I had the most unforgettable experience celebrating my 21st birthday at Haute Dolci Wembley. From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything feel so special. Sonam and Tara were absolutely amazing so warm, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible every dish was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. The desserts, of course, were heavenly! The private party space felt elegant and cosy, making the whole celebration feel intimate and memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or team to celebrate this special milestone. Thank you, Haute Dolci Wembley, and a big thank you to Sonam and Tara.

It was alright, too pricey for what it was, half staff were nice, the other half seemed confused on what's happening around them

It was my first time visiting Haute Dolci in Wembley branch and the food we ordered was not so good and not worth the hype of paying a lot of money for small portion of food. Egg Benedict supposed to have runny yolks but they very so over done so were the eggs in sashuska. The spice chai was below average and the mango paradise drink was okay.

Ordered the Matilda cake just now. It’s absolutely terrible. The cake tastes extremely old and has an awful taste, is not worth it for £17 !!! I am super disappointed.

Very appalling behaviour from staff just because I had a pet, I had called the and asked if pets are allowed and they said they were, and informed it was only allowed in different t branch, We then got seated outside which is understandable but I also had 2 kids a 9 month pregnant woman along with me, We had to wait for 20 mins just for them to come and take our order, and then waiting 45 minutes for our order to be served and the in charge, was smiling and being rude. The most horrible experience

I booked a table for 2:30pm, when I arrived I was told there are no available tables and asked to wait outside in the cold. I wasn’t seated until 2:50pm, the seat was dirty and I had to ask for my chair to be cleaned before I could sit down. Although there is a QR code on the table, the website doesn’t work so you cannot place an order. After waiting about 25 mins I was able to flag down the member of staff making coffee to place an order. It took about 20 mins to get a peppermint tea and another half an hour or so to get our food. During this time we ended up moving tables as the woman beside us decided to watch a programme on her phone without headphones. That noise along with the music and general volume of the other customers made it difficult to hear our conversation. We ordered 2 entrées and 2 desserts, they brought all the food at once which I had to decline. My bruschetta was soggy and cold so I sent it back & asked for the apple crumble. Although it was warm, the crumble had no crunch and was not enjoyable. Honestly disappointed is an understatement and wouldn’t recommend! They even had the cheek to add a service charge to the bill LOL!

I recently made a reservation at Haute Dolci in Wembley for a surprise baby shower for my sister. Initially, I had hoped to book the semi-private space upstairs, but it was fully booked at the time, so I accepted a space downstairs instead. Throughout the planning, I was in touch with Sonam via phone and email — he was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions with patience and care. To my surprise and delight, when we arrived, we were given the upstairs space after all — completely unplanned! The setting was perfect: it offered just the right amount of privacy and ambiance for our special celebration. The décor was beautiful, with lovely pink touches that suited the baby shower theme so well. A special thank you to Tara, our waitress, who was also very helpful and attentive throughout. Both Sonam and Tara went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and memorable. I would highly recommend Haute Dolci Wembley for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a beautiful and relaxing environment. It truly was a lovely experience from start to finish

We were invited to a baby shower here and the service was great! Such a nice setting to be able to enjoy the food and deco. We even had use of the 360 cam which was a bonus

I had my baby shower at Haute Dolci on the 29th March and it was amazing. The preparation was hard on my side to gather people and choose the right date yet the team were so understanding and patient. On the day they were ready for us to start slightly early which was included in the hours for us to decorate. As beautiful as the upstairs is we didn’t actually need to do much but we did just for baby shower. The food was nice especially the desserts no one complained about this. My guests where comfortable and we was not told of about noise levels. Staff member Sonam was absolutely amazing he communicated well on the day he liaised with my MC to arrange timings of when food should start coming up and handled communication with me prior to the day. Lauren the manager was also really good also no problems with talking with her. Lauren helped to break down the cost of upstairs hire and what food we could get also. I will defo be using there services again. Caroline x

I spent 7 minutes just trying to pay for mini pancakes. The staff and even the manager didn’t know how to ring up an item that’s clearly listed on their own menu. There’s a HUGE menu hanging outside, and yet they told me “we don’t know how to charge you for that.” Umm... Why spend money on printing a menu and paying staff if you can’t even train them to sell what you offer? One plus: the pancakes were actually good, and the girl making them was very sweet, even though she barely spoke any English.

