Ordered from Deliveroo and the quality of food was awful . The meat did not taste fresh .The bread used for the kebab was tough ,there was no sauce or salad inside and it was very dry .The spring rolls tasted off too .The chips were very small portion . Just overall bad quality

This is the worst place to eat very bad service and also toilet never works and also staff are very rude. I would advise everyone never to eat here. I didn’t even finish the food that’s how bad it was! When I entered the store I booked my food via the machine once I ordered the food I reserved the table and placed the table number holder on my table. I was waiting to use the toilet one of the staff member told me someone is in there after waiting 10mins the other staff informed me that it is not working I was angry because I was waiting outside a door which was not going to open! I told the staff member that I will go to the store across the road and use the table but please don’t give my table to anyone she said no problem also I left the holder on top of the table which mean it is reserved. Once I came back she already gave my table to someone else I was so angry because before I went to use the toilet outside I told home please don’t give my table to anyone she said don’t worry I won’t. So I had to seat near the toilet and once the food came it was cold. After being treated so badly I asked her for some chill sauce she said to me you have to pay and I laughed so badly because if you treated a customer so badly you should try to provider a better service to make the customer happy after being treated badly. Worst store to eat!

We had dinner 2 or 3 times with my family when we returned from London, a good place, clean and with good quality, the man at the till was really friendly.

Yesterday I ordered 1 vegetarian kebab with no tomato and 1 plant based kebab for pickup. When I got home I checked and my order was wrong. I was given 2 plant based kebabs and both had tomato even tho I requested one to be at least without tomato. I live far away and didn’t bother asking for a change so I couldn’t eat it.

Do not recommend at all. Disgusting dirty place. Food was cold. I ordered two kebabs, one was half the size for the same price it’s a joke.

Been waiting in the line for almost 15minutes and no one has come to approach. Ik it can be a busy time on the weekend but it is not good enough customer service at all!

every german doner i go to, I ordered one thing always is the OG meal. The guy behind the counter was not wearing a gloves or any hairnet beard mask. He was touching everything without washing hands more then 20 minutes. 20 minutes is the standard time for bacteria’s life circle. The staff uniform were not clean. I was concern about hygiene, i ordered anyway. The kebab came out with cold meat. I ordered mix where there was 2 pieces of clod beef and mushy chicken. Meat were very dry with rubbery taste. I saw the guy took from a container, he did not cut it fresh, which would have been fine if it was hot enough. Bread was cold as well. The legal temperature for any holding food is 63 degrees or above where this meat were cold. The person showed a very unprofessional way of making it. I wouldn’t visit this again as i have different German doner near my place. I believe if you run franchise food or any food business you must comply with health and safety measures as well as hygiene. It shows a very Poor management system in place.

First time trying German Donar Kebab and it was worth it. Generous amount of combination of kebab meat of your choice, fresh and with chips and other sides. Good price too.

Good kebab wraps but nothing exceptional. Menu is quite varied with deal options. Lots of filling and portion was big. However service was quite slow and food took long despite a very simple standard order - maybe because of peak time and priority to online orders. Expect queues and waiting during peak times.

The food was really very delicious. The staff, particularly Kashifa, was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She knew everything in the menu and offered great recommendations. We are impressed with the professionalism and service.

I have been visiting so many branches of GDK but this one is my most favourite branch... customer service awesome... staff is very friendly, highly recommend to everyone.

Atmosphere and customer service were good. Unfortunately we had to see all staffs at high road branch were not using Gloves, especially while preparing any meals more over some burgers and wraps. The same nude hands did the table service and same nude hands were used to prepare meals. Would be great if all the staffs here maintain proper hygiene follow rules. Kindly note please so we feel pleased to come back again. Thanks

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with the recurring issues I have experienced at this establishment. Despite previous assurances from management to rectify the situation, the problems persist and have, in fact, escalated. On multiple occasions, I have not received the additional sauces for which I have paid a premium. After bringing this to the attention of the owner, who promised to address the matter, I returned only to encounter the same oversight. Furthermore, during my most recent visit, not only were the sauces absent once again, but the staff also failed to include the flaming fries in my order and the meat in the kebab was even less than before, more salad and less meat is unacceptable. This level of consistent negligence is unacceptable for a business of this caliber. The repeated failures in order fulfillment and apparent lack of attention to customer feedback are significantly undermining the reputation of what could otherwise be an exemplary establishment. I strongly urge management to implement immediate and effective measures to improve staff training, order accuracy, and quality control processes. Failure to address these systemic issues will inevitably result in continued customer dissatisfaction and potential loss of business.

Worst and tasteless kebab from gdk. Waste of money. I think you can get better kebab elsewhere and quality. People are wrongly going there because of brand but they ripped you off with the price. We should support local kebab shop rather than a brand.I feel my money went into bin.
