Amazing food, thank you miss kashifa for suggesting

Good kebab wraps but nothing exceptional. Menu is quite varied with deal options. Lots of filling and portion was big. However service was quite slow and food took long despite a very simple standard order - maybe because of peak time and piority to online orders. Expect queues and waiting during peak times.

I have been visiting so many branches of GDK but this one is my most favourite branch... customer service awesome... staff is very friendly, highly recommend to everyone.

Atmosphere and customer service were good. Unfortunately we had to see all staffs at high road branch were not using Gloves, especially while preparing any meals more over some burgers and wraps. The same nude hands did the table service and same nude hands were used to prepare meals. Would be great if all the staffs here maintain proper hygiene follow rules. Kindly note please so we feel pleased to come back again. Thanks

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with the recurring issues I have experienced at this establishment. Despite previous assurances from management to rectify the situation, the problems persist and have, in fact, escalated. On multiple occasions, I have not received the additional sauces for which I have paid a premium. After bringing this to the attention of the owner, who promised to address the matter, I returned only to encounter the same oversight. Furthermore, during my most recent visit, not only were the sauces absent once again, but the staff also failed to include the flaming fries in my order and the meat in the kebab was even less than before, more salad and less meat is unacceptable. This level of consistent negligence is unacceptable for a business of this caliber. The repeated failures in order fulfillment and apparent lack of attention to customer feedback are significantly undermining the reputation of what could otherwise be an exemplary establishment. I strongly urge management to implement immediate and effective measures to improve staff training, order accuracy, and quality control processes. Failure to address these systemic issues will inevitably result in continued customer dissatisfaction and potential loss of business.

Worst and tasteless kebab from gdk. Waste of money. I think you can get better kebab elsewhere and quality. People are wrongly going there because of brand but they ripped you off with the price. We should support local kebab shop rather than a brand.I feel my money went into bin.

Staff there are nice, I ordered 2x now using the app, and it's really easy and straightforward. While waiting for my order, the staff are really proactive and I've seen them cleaning the place and wiping down the order touch screens!! It's nice to see that hygiene practices are carried out here. Food wise, it's lovely they have options that cater to veggies and vegans!

I am really sorry to say but the employees are very worst at giving customer service and delivery services, we believe in that customer get there food asap but i think your employees are not believe because when we accept the order at night after 10 we go by the main door and we clearly see that the food are there therefore your employees propose to go by the rear door and that its take time and no one give fast reply the the back so we have to cancel the order and customer will no satisfied by their , so at the end we also doing business as delivery driver so that is very ridiculous and they don’t have sense to talk with delivery drivers and customers as well I hope you will improve your service

Absolutely rubbish ! I love the food but ordered an hour ago and been waiting for the delivery than I get phone call from the driver that someone took my order and need to wait another 30 min ! That’s insane ! It’s not the first time When it happened specially from this branch. 👎🏻

Absolute waste of money, went to buy on offer 50% on 12th july. I ordered through the system and unfortunately the OG kebab I ordered was higher in price and when I asked for refund they refused. I genuinely think if customer asked for refund they should be given a refund especially after the screens do not show offers.

Visited the GDK Wembley today. Staff seems not bothered to serve customers busy in talking and chatting making customers to wait for longer, even for a single order. And being racist towards customers. Order was given to a customer who was after me while I was present in shop and waiting for my order number to be called. I love GDK foods and a regular customer for many years but never seen such behavior before.

I got a kebab from here upon good reviews from tiktok and decided to try the kcal chicken kebab for a lighter approach. I ordered extra meat however the entire kebab was so dry and there was hardly any meat at all. It was extremely greasy.Definitely will not go again

Food wasn't horrible but was on the mediocre side- but the portions are terrible for what they charge and didn't fill us up.
