First visit to the tea room today but definitely won’t be the last, great selection of savoury and cake, including vegan. Quirky atmosphere with a warm welcome. Really enjoyed our food and drinks looking forward to trying an afternoon tea. Opportunities to sit inside or out in a lovely garden area. Thank you

Nos topamos con este pequeño lugar cuando era demasiado temprano para una película en el Chapter Arts Center y salimos a pasear por el vecindario local. . . . . ¡y encontré este encantador salón de té a la vuelta de la esquina en Llandaff Road! El capítulo es excelente, pero el restaurante puede ser muy ruidoso a veces, pero todo estaba tranquilo y pacífico en 'The Apothecary' y disfrutamos mucho de nuestro almuerzo ligero de sopa (yo) y panini (esposo) mientras charlamos con el propietario y otros comensales. También me consentí con dos mini bara - briths para disfrutar en casa más tarde. Hay una variada selección de pasteles y tés / cafés para consumir en el salón de té o llevar a casa para preparar cerveza. Y todo a un precio muy razonable. El 'Boticario' es ciertamente un lugar que volveremos a visitar pronto.

Tomamos un té encantador por la tarde en el boticario. Sabrosos sándwiches vegetarianos, hermosos mini pasteles, maravillosos merengues y bollos brillantes con abundante crema y mermelada, todo servido en porcelana vintage. A mi esposa le gustó especialmente el té de frutas Grannies Garden, muy sabroso. Gran ambiente con una decoración genial y buena música, nada fue demasiado problema para Michele, realmente hizo que el cumpleaños de mi esposa fuera especial con pequeños toques. Gracias a todos por una tarde encantadora y barrigas muy llenas. Esperamos volver a visitarlo.

Una sala de equipo interesante y única en Llandaff Road ideal para tomar un café por la mañana, un almuerzo ligero o un té por la tarde. Visité a un amigo para tomar café seguido de un almuerzo de sopa de broccholi con pan de masa fermentada y una deliciosa tajada de limón y tarta de arándanos. La comida estaba hermosamente servida en porcelana colorida sobre un mantel bordado y era agradable estar mimado. El ambiente era tranquilo y relajante y pudimos ponernos al día sin prisas. Volveremos cuando sea el próximo en Canton y lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

Having just had a horrible experience at the local library, I found myself desperate for somewhere to feel calm and drink tea...low and behold, 'The Apothecary'. When I first went in, I was the only person there and it was so quiet; a little eery. I had a green tea with lemon and loved the little tea pot and tea cup. The cakes looked very tempting too. After a while, more people came in but everyone was speaking quietly like they were a bit afraid of causing too much noise. This picked up a bit after the person working remembered to put some music on for a bit of atmosphere. Overall a good experience that I would recommend to others.

I'll start by saying there's nothing at all wrong with this little teashop. The service is attentive and there is a large selection of teas. I did feel a little like I was putting out the owner by going in. There is no opportunity to look out of a window and it feels a little bizarre, like being in someone's living room. Cakes on offer and light snacks. Everything is served in old fashioned teacups and pots and the tables are adorned with old-style tablecloths. It didn't do it for me as felt a bit uneasy. There is a good selection of loose teas etc in the front which is nice. Some of the stock is not akin to a teashop with spoils the flow but there are some interesting nic-naks too.

What a treat for myself! I love bio sweets and a place like this is a real test as well as for my other half, of being able to take it home makes things even better.

Delightful little shop full of loose leaf teas and lovely trinkets with a nice tea room at the back offering a huge selection of excellent quality teas and homemade cakes. Attentive service and very reasonably priced. A must visit for tea fans! Also has a little courtyard at the back where you could sit outside in nice weather.

Stopped off for a cuppa and piece of cake. Tea rooms in back of shop; lovely and clean. A menu of light bites, along with a variety of teas and coffee served in a cafetiere. Selection of cakes extensive and lovely both to look at and taste! All served on vintage china and on lovely tablecloths. Really enjoyed it!

It is so ince to have a range of teas to look at, great cakes as well - looks like we'll be regular!
