Came in just now , literally all of the savoury food is out of stock , have come from really far. Do not recommend this place please do check before visit as they have not even mentioned on the website about out of stock items.

I have been to the Wembley branch twice and on both occasions the service has been poor, staff don’t know what tables are being waited on. The food quality is poor not nice at all! However the drinks and desserts are nice maybe this particular branch should stick to drinks and desserts!

The food was okay, but the staff were terrible. I wasn’t helped properly, and it took a long time just to place an order or pay the bill.

I have been coming to this place since it opened and the service is always different, but today The food was amazing and the young lady {Teni) who serviced us was fantastic.

We booked this place for our friend's baby shower event of 30 ladies for a reasonable priced package and service upstairs. Sonam was exemplary! His service was 5 star and he was highly attentive and flexible with our event group. He made the experience more than pleasurable and I would recommend this place based off Sonam's service. Other than that, the food and drinks were tasty and filling.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Haute Dolci. The server was completely uninterested in serving us. We felt unwelcome at the restaurant. We ordered the Turkish eggs, avocado with poached eggs, Zaatar French toast. All the eggs arrived boiled instead of poached as it was supposed to be. The Zaatar French toast didn’t have any flavour of Zaatar was was drenched in hot honey. The seats are torn, the staff is unfriendly. I would not recommend visiting.

I recently visited Haute Dolci with my husband to break my fast, and while the food was delicious, what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service we received. From the moment we walked in, Sonam greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He was incredibly professional, guiding us through the menu with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was well-prepared but it was the exceptional service that left a lasting impression. A big thank you to our Sonam for making our evening so enjoyable!

This café is very good! The food is amazing, and the desserts, especially the chocolate, are so fresh and delicious. However, the staff could be better. Overall, it's a great spot for tasty treats

Taranum was lovely , smiley and cordial

Attended on Sunday 16th March in the afternoon - Toilets were filthy - faeces on the floor. No loo roll in other loo so I had to go and tell someone to get the toilets looked into. The staff who were making the crepes etc behind the screens were sneezing/coughing (nothing covering the mouths whilst doing this) which was off putting. And I had to chase for someone to seat us, for someone to then come over to take our order etc. I wouldn't go back.

A perfect birthday! From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with warm smiles and promptly seated. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Our server went above and beyond, and I was especially touched by their thoughtful birthday wishes, which made the evening truly special. ❤️ Haute Dolci is perfect for anyone who loves cute pink aesthetics paired with luxury desserts. The first floor, with its stunning pink tree, felt dreamlike. I particularly enjoyed the expertly crafted pistachio desserts, especially the pancakes. The balance of flavour and presentation is unmatched!

Very cute place, we had a nice afternoon there - celebrating a bridal shower. The only thing for me was not too much of vegetarian options and the hash brown wasn't cooked but other than that it was good

After not having any time to eat since breakfast and travelling all day from Scotland and most places closed by 9.30 or 10, this was a real treat. The staff were so nice and the food was amazing. I recommend the Ultimate Club chicken and avacado sandwich which is deep and filling. For dessert of course the Belgium chocolate waffle, Strawberries and ice cream. Will definitely return, a big thankyou to all the staff and the chef for making our after Aespa concert late dinner so yummy!

Had a bad experience with the staff, they r unprofessional & unwelcoming & rude with customers, i asked for seat to a lady staff she didn’t reply anything like she dont care, had to ask many time for menu, they don’t bother if u are served or not, We finished food right after 1 minute or leas they came with a rude attitude saying you need to leave, that was very disrespectful & rude no doubt. it ruined everything else that was meant to be a good experience where u r pushed right away after food! it was a great waste of our day & time, dont recommend will never waste money there! food was expensive than how it should be!

The place is beautiful and very Instagram-friendly, perfect for capturing great photos. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We visited to celebrate a birthday but weren’t allowed to sit upstairs unless we spent £40, which felt unfair. We ended up ordering more than we wanted just to meet the requirement. The sandwiches were average, but the chocolate waffles were absolutely delicious. Sadly, the overall experience left us not wanting to return.

