The Auction House in East Hampshire

No longer a pub - it was closed down months ago and has been undergoing a lot of construction work. There is local talk of it having been purchased some type of medical conglomerate.

Lovely food and amazing service. This is our number one takeaway that we go to. The curry is amazing.

I recommend the very affordable and satisfying breakfast, which includes free coffee refills. The bar also offers a great selection of reasonably priced drinks, including many local beers and ciders served from casks. The staff were very friendly. The walls are decorated with interesting posters about local historic buildings and notable people.

A very smart Wetherspoons. Architecturally a good blend of the original building and a huge new extension. Plenty of outside and inside space with several terraces.

Lovely sorbet. Nice coffees. What friendly and polite staff!
