Costa Coffee in Brent

The 2 Asian ladies that work from 8am - 9am shifts are very rude and unprofessional. To start off my morning I always come to this Costa but their manners are never present. No warm welcome , no hello and no thank you. This matter needs to be taken seriously, as I’ve visited previous Costa’s around North West London and the level of professionalism is always at high standards. I will not be visiting the Willesden branch again.

Blueberriy muffin the worst thing ever eaten in a coffee shop.

This is one of the worst cafes I’ve ever been to. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and even opening emails takes forever. Mobile phones don’t work inside the cafe either. The main reason most people go to a cafe is to get some work done using the internet; otherwise, we could just have coffee at home."

The women who served me was rolling her eyes with attitude because I ask to make my drink extra hot , she was lucky I had my daughter there I only told her her to don't roll her eyes at me then I told other girl to served me

Absolutely horrendous place, avoid! There was a beggar inside bothering eveyone. Both staff members looked underaged. One coudn’t be any slower if she wanted to when preparing a very simple coffee order. The other was sweeping under our chair while we sat at the table at 2:30pm knocking my shoes with the broom multiple times and dragging the empty chairs across the floor so loud that we just stopped talking till she was done. The worst coffee shop I have ever been to.

The glass was punctured at the bottom and half the drink had spilled into the bag so only got half the drink I paid for.

Costa always delivers good food and drinks. The delivery was quick, and the delivery person was exceptionally courteous. Thank you to the entire team!

Absolutely terrible new product raspberry bubble frappe they do not know how to make it! Girl couldn't speak English didn't understand me had to go back to the shop not one bubble in drink I got a new drink still tastes bad no flavour at all nothing like I bought from different costa I live close and would of bought this more often will not be going back they need training don't recommend this costa don't waste your time or money terrible I'm so angry disappointed

Costa's delicious offerings from the delectable toastie to the rich and tasty hot chocolate 😋☕ Despite one missing sandwich from my order, their thoughtful gesture of including a little note explaining the situation warmed my heart. 💕 Such considerate customer service truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to Costa staff for their exceptional attention to detail! 👏

Worst Costa ever been in.Stopped using Costa Coffee after 30+ years due to bad service,poor customer service. Rude incapable stuff.Toliet and shop very unclean and unhygienic.Stopped using as a meeting place.Lack of atmosphere. Shame as nice seating areas both inside and out. Took my business to another local cafe 'LEIA' after nearly a year of using this Costa.Watched this Costa lose many of it's loyal local customers. Shame.

The coffee was great but there was some disturbance from random people walking into the coffee shop and that didn’t make me feel very safe. I think male staff are needed or a security guard to reduce such occurrences.

Although the staff member didn't get one part of my order correct, she remained calm and professional. Which resulted in an overall experience which wasn't a total waste. All I wanted was a brownie and an after eight hot chocolate and I got a plane hot chocolate and a slice of millionaire cake.

£4.80 for a medium coffee, Dont say no more

Great service. I stayed in London for 4 days and all these days I had my early morning coffee here. Got the best service ever! Keep going!

Horrible, unwelcoming, unfriendly staff. I picked something too good to go here, and it was almost as if they didn't want to give it to me. I will never return. I don't go to places where I am not respected, and I am bare-minimum frustrated with bad customer service.

Some of the staff are not welcoming serving with long faces!! in a minute I thought they doing a favour to sell me a coffee!!! anyway it's not a good idea to start your day with a coffee from there !

Don’t ask for oat, ultimate blend, coconut milk etc if it’s 6pm. Answer is we only have normal milk, we are about to close. This is not my first visit here but will be the last. Willesden green uneducated staff! Go away

My coffee has no ice. Costa said they wouldn’t make my order until the driver was assigned but this is obviously not true. The coffee came and the ice was melted which means they did not wait for a driver to be assigned before processing the order. Not good and now this is not an iced coffee.

Baristas are professional and courteous in the way they interact with me, and with other customers. Seating is plenty, warm and relaxed environment to catch up on time to yourself. Adequate parking in Sainsbury’s across the road (time limits are in place). Only one irk and that is the toilet, it kinda always smells of wee, also I feel like with the number of mamas and babas that use the cafe, there should really have an additional toilet. I waited for like 20mins and had to go to my fave restaurant next door. Anyhoo, it woulda been a 5⭐️had it not been for this one big thing.

Received the order with a cute note with a hand drawn picture of a snowman! They also included costa beans points card, which other branches never give! It means a lot to me, my next visit I can claim my free coffee :)

Good job to the artist! 5 stars for the food, packaged brilliantly, tastes great, just wish the vegan bap had a bit more substance to it (sauce option, cheese option etc. or maybe vegab sausage to fill out the bap a bit.) but that's not your fault.
