Very impressed by the rooms, the lounge area and dining area and how quiet the hotel was despite it being busy. The breakfast was so nice and so many choices. The large lounge area has beautuful chesterfields and ottoman cushion stools. The staff were very helpful and polite.

1 Manor Park Rd, London, NW10 4JWI have just ordered for delivery for the first time from your restaurant, using your promotion buy 1 get 1 free for both items in my order. Lamb kebab arrived OK, but one whole full flamed chicken was missing! I received only one, not two as the promotion states. I am very disappointed.