Food was absolutely delicious but the service was appalling - we were told we could only have the table for 45minutes when we first arrived, which wasn't a problem, however it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to take our order. And then a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and another 5 minutes before we got our drinks! We were made to feel like an inconvenience by the server the whole time we were there. There was also absolutely no customer service to speak of, no apology for the wait to order or for the wait for food, not even a smile or friendly interaction. Massive shame as the food was actually really good when it finally arrived but not enough to make up for the bad service - wouldn't recommend and won't be returning unfortunately.

went here today for a friends birthday, the first thing i want to say is this place does not have good customer service. when we arrived, we was a few minutes late- we got told that because of this the lady GAVE OUR TABLE AWAY? i understand in other circumstances this would possibly be ‘acceptable’ but bear in mind we had a reservation. she told us to come back in around 15 minutes or when she could get a table she would ring us. we eventually got a call saying they had a free table- when we sat down, everything was fine until we ordered our food, we all ordered milkshakes to start off with. 3 out of 4 came out and we had to wait for the 4th one for over 5 minutes, then our food came out🤣 they mixed up my order and gave me something completely different. the only thing i can say it that if you’re wanting to have diabetes then you should definitely get the cookie dough (i get it it’s a dessert place) but still not good. when we got the bill, they added an extra £7.80 for service charge when the staff were very unfriendly towards us, there was not one smile in sight. my friend also ordered chocolate covered strawberries which she never received. the only good thing about our experience at haute dolci was the manager, he was really sweet unlike his employees.

the service in this place is ridiculous, we were only a few minutes late and were greeted by the most disrespectful ‘oh my god’ when explaining we have a reservation, which the woman then followed on by saying she gave our table away, knowing it was reserved. we called ahead to let them know we would be running late too so there was no disrespect on our behalf. none of the staff other than the manager were nice to us, everybody looked miserable and like they didn’t want to do their jobs. we waited ages for our food, as in 30+ minutes and the woman taking our order did not even write down what we wanted even though there were 4 of us ordering multiple things. this caused her to get it completely wrong, missing out one of my items and messing up my friends order entirely, to which we then had to wait another long time for her to get the right food. the staff were just overall bad vibes and the customer service was ridiculous. in terms of the food, it was mid at best. extremely overpriced for the shallow amount of cookie dough you get and not to mention it was overpoweringly sweet. overall quite a disappointment especially considering this was for my 18th birthday. wouldn’t recommend nor come again.

I’ve been several times and it has always been a lovely experience. The desserts are delicious and service is really lovely. The waiters really pay attention to their customers.

Staff are friendly and vibes are nice. We ordered a cheat day cake and we got a very small portion and it tastes like a 3 year old baked it. The drink was very diluted and tasted like water.

Took my nephew for a treat. Ordered the Hazelnut cookie dough which tasted really nice.

we were seated downstairs which is loud and smells bad because of the kitchen. the service was abysmally slow, we waited 30 minutes to have our order taken, our appetisers came with our mains 45 minutes after that, and desert took another 45 minutes. ridiculously slow, and the waiters are incompetent and get flustered if you ask them for something as simple as cutlery. we were even told there was only one chef in the kitchen that day, which is insane considering how busy it is in the half term!! the food was average at best, low-scale ingredients and nothing impressive, definitely not worth the £120 spent on just 3 people alone. the milkshakes were good and that’s about it. do not recommend, it’s extremely busy and there are kids running around everywhere like they own the place. will not be visiting again for the extortionate prices and low-quality food and service.

I hosted a business event at Haute Dolci in Wembley and was disappointed with the communication regarding venue arrangements. I wouldn’t recommend it for business events, as the support from the event manager was lacking. However, the service from the staff on the day was great, and the food was delicious. For a takeaway coffee and a sweet treat, it’s a good choice, but not for hosting a business event.

Got there at 11:15pm on a Friday night Only for them to say they’re not talking any more customers. On google it says they close at 12.

I attended a private baby shower hosted on the first floor of this restaurant. The food looked & tasted amazing, big portions too. Beautiful decor all over the building and great service from all of the staff. I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

Very nice classy place to enjoy brunch or a simple coffee with friends. Service was fast and accurate. Felt really happy after dining there 🙂

Food was fine but the experience was terrible, we were a big group and they refused to sit us on 2 tables , claiming that the other tables were reserved. We stayed squished into a single booth (10 people), for over an hour and half. Those same tables remained empty long after we left. Don’t lie to your customers! It’s not a good look.

So we celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a pink themed brunch. We honestly want to thank Sonam who was our host. He was just so sweet, patient and kind. He recommended things to us off the menu, he explained how the brunch would work etc. he engaged with our party so well. Tbh all the staff that we encountered did! We had the best time and can’t wait to come back again.

I was so happy to find this dessert shop open on Christmas Day. They had a special Christmas set that I couldn't resist. I ordered the croffle chocolate kunafa, and it was amazing! The kunafa was something new to me, and I'm already hooked!
