Fuimos en familia y la experiencia fue muy agradable. La cerveza que probamos era muy buena y el pub era muy acogedor. Pasamos un muy buen rato y el ambiente era muy tranquilo y adecuado para estar en familia. El camarero era muy amable.

Ordered a ham & Isle of Mull cheddar sandwich- was appalling. Bread dry with no spread and cheap ham with NO Isle of Mull cheddar, instead the cheap, grated, floury red cheddar. When checking with torn faced waitress, she said she couldn’t do anything, then another patron who had the same problem, got his sandwich taken off the bill. False advertising to take advantage of tourists. Appalling

Popped in for a sandwich and chips for lunch and how a place can mess up something so simple I don't know. The bread for the sandwiches was stale, my husband who isn't that fussy about food was totally unimpressed, there was barely any filling in his sandwich. The chips were horrible too frozen chips that looked like reheats. The staff were nice apart from that left £20 lighter and with empty stomachs as we never even ate the food.

Lovely food, interesting choices and really enjoyed it. We had teriyaki chicken and a curry, great food and service. No complaints at all

Having bought 2 gin and tonics, which she huffed about anyway, i gave her a £20 note and got change from £15.I informed her i gave her a £20 and she said i hadn't, i had only been to can machine so knew i only had £20's. She gave me the correct change reluctantly and said she was going to review the cctv, what a lovely person, never had the decency to apologise when she found out she was wrong.

The Argyll Bar is dog friendly, when asked they brought our dog a bowl a water. The food was cooked fresh and very tasty. The service was great, very attentive staff. One of our family is gluten free and was pleasantly surprised to find that their homemade pizza's were offered with a gluten free base. The food was so good in fact that we went back a couple of days later. The décor is what you would expect in a pub, sadly with the dog we weren't allowed into the nicer Lounge bar. Only lost a star because the jukebox music was too loud and the pool table dominates the room.

We had lunch here on our last day of our holiday in Inveraray. Both meals were lovely, (we had the omelette and a pizza). Compliments from us both to the chef. Particularly impressed with the pizza as not everyone gets that right. The food was good quality and tasty. The bar staff very friendly and helpful, great service. We were able to take our dogs in to this part of the hotel, which we really appreciate. Wish we had found this place earlier in our stay!

My friends said the Soup was excellent. I had a chicken sandwich and whilst good the chicken was far too thick.

We have just recently had a 2 night DBB stay at the Columba Hotel in Oban. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Dennis who was on reception duty. We received an upgraded room which had a great view of Oban bay And the Isles in the distance. The room was lovely And warm, lots of hot water, along with a comfy bed. Dinner on both nights were very good, one thing is that the dining room was quite cold as was the case at breakfast. Overall we would return to stay in the future. We did notice that the hotel were doing takeaways, which the customers were picking up at the hotel. In my experience within the Càtering industry there might be an oppertunity to partner up with Cal Mac ferries, Scotrail or even the local Oban Distillery to offer benefits with each other. One last thing, We did not see a Steakhouse in Oban, might be worth considering having a weekly Steak night.

Myself and my husband were on holiday in Tarbert over the weekend. We had a lovely day and got a bit peckish so decided to try this place. We ordered a mixed tikka dish and to say we were disappointed is mild. The meat in the dish was vile (chicken and I think beef?) both were tough/rubbery. The rice, chips and sauce/spices were nice but the meat let it down, and to top it off we were served warm cans of cola (didn’t offer us a glass) just gave us straws. We did let them know that we were not satisfied with the quality of the meat in the dish, the chef also came over to us and apologised and they did deduct (£2.80) from our bill. Sorry to say, but we will definitely not be returning customers 😟

Nice restaurant. Met some friendly people. Service was faultless....we had a young 19 year old lad who was brilliant, made you feel welcome, very attentive and had a great sense of humour. Absolutely made it for us! Food, of course delicious. Would highly recommend prawn and avocado starters and the ribs and bbq sauce were amazing; proper sized ribs, loads and tasty. Cant remember the name of the desert but it had a coconut snowball on top and was delicious. Thanks

Hi I left my cross body black bag here. The lines are closed so I was wondering if I could confirm it’s in the shop?

Being going to Dino's for nearly 40 years even after moving away. It's still the only place you should go for ice cream in Helensburgh
