha tasted burnt, food was okay and the atmosphere was nothing special. Slow service.

Terrible food, for high prices, the plate had a shattered and the waiter said he cannot get another, they rushed us to get out hadn't even finished my drink.veg urry awful, still frozen.... no flavour! Shocked ! music was good but very dissapointed with service and food.

The bar is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The bar seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....specially staff name Dhruv is so rude to us.worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...

Advertised closing time was 1:30am, in reality they closed at midnight which we found out when we got to the venue around 11pm. Was difficult to order drinks as there were no servers in sight for a while and once when we tried waving someone down they couldn’t see us and left the ‘guests’ area again. Advertised a live DJ for the night which i’m pretty sure there wasn’t unless they meant a pre-queued spotify playlist or something. Drinks mad overpriced for the spot and location. Only thing that saved the night was our own company, so we still enjoyed orselves but in terms of the business - rubbish and not a good first impression.

Great food, great atmosphere. Want to say a special thanks to Rohi, she was wonderful and made the experience worth it. See you all next time.

I was super excited to come here for my 30th birthday, but unfortunately, all expectations were disappointing. The food arrived after almost 2 hours of ordering and PAYING the bill in the previous dining room before we got moved to the main club. The food order wasn't correct and came out half cold so a lot of food was wasted and half of my guests including me were already starving at that point. Service was diabolical. It was nearly impossible to order a few drinks with any staff, the table next to us was given way more attention because an influencer was there. The DJ and his choice of music were the only thing we could enjoy that night. The embarrassing thing was that this place was recommended by an ex-worker and came with me that night and even she was shocked at how bad the whole experience was. I couldn't recommend this place to any of my friends, it was a massive let down that shouldnt have happened.

I was very disappointed in this place after reading great reviews. The service was extremely slow, having to remind the staff several times of the orders we were waiting for. The starters arrived cold which we sent back. The pornstar martini cocktail I ordered tasted like orange juice. The worst I've had. My mains which was lamb chops was cold and fatty, this too I sent back. The manager was reluctant to listen to our feedback and concerns and despite agreeing to remove the lamb chops off the final bill he did not offer an apology. Very disappointing and it is safe to say that I will not be returning.

Was looking for a good spot for a late dinner with friends and found this gem. From the outside, you won't expect how spacious and beautiful it is inside. They're strict on facial ID(could be foreign with readable chip), must be >18y/o. Was a Monday night, so not busy. It has 2 sections inside, a lounge area, very cozy, spacious with dancing space and another section with tropical themed decor which I guess is used as the restaurant-this section closes earlier than the lounge. Asian cuisine with sizable portions of food, we all had takeaways for which bowls and bags were provided. Service was great! Staff, very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Drinks, good. The vibe ✨️, music was great(couldn't sit still)! It's definitely a great spot and very affordable too!

The place is amazing. The food was great and the service was also really good. I would like to mention also the service that they provided for the shisha - it had a really good flavour and it kept it for long time and guy was really talkative , I have a shisha lounge myself and had big attention to the detail (changing my charcoals on time), I was absolutely amazed! 10/10 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

I had the Worst experience ever on my 31st birthday. The manager 'Sam', he was brutally racist and then assumed I was intoxicated and called me a black intoxicated girl. only two Staff had great service. They both wore glasses. There is a white 25 year old girl working there, she is the manager 'Sam' secret girlfriend, her service was so horrible, she was so unprofessional and needs more work experience.

We received excellent service during our visit. The staff were very courteous, and in particular the manager, Sam, provided exceptional support to me and my friends. We look forward to returning in the future. I appreciated the ambiance, food, and overall atmosphere.

Visited for the first time on Saturday and can not describe how amazing the experience was. From being greeted by very professional security to being shown our table by fantastic mannered staff. Our shisha and food arrived very quick, this was surprising as most lounges love to take the mick with that. Amazing crowd of people from all backgrounds great place for sociable people. Food was fantastic had the pasta with chicken recommend you all try. Manager daglas think his name was, absolutely excellent always checking on the tables. Finally the DJ “jamz” was astonishing and really did understand the crowd will 1000% be coming down again.

I visited The Aura last night and i had the most amazing experience ever! the staff, the management especially Sam looked after us and our table, i couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Sam!! 100% Recommend this place. Amazing atmosphere, food , shisha and music 10/10!😊😊

This is one of the best Shisha lounges I have been to in the North London area. Starting with the venue, it’s extremely well decorated and has plenty of space. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived all the way through our meal and smoking. The quality of the food and the presentation was very very good, the drinks were served in creative containers with quirky smoke and decoration and the food was delivered on platters in a very stylish manner. I will be making it my regular!

Review of Aura Restaurant: A Disappointing Experience Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (If I could, I'd give it zero stars) I recently dined at Aura Restaurant, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The service was utterly unprofessional; the waitstaff seemed disinterested and were more engaged with their phones than attending to customers. My requests for assistance were ignored, making me feel completely neglected. I ordered the lamb chops and creamy chicken pasta, accompanied by two classic mojitos. The quality of the food was appalling. The lamb chops tasted as if they had been frozen and stored improperly—I could detect a fishy odor, which is unacceptable. The creamy chicken pasta was equally disappointing, lacking flavor and freshness. This is a far cry from the high standards Aura once upheld, and I believe the restaurant has undergone new management, resulting in a significant decline in both aesthetics and food quality. The ambiance was another letdown. The music was blaring, and despite my request to lower the volume due to a headache, the waiter did nothing. When I asked the male manager to confirm if the restaurant was halal, he was evasive and unconvincing, which was embarrassing as I needed this reassurance for my dining companion. The total bill came to £60, which was outrageous considering the subpar food and service. To add insult to injury, when I requested my pasta to be packed for takeaway, it was given to me in a flimsy box. I had to ask twice for a plastic bag to carry it, as the female manager disappeared without fulfilling my request. Overall, my experience at Aura Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The poor service, low-quality food, and unprofessional staff make it a place I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

I was impressed with the place... the entrance makes you dreamy! Spacious place with very exotic touches. There's a smoking area (sisha) how ever is also served indoor too! No one was dancing as the lounge is really cozy ;) I haven't eaten so isn't fair to rate ! Haf fun! Even I'm not a smoker or drinker!

Arranged a surprise birthday party for my friend and 12 of his closest friends. Being able to book via WhatsApp made it very easy, and even though I had to increase our table size a few times, they were very accommodating to us. Food was mostly great! Atmosphere was 10/10! DJ was AMAZING! Will definitely be coming back here!

The staff is not supporting. Though the party was going on after certain amount of time they closed the smoking zone. I asked if we were allowed to smoke at the entrance (outside the club) and i was told i cannot give an entry again. Id recommend not to keep any parties out there or attend the party organised there.