Amazing food and vast selection between sweet and savoury. Service was excellent and staff were so kind. The desserts were of the highest quality, I recommend the French Toast and Crouffle. The vibe was also amazing, very beautiful setting and decor, perfect for photos!

I recently visited this dessert place and was really impressed! The desserts were not only delicious but also quite different from the usual – a refreshing twist. The upstairs seating area was amazing, with a lovely vibe that made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something unique and tasty!

Service was horrible. Food was a wait but good, that's the only reason for 2 stars. Sat us down,didn't come back, after 10 min we got her. She missed one of the items in the order, we got 3 things...She seemed quit airy. Pancakes came without utensils. She took them from a nearby table. We found someone so we could pay. That employee seemed a bit annoyed. We were barly paid attention too and the vibe was off.

Great ambience, very corner of this place was very cutesy and Pinteresty! Mohammed & Mustafa were attentive & helped in organising a little pre-birthday surprise for my girl. Thank you team! Got the tres leches milk cakeeeee & it was delicious!

This is only for the branch in Wembley !! Very poor service. Ignoring customers. Was sitting down for a long time had to ask someone to take the order twice was told they were coming but still ignored after ten min. New people came sat down and were immediately attended to. So we eventually after wasting time got up and left.

Only giving it two stars for the sake of the decor and service otherwise the food was whack. Overpriced and ridiculous, my mocktail was finished in two sips that I paid £8 for an in the pictures it was shown as coming in long tall glasses. Same as Caesar salad, shown as large plate coming with lots of chicken and avocado but it came with one chicken piece and one slice of avocado I was shocked. Pina colada flavours were off and once again so small for an £8 drink. So disappointing:(

I have been to the Wembley branch twice and on both occasions the service has been poor, staff don’t know what tables are being waited on. The food quality is poor not nice at all! However the drinks and desserts are nice maybe this particular branch should stick to drinks and desserts!

The food was okay, but the staff were terrible. I wasn’t helped properly, and it took a long time just to place an order or pay the bill.

I have been coming to this place since it opened and the service is always different, but today The food was amazing and the young lady {Teni) who serviced us was fantastic.

We booked this place for our friend's baby shower event of 30 ladies for a reasonable priced package and service upstairs. Sonam was exemplary! His service was 5 star and he was highly attentive and flexible with our event group. He made the experience more than pleasurable and I would recommend this place based off Sonam's service. Other than that, the food and drinks were tasty and filling.

Today we had a great time at HD Wembley Sonam was great and very attentive to my young family. Will definitely be revisiting. Thanks again.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Haute Dolci. The server was completely uninterested in serving us. We felt unwelcome at the restaurant. We ordered the Turkish eggs, avocado with poached eggs, Zaatar French toast. All the eggs arrived boiled instead of poached as it was supposed to be. The Zaatar French toast didn’t have any flavour of Zaatar was was drenched in hot honey. The seats are torn, the staff is unfriendly. I would not recommend visiting.

This café is very good! The food is amazing, and the desserts, especially the chocolate, are so fresh and delicious. However, the staff could be better. Overall, it's a great spot for tasty treats

Attended on Sunday 16th March in the afternoon - Toilets were filthy - faeces on the floor. No loo roll in other loo so I had to go and tell someone to get the toilets looked into. The staff who were making the crepes etc behind the screens were sneezing/coughing (nothing covering the mouths whilst doing this) which was off putting. And I had to chase for someone to seat us, for someone to then come over to take our order etc. I wouldn't go back.

Our server went above and beyond, and I was especially touched by their thoughtful birthday wishes, which made the evening truly special. ❤️ Haute Dolci is perfect for anyone who loves cute pink aesthetics paired with luxury desserts. The first floor, with its stunning pink tree, felt dreamlike. I particularly enjoyed the expertly crafted pistachio desserts, especially the pancakes. The balance of flavour and presentation is unmatched!

Very cute place, we had a nice afternoon there - celebrating a bridal shower. The only thing for me was not too much of vegetarian options and the hash brown wasn't cooked but other than that it was good

After not having any time to eat since breakfast and travelling all day from Scotland and most places closed by 9.30 or 10, this was a real treat. The staff were so nice and the food was amazing. I recommend the Ultimate Club chicken and avacado sandwich which is deep and filling. For dessert of course the Belgium chocolate waffle, Strawberries and ice cream. Will definitely return, a big thankyou to all the staff and the chef for making our after Aespa concert late dinner so yummy!
